Estimator showed up as scheduled. Did an excellent job of determining what we wanted. Asked knowledgeable questions of both my husband and I. Provided what turned out to be an accurate cost range estimate of actual cost. Based on range, we signed agreement to have detailed plans drawn up for $900. This fee would be applied to contract price if we went forward and it was. Plan designer arrived as scheduled and plans were drawn in a timely fashion and only required one re-drawing. After contract was signed, job was timely scheduled and started on-sked. On-site PM/Head Carpenter was outstanding. Did fantastic work and was flexible in using our old deck boards so we could use the new ones on the additional decking we are building ourselves. Communications throughout project was excellent. Case addressed any concerns we had, only a few minor ones, in a timely and professional manner. Only significant issue, was roofing sub left my gate open so my 3 dogs got out, otherwise all subs were fine

They were great. Very prompt, friendly, professional. Very conscientious of what he was doing.

Daniel did an excellent job. He replaced all of the places that I had noticed rotting, and found a few more as well. All of the work was done to my satisfaction and looks great. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable.

The handyman, Kevin, was very professional and friendly. He went straight to work on the tasks and was very pleasant while doing them. I have used Case in the past, but recently tried to save some money and hired a less expensive company. It was a disaster! I will never use any other handyman service again. I WILL ONLY USE CASE HANDYMAN SERVICE!

I called to make an appointment to get an estimate for ceramic backsplash installation and to have lattice installed on a deck. An appointment was made for 'Mark' to arrive at 3:00 on Tuesday of the following week. I received a voicemail the day before to confirm the time. I called back, got Mark's voicemail, and left a message that indeed I would still be there at 3:00. The next day I leave work early to be there. Mark does not show. I start calling at 3:15, Mark does not answer. I call the Case office repeatedly, and I got voicemail. After repeated calling attempts, I spoke with the 'scheduler'. He said Mark had said he spoke with me and that I canceled the appointment. The 'scheduler' said that Mark was at a doctor's appointment. I explained that I had not spoken to Mark. The scheduler wanted to set up another appointment and I asked what my guarantee was that they would show up? He said none. This did not leave me with much faith in their over-all customer service.

Daniel was great, a little late but only due to, we live in a brand new area and it isn't on map quest yet. Once he arrived he went right to work. First we went over the project. The fans and picture weren't not a problem but the doggie door was not the right size for the dog so it wouldn't be installed and Daniel was very honest about the electric work, that he could do it but it would take longer than if we hired a electrician, they would have the right tools to do the job faster. I thanked him for being honest and put that project on hold. After going over all the details Daniel went right to work installing the fans, once done with that we went over his work and moved onto hanging the picture. Daniel held the picture over the high stairway & I decided where I wanted it and then hung it right on that spot I picked out! Then my husband called and ask if Daniel would hang a sign we wanted outside and Daniel did if though the time was up. Thank you Daniel and Thank you Case.

Daniel showed up early, did the work quickly, was very pleasant and courteous.

We were met by a very knowledgeable estimator, Adam, who said that the project was small and that they would charge $625 per day plus materials. He said that the project would take less than a day and that I should have other work ready for the carpenter. Bruce, who was very professional, showed up and repaired one area; but realized that without help he could not due the entire job. He called his boss who came by to look at the job and he agreed. After talking to his boss, his boss told me that it would take longer than Adam anticipated but he stood behind Adam's estimate. I am very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and commitment that all of these gentlemen displayed. I'm sure that they made little or no money on this project; but they made a commitment and kept it. That is a rare characteristic in business these days.

Great! Case returned my call quickly and scheduled my work 3 weeks out. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and Daniel was on time the morning the work was to be done. Daniel was very friendly and could do just about anything! He didn't leave a mess and he communicated with me by phone when he had a question or needed to tell me something. Daniel also gave me great advice on how to do some of the remaining work that I wanted to do myself, such as painting. I had already hired a company to do this work and paid them for it but they skipped town and disconnected their phone before they did the work! I decided not to use any more referrals from friends, co-workers, etc because they didn't charge very much. I chose Case because they were reputable and I felt I wouldn't be ripped off again.

FABULOUS! These guys are professional, courteous, timely and they do an outstanding job. They actually finished ahead of schedule and were able to help me out in a short period of time. They always were prompt to return phone calls, get me invoices, quotes, etc. I highly recommend this company!

They showed up on time and worked for 1/2 a day and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves well and I was so pleased that I wanted to let Angie's List know. I'd use them again and recommend them to others!

They were topnotch. They were a little expensive, but I felt like I got what I paid for.

Daniel arrived 5 minutes early & began work right away. Very pleasant, professional individual who did a great job. I would suggest making sure you have a thorough list of what needs to be done as this gentleman was quite efficient & I could have gotten several other items take care of if I had planned a bit better.

They were friendly and did the job quickly. They were very thoughtful and professional. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Communication was good, the work started as scheduled and I must say that I have never met a harder worker than Daniel, he was pleasant, professional, got here on time and never stopped until he finished, he would set up and cleaned up with a lot of care. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he is good at it.

Very customer friendly and prompt from the time I made the initial call to them. I specifically asked the sales rep if he would be visiting the job site and he assured me that he would be on site at least once. The workers were for the most part very professional. Upon the completion of the work I returned home from work and was very dissatisfied. None of the thresholds from the new flooring match the flooring itself. The counter was suppose to have a 1" overhang all away around but this varied and in one case it was flush to the drawers. I was the one who had to call Case and ask the sales rep to come back out because of my concerns. He was willing to do so and even brought out his lead contractor. Sure enough the original measurements from the countertop was wrong and a brand new counter had to be reordered. But before doing so Case offered me $500 to leave the counter as is...which only made me think that they rather "pay me off" then complete the job that I paid for.

The service technician was very professional, friendly, and very good at the craft. He even finished in half the time. If I have any future work, I will definitely call them. I was floored by good service!

Work was done on-time and quickly. Siding deck prep and siding replacement was exactly what I needed. I did notice afterward that a section of repaired siding was not nailed in place - just held in by adjacent pieces of siding. I provided masonry anchors for the deck band on the brick, but the installer used masonry nails instead. This does not comply with local building codes so I had to re-anchor with the masonry anchors I provided. Despite this, I do intend to ask them to price another project at my home in the near future.

Overall, the project went GREAT! I would recommend Case to anyone who asked. I started researching General Contractors in Nov 06, met with Brad Little (President & Consultant) a couple times in Dec 06, and choose Case mid-Dec 06. We met a few more times in Jan 07 to get the design set and sign the contract. Work started mid-Feb 07 & was done in 2 weeks. (It could have been done even quicker, but we were waiting on the granite to be cut.) Mike, the main specialist, was terrific. It really does make a difference when the actual person doing the work knows what they are doing. I ask a lot of questions, too, and Mike was patient with me & answered everything. He was on-time everyday & checked in with me to let me know how things were progressing. This was our first MAJOR remodel and I'm glad that it went so smoothly. For my next remodel project, I'm calling Case for sure.

Initially, we found Mr. Adam Bolinger to be very helpful with our planned project. Before the project started, he returned phone calls and emails promptly. It took Case months to complete the work with a variety of excuses, including weather issues (too cold, despite typical dry winter months) and staffing issues. As time went on and the start date dragged from week to week, we became increasingly frustrated with Case's inability to get started and to relay information to us. The main office staff took several messages, but Mr. Bolinger failed to return phone calls, and we felt that the office manager shared our frustration. Lastly, we had a verbal agreement to paint the dormer siding, but this agreement was forgotten and they have refused to include this service with the current contract. From the ground level, the work appears to be adequate, but overall, we were not impressed with Case's ability to perform this job and to communicate with us during this tedious process.

Everything went exceptionally well. The representative arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, cleaned up, and finished in the projected time frame.

They were great. They arrived early to make sure they had all of the right supplies to get the job done. They finished with still about 10 minutes left on the clock and asked for more work to do, instead of just taking off. I showed them some small fixes that could be done inside the house where some settling had caused some cracks in the drywall. They promptly fixed that and touched up the paint in the remaining time. Very, very pleased with the work.

He was quick, thorough, and professional and pleasant to work with. I thought the garage light FIXTURE needed replacement since I had changed light bulb unsuccessfully. Before going deep into the problem, he tried simply changing it, and it worked, saving much time and money.

He worked steadily throughout the day. Everything was accomplished very well. When you call for a service call, the gentleman in the office is pretty much able to tell you how many hours will be needed so you can tell in ahead how much it will cost. I would use again.

Great work. Efficient, prompt, and did a great job. $325 for four hours of work.
