I couldn't be happier with Case. Daniel was the handyman who came out to do the work and he was fantastic. He was very honest and I didn't feel for a minute that he was trying to ''take me for a ride''. He ended up not being able to finish all of the repairs in the first 4 hour period but told me what still needed to be done and didn't try to ''sell'' me on paying for extra work. Logan at the office is extremely friendly and is a great first impression of the company. I am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

Adam came out and did a consultation and walk through the house as I gave him the list of repairs. He gave me a quote for the work, which I initially thought was high, but after seeing the amount of time the work took, think was a fair price. It was three weeks before Case had an opening to do my work. Daniel, the craftsman who did the work in our home, was completely professional. He was courteous, prompt and extremely hardworking, sometimes even working through lunch. He was meticulous in his work and did an excellent job on the ceiling though it definitely took longer than had been estimated. We had to contact a plumber after hours when the plumbing lines that had been replaced to address the leak, broke loose. Brad Little the owner of Case was extremely helpful and reimbursed our cost of the plumber. Even with the emergency plumbing call, I would gladly use Case again. Overall, their work and professionalism could not have been better.

One set of doors didn't fit and they took care of it. They took good care of us. They are very professional, kind, and polite people. I will use them again.

They were very professional. A representative called me back immediately and came out the next day to give an estimate. When he emailed me back later that day the quote was $27-$32k for 2 small bathroom remodels. I thought that was very overpriced, so we didn't go with them. Nevertheless, the representative was very nice to give suggestions of how we could bring the estimate down, although it didn't come down enough. If I had a higher budget I would have used them.

Brad Little's process for providing estimate was very professional. Steve, who did most of the work, was terrific to work with. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work. The price was not the lowest, but competitive. The level of professionalism and guarantees of their work made them an easy choice to do the work. We plan to hire them again to do some work around our new home.

Logan did not call me back on Friday as promised. When I called him on Monday, he said they were unwilling to do the work due to the cleanliness issues. He suggested I contact other handyman services. I was extremely disappointed that they rejected the work, given their reputation for quality and service.

CASE was very professional. When they came out to give an estimate they were very honest and upfront about the project. Daniel then came out and performed the work. He did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for future projects.

Excellent. Prompt initial response, consultations were very thorough, results were even better than I had hoped for.

The person arrived on time, introduced himself, and got to work. It turned out some of the new fixtures did not fit in place, but he did what he could as agreed. I will hire this company again when the right size fixtures have been delivered.

Daniel did a great job on all the repairs that I needed to have done. He arrived early and completed each task with ease. He offered to make additional repairs, but I couldn't think of any! He even followed up his visit with a thank you card... I will definitely use Case again and will continue to recommend the company to my friends.

Brad was very prompt and efficient. Mike and Brad came out after we signed the contract to view the items needing to be done, also on time. We had a wide variety of items to do, but Mike and Donald came out and did everything in one day except the header over the garage door. Mike had been injured previously and developed a complication which kept him from coming back. The other person who came out had to come again as he thought the lumber was here and it wasn't. The only problem we had was that due to Mike's injury he didn't come on the day he was scheduled and no one called until after he was to be here. My husband had taken the day off and we felt we should have been called the day before. Otherwise they were very prompt, professional, clean and neat. All was cleaned up before they left. We felt price was good as we had previous estimates on back door and this total price was less than the door alone.

The salesperson didn't bring his book which described the program and payments. They wouldn't give an exact estimate, they gave me a range over the phone. Before they would bring out anybody else I would have to put a 2% down payment, and then they would send out the a person to do the estimate. He didn't seem very knowledgeable. I was told they would probably charge more for the quality of work. He called me back with the budget range. I asked if he could breakdown the price for the outside and inside. He may have been new, but he didn't set well with me.

In each case, the worker arrived promptly, was professional and efficient. I think prices are a little high, but overall I was satisfied with the work.

My call was answered on the first try and I was able to schedule a handyman to come out within a week. Daniel showed up on time (even a little early) and was very knowledgable and professional - a delight to work with. I had hired him for the whole day and gave him a list of projects that he was able to complete. Still having time left, he hung blinds in several rooms with his remaining time. He performed quality work and provided tremendous customer service. I will definitely hire them to come back for my next list of projects!

WHEN CASE HANDYMAN WAS BIDDING FOR OUR JOB, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, PUNCTUAL AND GAVE A GOOD PRICE. HOWEVER, AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT, CASE HANDYMAN HAS BROKEN THE CONTRACT AND HAS REFUSED TO RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS. WE OUR SUBMITTING A GRADE OF F=LOUSY.

Gary arrived on time and was very polite and easy to work with. He fixed the door right away and started on my other tasks. He gave guidance on a few tasks that were too big to complete that day. When we were finished, I went to close the door and realized that it still didn't hook into the door jam. Garry indicated that he thought I wanted him to just fix the hinges. He immediately came back in and gave me a temporary solution. I would likely hire Case again for handyman services.

Daniel was just terrific. He quickly and neatly completed all of the jobs we requested.

Daniel was able to come ahead of schedule and completed all work quickly and efficiently. He saved us money by using some products I already had in my garage. He cleaned up so well that I could not tell he had been there. I appreciated his work and will definitely ask for him to return to do more repair work on our home.

Very professional; arrived on time both for the estimate and the repairs. Would recommend to anyone having repairs performed.

Case did an excellent job installing the doors. They also fit us in to their schedule quickly.

Daniel arrived early, was very polite and friendly, and had good recommendations that we could do ourselves. We had a long list of things that needed to be done and he helped us to prioritize the list in order to make the best use of his time.

Everyone from this company was simply great. They were here on time and went straight to work. They were considerate and careful of my property during, what turned out to be, a trying job.

The response time was great. Even though the trim could not be repaired the day Matt came, due to it being a custom piece, he got the piece made that day and promptly returned the next morning and installed it. Matt was very polite and did a very good job.

The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was excellent. They offered suggestions on how we might want to facilitate repairs to the exterior of the house, and the costs associated with each option. I highly recommend this group.
