I was able to do everything over the phone, paid by credit card over the phone, so I never saw them.

I meet with Marc on 4-9-09 to discuss the job. He was very accommodating, meeting me at 7:30AM. He quickly accessed the job and gave me a quote. We agreed and he was able to print the contract from his laptop. I then met Marc and Daniel on 4-17-09 to go over the details of what and when Daniel would be doing. Daniel was scheduled to begin on Monday, 4-20-09 at 8:00AM and he was right on time. Daniel worked with one assistant the first day putting in the insulation and drywall and laying the first coat of mud. Daniel returned the next two mornings promptly at 8:00AM to continue sanding the mudding the walls and ceiling again. Daniel did an outstanding job and left the garage clean when he was finished. His attention to detail is what really made the job special. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely hire these guys again.

They were punctual. They did everything they said they would and they also cleaned up after themselves well.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the work area was left neat and clean.

The initial costing process was a little confusing as I wasn't clear that the pricing was set, so it was somewhat difficult to determine the per line item costs and how those costs aligned with my budget. The work itself was done well. For any correction or rework that was required it was done in a timely and professional manner. I did have a concern with communication, but overall the team worked to address my concerns regarding communication and responsiveness.

Case Remodeling was very professional, prompt and courteous. Not only did they respond to my request for an estimate in less than 24 hours they assigned a case worker to my project and I was personally contacted by that person 24 hours before the scheduled estimate day. On the day of the estimate Adam arrived on time, professionally dressed, with all the necessary tools to do my estimate. He even did some calculations on his laptop right at my house and was able to provide me a detailed quote that day. However, their pricing was significantly higher than the other quotes I had received and I declined to use their services.

Case sent a handyman to assess the problem. He saw what needed to be done and told us. Gave us a very fair price and did the work immediately

Case responding quickly for our request for an estimate. They had done soundproofing work before, though they had suggested Quiet Rock at first, until my research found Green Glue to be much superior by cost and efficacy. They were better than a competing estimate I got, by a substantial amount. The work was done quickly (one week), and included everything but the repainting. The Case contractor was excellent, professional and capable. They used a sub for the sheetrock, which I considered mediocre: they had some uneven spots (which to be fair, Case offered to fix) and were a bit messy with the 'mud' they used. Overall though the experience was top-notch, and I'm happy with the result.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and their time management was good for working with me on time constraints. They did the estimates on time. The quality of their work was good. Pricing was reasonable.

They are slick, professional and are knowledgeable. They person who came out was professional and respectful however he asked me a lot of questions that was not pertaining to the project, which made me wonder a bit. So far they are the highest quote. I haven t made a decision on them yet. I m still looking out for the best deal.

Great! Daniel came when he was supposed to, did the work he was supposed to do, was very neat, efficient and pleasant. We think he's terrific and are impressed with Case Handyman & Remodeling.

There were no surprises and all went smoothly as it had been explained to me. A few little extras were passed along, as well - heavy duty insulation, patching a few additional holes in a wall that I had made. Everyone was polite, helpful, professional. What a pleasure to work with an organization, in general, and each person, in particular, in just the way that I had hoped and as they had explained to me.

The guys that did the work on the house were great. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I got the quote in writing saying that included in that they would be painting the bookcase. They pretended like they never had promised me that, even though I had it in writing. They made me feel like an idiot.

The experience was very comfortable. I felt safe with the contractor who was coming out, which is important for a woman alone at home. The quality was excellent.

Great. On time, under budget, professional and pleasant. I will use them again.

I found Case Handyman Services to be very professional from beginning to end. The man who came out and provided us with a quote was professional to the workers to the cleanup, were all exceptional. They were prompt and their services are all encompassing meaning they provide a wide array of services.

I would definitely call Case again and recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. In fact, I have a list started for the next time I call them.

I found the folks at Case to be very professional. They answered my calls quickly and were very good at keeping me informed of their schedules and progress. They were very careful to go over every detail before the work was done. They assigned one skilled worker who stayed on the job until it was done. Some days he had a helper, others he worked alone. They provided a price before the project started that included labor and materials. I paid them one third to start, once more in the middle and then the final third at completion. It took about a week. There was no inconvenience or interruption to our personal schedule. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I would certainly hire them again.

We didn't use them because they were high in price, but they were really professional. They had a computer program, and we got a quote right then, we didn't have to wait for the quote. They were prompt in coming out when I called them to give me the quote.

I called them and the person that I spoke to gave me an overall idea of their pricing and the kinds of work they do. They scheduled me within a week and we set up a two-hour work frame. The person did not finish all of it within that time, but he was able to come back the next day.

They have been fabulous. We are still in the middle of the project, they are always on time, very friendly. If there is any problems they always call me and have been very helpful. It's just like the window they are suppose to replace has been broken 3 times, NOT their fault the manufacturers fault.

We originally scheduled a full day (8 hours) of Andrew's time, however, when we ran out of things for him to do after 4 hours, he only charged us for a half day. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very good at explaining in laymen's terms what he was doing. He also gave us some free advice on things we could do ourselves and pointed out some areas that we might need maintenance on in the near future. My husband and I were there at different points during his work time and he was very easygoing and friendly with both of us. The quality of his work was great as well, and he cleaned up after himself wonderfully so you would never have known he had been there.

Everyone we worked with at Case, from the salesperson, to the office manager, to the actual handyman, was very personable and approached the job with the highest degree of professionalism. The folks at Case went out of their way to insure a high quality job from start to finish. In addition to completing the work as promised and on time, they went the extra mile. They used plastic to cover everything near where they were working, vacuumed up the drywall dust as they were sanding (even when sanding the ceiling), and even recommended lower cost alternatives for the door frame repair. All in all, this was a highly satisfying experience and we look forward to using them again.

It was a good experience. The work was a little pricey, but the quality was very good. They were professional and they even finished the work ahead of schedule.

Called Case and consultation was scheduled promptly. Adam was on time and did the estimate immediately after hearing what we wanted done. Estimate was reasonable and we scheduled the work to be completed the following week and met with Tom, Adam, and our the designer. They created a sketch of what the fireplace would look like and emailed it to us, so we could decide if we liked what it would look like before it was already built. Tom did all the workmanship and he explained everything very thoroughly and was very professional, I cannot say enough good things about him or the work he did. Everything looks great and works. He was very neat and always on time. We would, and we will use Case again when we redo our bathroom next year. Super Job!
