Bob Ward was one of three bidders for our project and when we talked with him aside from the quote he was very professional. His workers were at the house early in the morning and finished before arrived home. They always cleaned up before we arrived and did their best to keep things organized. There was some scope changes that we requested during the remodel and Bob gave us his best advise as to how we should proceed. In the end it turned out better than we had dreamed and after the work was finished and we discovered a few minor things needing correction he was back and corrected within days. Overall a good experience for my wife and I.

They were fairly timely. They followed up. Their prices were a little high. We ended up doing getting the job done. It was good experience working with them. There was no problem with their punctuality. We will definitely use them for a quote in the future.

Eric installed tile in my new screened porch with RJ Ward as a subcontractor for Exterior Additions. I contracted with RJ Ward separately for the bathroom, but both jobs were completed at the same time. Eric was very pleasant to deal with and did an beautiful job! I just love how the new tile looks! The price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company.

Bob was courteous, timely and professional from day one, as were everyone on his crew. He worked with me and my roofer to coordinate schedules. This was a tricky job because of the damages to an old structure and uncertainties existed until they were able to get into it. Nevertheless, the job came in as priced and on schedule. Bob is a great guy to work with and very professional. This is the 2nd time I have used him and I will look to him for future jobs as well.

Everything went very well and I would use him again. In fact, I've already requested him to come back for some other small odd jobs. He is, as everyone says, a "down to earth", easy to work with guy and his price was very good - I thought. I even recommended him to a coworker who was very happy with the work he did. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was very happy with the end result. He is very accomodating and fair.

Bob and his crew were great. Bob came by the day after I called to look it over. He said he could do the work and stated he could get me on the schedule within a few weeks. He was professional and courteous, easy to talk to and clearly had a good sense of what I needed. Given the way things had gone with the previous contractor, I had some anxiety and felt very reassured by how calm, professional, knowedgeable and reassuring Bob was. My house is 70 years old and Bob immediately began talking about finishing the work in a way that was consistent with the age and original work of the house, something my previous contractor had never picked up on at all. He also recognized problems the other contractor had created and discussed ways he could correct those things, generally improve the work and keep the integrity of the age and design of the house. Steven, the man who was the crew leader was meticulous, intelligent and steady. He and his assistant did excellent work and consulted with us whenever there was a decision point. The work was completed in three days time and was left completely finished and clean. What a relief after my previous experience!

I cannot possible speak highly enough of Bob and his crew. I was pregnant and we decided to have these projects completed 2 1/2 weeks before my due date (we were insane!). He said he could get it done in time. Even though I was highly doubtful, he seemed so sure of himself and his team, we said OK. His team showed up at 7:30am each morning and left late in the afternoon. They were like something out of "Extreme Home Makeover". You know how people say "Always plan on a contractor taking twice as long as they say they will -- and costing at least half again as much in price?" Well, not Bob. They finished on time! Unbelievably. AND they didn't charge us anything over the initial quote (despite the fact that we asked them to do several minor add-ons). He gave us advice and suggestions that were terrific. We LOVE our new rooms, they are gorgeous, they did great work, and the quality of the guys, as just people, made us comfortable having them in our house, without reservation. I actively recommend Bob to anyone I can. I can't imagine having a better experience with a remodel. Also -- his price was 1/2 of the next lowest estimate. We had spoken to and received quotes from at least 7 contractors. I now call Bob for even the smallest projects if I think it is something he would be interested in. This guy should give courses to other contractors on how to make their customers happy!

We are so pleased with the work. Bob and crew were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I already have neighbors asking for their number!

Things went very well. Bob is a nice "down to earth" guy. He met with my wife and didn't have the big pitch like most of the contractor's out there. He was nice courteous and answered all of my questions. I am not 100% sure on the cost since my wife contracted the project.

Bob did a great job with his estimate, communication on the schedule, and management of the project. The porch looks great.
