It was too expensive. The problem is they had to set it in concrete or brick so I think that's why the cost was so high. They got here on time and gave their estimate.

Showed up on time and performed the requested services in an excellent manner. All work was completed in about 2 hours and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Excellent job, I'd refer this company to anybody.

We looked at the wood and he said he could fix it. In one window he suggested the use of bondo since replacing the board would mean dissembling the window itself. I agreed to that. 4 hours later my wife calls me at work to say she's not very happy with the work done. The Case guy spent much of his time (you pay by the hour by the way) calling all the big box home improvement stores trying to find a particular size of wood. My house, only 16 yrs old, used wood of a size that apparently no one has anymore and so rather than craft a solution the repair guy spends time calling around. To top that off, he puts Bondo all over the place. Not just the window we agreed on but also at the door.So rather than wood replacement, I got Bondo. An interior molding wasn't cut to fit so if bows out from the wall. And, to make up for the wood not fitting, he dumped a large volume of caulk along a 12 foot span under our family room window. The caulk had separated by the time I got home and large gaps were present between the wood and brick. I have had wood replacement done in the past in another state. I guess I was lucky, since I back then got a real craftsman who brought a couple a saw horses and equipment and made it work. Case gave me Bondo and caulk and boards that did not fit. Needless to say, I did not agree for them to come back for another 4 hours to 'complete' the work. I called the office and had the head guy come to the house. He suggested quarter-round molding to address the board that was too short (okay - why didn't his guy with 6 years of experience think of that?). The reason I gave an overall C on this job is that the head guy did come back in put in the molding so at least he stood behind the work (sort of). I'd be cautious of this company for wood repair.

Based on the reviews here, Case probably does fine work. However, the lack of professionalism and snarky emails from their office manager leave a lot to be desired. I hope they keep their current customers because if my experience is any indication, new customers may be hard to come by.

NO GO NO estimate TOO HIGH per hour First time used services

Case was great. I have had very good luck with their handyman services, which I have used for years. When the sink came crashing loose, I couldn't get a plumbing service to handle the job and, luckily, I remember that Case was always responsive. I called on Thursday morning, and some one arrived the next day, (which was a holiday, btw) and started the repair. He had to return the next day, once the epoxy (or whatever) had set in order to reattach the disposal. We were thrilled to have the work done well on such short notice over a holiday weekend. Case is always reliable that way.

Arrived on time and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The cost was within estimate, and completed on time. The quality of the work is great. What more could you ask for?

I did find all of their subs to be excellent except for the tile company, Datile. I visited their design center where the people were actually very rude and the product selection 'guidance' was poor. You have to make an appointment or they ignore you. We showed up without an appointment. I had called to verify when they were open but they did not indicate an appointment was needed. I was very open to a range of tile colors and material. The only thing I did not want was the 'subway tile look' which was all they seemed to have in the color range I was looking for. I ended up visiting a very upscale custom builder's design center were they had many 'venues' of tile floors, back splashes, counter tops, etc. They had several patterns that I liked. Then I found the tile at a big box store. Then I even had to provide my own drawing to the tile installation sub. I would have thought the pictures and then tile selections would have been enough. This same type scenario occurred with the island. I had provided a rough drawing of what I wanted and has expected them to be able to measure the kitchen in detail and provide a more accurate diagram. This did not occur as the person who did that work was 'out' over a period of a month. I ended up doing a detailed drawing of the unique shaped countertop I wanted so that the supporting cabinet could be ordered. Again there was nothing unique about the supporting cabinet, Any stock cabinet supplier could have done it but I had the Case mark up added to it. I gave the detail drawing to Case again thinking that this would be given to the countertop sub, nope! The counter top sub showed up without the template I had provided to case. He was not aware that I had requested a curved island shape and initially said he was going to have to go back and get a large piece of foam board. Thankfully, I had a large piece of cardboard I had saved from an appliance. The countertop person was very knowledgeable and easily worked with me to recreate the curves I had already so carefully draw, provide to Case, yet did not get to the countertop sub. Same type thing happened with he electrical an lighting, The sub was excellent but there was no value add with using Case. I only saw them when it was time to be paid. Communication was poor and not timely. It seemed like it was me pushing them for information and then one or two more emails or phone calls to get updates or information. They never came and checked on the progress on the project. If I had to do it over again, I would simple act as my own 'contractor' and use Angie's List to find competent services. When I did interface with them , they were always polite and the subs were all excellent. I am very happy with the final results but did not like that I acted as the project manager nor got any design guidance from Case which were the two reasons I had chosen them.

Case did a superb job. Tom, our carpenter was the absolute best. He was punctual, considerate and did excellent work. Chelsea who designed the kitchen was excellent. She had to base some of her measurements on a countertop footprint we had saved from the old kitchen. It was perfect and even the team seemed amazed at what a perfect job she did. All the people we came in contact with were just wonderful. Also, the specialist that worked with them, electrician, plumber, flooring, were top notch. We have already used their plumber to do some other work for us. We wished it had gone quicker but we are totally satisfied with our new kitchen.

They sent a man out 2 days after I called to get an estimate. He arrived right on time and did the work the same day. I was very pleased with their work. Donald was very professional and did the work quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a very good job. We would recommend them.

I wanted to remodel a small guest/children's bathroom which is 5' x 11' in size. After Brad sent me an estimate of $20,000 - $30,000, I tried to contact him because I thought he had sent me someone else's estimate by mistake. I never heard back from him or his company.

These guys are the best - from the first one that walked in the door to the last one out. Everything went very smoothly. Original estimate was 4-6 weeks. It took 4-1/2. There were no surprises at all. They gave us an estimate at the beginning of the project and stuck to it. John was the project manager who was here every day, and he managed all the workers in and out, plus he did all the tile work. It was all very professional and well done. Just about everything in the bathroom was replaced, bathtub removed and bigger shower installed, new vanities, tile, marble, plumbing fixtures. Chelsea, the designer, was so easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and helped us to pick just the right elements. I would not hesitate to call Case Remodeling again when we are ready to remodel our kitchen (or anything else in our house.)

Case spent approximately 4 hours performing great quality work. Their employee, Donald, caulked the vanity & kitchen wet areas, performed minor painting, hung a large mirror over a bedroom dresser, put new window screens in our existing frames, etc. We had quite a list and all work was excellent and Donald was on time and very professional.

Case Remodeling of Charlotte was great. He did a wonderful job; excellent. There was no delay, he was here early which is perfect. I had a couple of other little things if I recall correctly and he did them beautifully. Everything is leveled, plum and securely installed; perfect. For instance, for the front door, he had a drill and installed a new hardware, more elaborate than what had been there. He was very, very pleasant. The big deal covered everything for me and I think it was an excellent value.

In a word, it was painless. Brad, his crew and subs were all professionals. One small glitch with a toilet placement was worked out to our satisfaction without additional cost. We liked working with the designer and went to their showroom to pick out colors, appliances, etc. We both work and all of the meetings were still done to our convenience. Will use them again.

Very professional, friendly service. Arrived on time, finished all work, offered better solutions to some problems than what I expected. Would use again. Very well pleased.

I called them six weeks after purchasing the Big Deal and they would not honor it.

I believe it was fine. My overall impression was that it was a good experience. The Big Deal was as stated.

from the cost of their est, to update a fairly small MASTERBATH bathroom they estimated $ 20-30,00 OBVIOUSLY they either didn't want the job or aren't in need of work unless they rape the client on cost. 2-3 times more than others wait until construction drops again they'll be begging for work then..................

Sent several men over. only one man, Randy, showed up on time, every time and he was the most skilled and professional. Suddenly he was gone and I was stuck with some kid named Andrew. Sloppy and never completed anything. if i could find Randy i would hire him in a second to do another home. Case was awful and calling the office mgr was a waste of time | | |Andrew, a coysin or sob of the owner.

I was very appreciative of the fact that Logan took the time to refer me to another contractor that specialized in the work that I needed to have done.

Drew arrived exactly on time as promised and he reviewed the task at hand. He then gave me an estimate of time needed and what the approximate cost would be before he even started the repair. I am not sure I have ever experienced a more professional construction/repair service professional in my entire life.

They were great. Everything about them was wonderful. Very professional, always showed up when they were supossed to and were very accomodating

They were very professional, did a great job, cleaned up and made sure that work was done to my satisfaction. They were reasonably priced and very knowledgeable.
