There was good communication from all parties. The person actually doing the work called well ahead of time to verify appointment and to verify work to be done. Work was done quickly and efficiently with no post work problems. Everything works properly. One note, and this is NOT a complaint, just an observation. Since the contractor charges in blocks of time instead of hourly rate, make sure you have enough work for them before they get there. Again, this is not a complaint, as the owner clearly explained that when I first called.

Brad Little was very professional and prompt in his estimates and appointments. He gave me estimates for 5 different jobs (master bath, powder room, deck refinish and seal, a bamboo screen on one side of the deck, and a bathroom window install). Four of the five estimates were 50-100% higher than other turn key companies and smaller contractors. We hired Brad's company for the master bath remodel because we were willing to pay 15% higher for punctuality. I have since had 3 of the other projects completed with smaller companies. They were all completed on time and in about half the price. So, I'm not sure if I got what I paid for. I may or may not hire them again. I would definitely shop around first.

Kevin was very nice. Perhaps my expectations were too high. They were not capable of even minor electrical work. He simply didn't feel comfortable installing an outlet on the opposite side of a wall where one currently resided. He also didn't feel comfortable running cable from a downstairs closet to an office on the second floor. He took almost two hours to hang a mirror in my stairway--not an easy task but, again he didn't seem to have the right tools to do the job. My backsplash needed recaulked but, he didn't have the correct caulk to replace it with so I had to go out and get it and ended up doing it myself. He replaced a light fixture in our breakfast nook with no issue. You pay these guys by the hour so you expect them to be prepared and capable of working efficiently. It just simply wasn't efficient at all and I ended up footing the bill for their lack of capabilities even though I communicated in advance exactly what was needed and was told it should be no issue.

Very well. The repairman showed up exactly on time. After inspecting the damage he left to get all the materials needed including the siding and paint. He returned promptly and repaired the damaged area of the house.

Just when you think you will never find a business that will actually do what you need, when you need it, along comes Case Handyman and Remodeling. My whole staff is still in shock. From the first telephone contact all the way to the follow-up survey, I have been nothing but impressed. I met with Brad for the initial consultation. He explained the process for determining the feasibility of the project, the payment options, and the way the project would be carried out. The second time we met with Michael (the amazing man in charge of the project) to make sure that every detail had been covered. My cabinets were then ordered and the work was scheduled. The work began and ended on the exact days that I had been told. Michael arrived on time every day, ready to work. Three other men worked on the project at various times during the week. Each of those men also showed excellent work ethic. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Case did for me. What a great experience!

My experience was excellent. Both the consultant and the man doing the work (Mike Powell) came and did a walk through to go over everything ahead of time. Mike Powell is absolutely fantastic! He was always prompt, polite and this guy really knows his stuff. He is a pleasure to work with and did an absolutely beautiful job. I would definitely use again!

They came and start the job right away until they are done. All in all, we were very happy with Daniel and his work,

Excellent. The company representative arrived on time, explained how everything works, and offered suggestions as to how we could maximize the time we had contracted for. The work was done superbly and we even got a thank you note from our handyman Daniel. We will be meeting with Case to discuss several, larger, projects for the future.

Excellent service. Most impressive on time arrival to do the work! Once there, got to the work in a timely fashion. The worker was extremely knowledgeable and capable, knew exactly what he was doing. The finished work was excellent. It looked great.

It went exactly as planned! Daniel showed up right on time and started to work. He never slowed down the entire four hours and would grab the next thing on my list and start to work. He was very professional and I would strongly recommend Case.

Very courteous and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner and well done. The contractor showed up punctually and was very personable, we chatted about the problem and he took a look. He came back and told me exactly what he needed to do and what supplies he would have to go and purchase. He went and bought the items, came back and began work. He finished and then explained to me in detail what he did and what extra measures he tried to accomplish to keep the squirrel from trying to chew again. We talked about some measures I could take myself to keep the squirrel from coming back. He then came inside and primed a wall for some paint and looked at my garbage disposal, but that wasn't his specialty. There was only 5 minutes left on his clock when I asked him about that to be fair. I paid him with a check and that was that.

I'd been avoiding handyman services after a horrible experience with another provider. After spending hours reading through Angie's List reviews, I finally called Case to deal with the list of odds and ends that needed to be addressed. Logan explained their pricing structure - $325 for 4 hours of whatever I needed done. Kevin, the handyman assigned to us, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He arrived, had me walk him through what needed to be done, and got to work. He had a professional attitude and did not make a mess. He'll be back to do some other work.

I am very pleased with the widening of the door. The vinyl and interior molding was removed and re-installed and looks so good. Very professional and Kevin the repairman was so very friendly. It was worth the price. The work was outstanding. I am learning as I work with contractors, you get what you pay for. These people are very good.

The Handyman, Daniel McKee, was punctual, polite and professional, and the quality of his work is outstanding. The job was originally estimated to take 8 hours, but Daniel completed everything in 4! I will not hesitate to call Case in the future, and I highly recommend their services. I received a thank you note from both the office AND Daniel! That's class!

Excellent, Professional, knowledgeable and timely.

This firm is very professional, they came to meet with me as to the breadth and depth of the projects I had. As you can see from my list of "honey do's" they ran the gamete, and nothing was too small for them to tackle. I had a quote before they left, a date for the work to take place and confidence in their ability. Daniel and his helper, came to do all the jobs. They were very personable and went that little extra on the job. It was well worth the money to have it done right the first time. I will not hesitate to have them come back for my growing list of projects!

Jason Andrews gave us an approximate estimate of $4500 to $5500 for the job and was to e-mail the final estimate. About 30 days later he called to see if we wanted to pursue the project, and seemed surprised that we had not received the estimate. He confirmed the e-mail address and said he would send it again, however two days later we have still not received it.

Prompt, courteous, well qualified repair man, neat in his work. Customer service representative was very attentive. I mentioned one item on the customer service feedback survey that was not to my expectations and got a very prompt response, a very reasonable estimate as to when the work would be corrected and several updates until the serviceman actually arrived and corrected his original work. The repair man spent 1 1/2 hours bringing the work up to my expectations and was very attentive to making it as perfect as he could.

Daniel was prompt, polite, and fixed everything I requested.

Kevin was amazing. He is professional and extraordinarily efficient. I was amazed at how much he accomplished. The daily rate of $600 seemed high, but was perfectly reasonable given how much work Kevin did.

Both times, the workers were on time, dressed appropriately for the tasks at hand, presented a professional knowledge of the work, and had all the tools necessary to complete the work promptly and correctly.

Good service with a punctual, courteous, technician. My only problem is that they require a minimum of 4 hours of work ($325) so have a big job or a big list before making that phone call.

Daniel did an excellent job in dismantling the tree house and fort. There was a misunderstanding on the debris removal. I expected it to be removed as part of the agreement the same day. Case tried to get the city to cart the debris away, but that did not work out. Case finally removed the debris about a week later. Overall, very satisfied.
