About a 30 day project from start to finish. Brad, Drew, Tom and their sub-contractors were all professional, punctual and most helpful. Was provided with a project plan at the start and Case was able to complete within two or three work days of the estimated completion. I trust them to plan and manage a project and sub-contractors from end to end. They will go out of their way to please you. I will call them again. C.A. in Tega Cay, SC.

Brad came out to take a look at a master shower where we thought we might have a potential moisture issue. He inspected and put our minds at ease that the shower was ok and we did not need to replace the floor or shower pan/liner at this time. We are thinking about remodeling bathrooms in 2016 and will definitely talk to CASE about doing the work for us.

punctual, friendly and efficiient

We have mixed feelings about Case Remodeling. While we loved working with Drew, who was the installer of the project who did a phenomenal job, we were less then impressed with the office management of the firm. We priced out the project and we wanted to go with a mid-sized firm to complete the task. We read the reviews and looked at their work (along with others that we priced the projects out to). We were happy and decided to use them. We then consulted with them and were told by the initial contact that the project could be put into the queue and completed by the end of June (it was the start of April when we first met). We then signed the contract and gave our deposit. We were told that the cabinets would drive the time table of the project. They came in late which we were understandable about however we then had to match our schedule after we had a prearranged schedule to be on the books in early July. The work was then completed the first week of August. While in the end it is to be expected that time tables will shift, we did not get good communication from the office. In fact when they had bad news about the start date, which I had confirmed with them the previous week, the company left a message on Friday afternoon as their office closed for the weekend. I talked to the President of the company and was promised that our job, which was a small one, was still important. We told him that we did not feel that way. While I love the work that they have completed and it looks fantastic, we did not care for the lack of communication from the office. We initiated most of the conversations. I would recommend their work, but make sure you establish good communication with their office.

I can't say enough good things about this team. From the initial consultation to the final turnover this project was top notch. Adam, Chelsea and Drew helped turn an idea and an empty corner into the focal point of our basement. We met several times to review different designs and products. Once we'd finalized on material the project kicked off right away. The project was removing some carpet, installing a tile floor, A 13' L shaped two level granite top bar with full length granite counter on the opposite side. Custom cabinets, shelves, backsplash, sink and related plumbing and electrical/lighting. This was entirely turnkey, the most work I did was tap the keg. The guys were great to work with, kept the area clean each day, communicated with me where the project stood at the beginning and end of each day. Drew handled each challenge expertly and the final product is something that we are very happy with. We have had zero issues in the last year and we hope to find a new project to bring Case in on in the future.

Not so well. I called for an estimate for a bathroom that needed to be ripped out due to an emergency plumbing issue. I am unable to use my kitchen faucet or dishwasher until the plumbing underneath the adjacent bathroom floor is replaced. The gentleman screening the call took all my information, tried to tell me I needed a second opinion (which is not his place to do) and then, after all this, he tells me he can't even schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate for 16 days! To say I am frustrated is an understatement. After this initial dealing with CASE, I will not be calling them ever again.

The workman, Drew couldn't have been nicer. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing before doing it...He was a joy to have working for me. Will use them again when I'm ready to remodel my master bath and kitchen!

The project took two weeks longer the projected. The home office has not contacted us to see if we have any question. John was good to deal with.

I thought that the quote was a little high. I originally told, in my mind I had been looking at some information and I wasn't expecting that much. It was a little high for me. The person that came, I believe that he was like the president. So, the president of the company came over and talked to me and he did give me some suggestions. The lower end suggestion did not involve tearing out the existing ceramic tile floor but by putting the heated floor overlay on the existing tile and then putting tile on top of that. But he did explain that would mean that I wouldn't have a smooth transition from my bedroom and closet into the bathroom there would be a lip. Then the higher end was for them to tear out the floor and put the slab. He said, he really didn't know because that was a by the hour type job and he said it would be anywhere from $1500 to $2000 so that's where the swing in price comes from. He was knowledgeable and I completely understood everything that he was saying. If the numbers were different it would have been better. I called them on a Tuesday and I think he called me the next day, so they were fairly responsive. Then the day before they called to confirm the appointment, make sure everything was good. He was actually a little early. I'm leaning on not using them based solely on the price because I'm not ready to spend that kind of money right now. I know that they do other kinds of remodeling so I'll keep them in my rotation of getting estimates for other work that I might be doing.

We just love our new porch--it is unique and looks like an integral part of the house. It's spacious and the different elements come together beautifully. We talked to several different companies before Case. After meeting with Adam from Case, we knew that we would ask Case to build our porch. Drew, the project manager, really put in extra effort, and whenever I called him about something his response was quick and appropriate. The project construction was flawless. There were multiple sub-contractors (masons, electricians, gas, concrete, screens, painters) and he kept a really good handle on them. Drew made the project happen and he did it well.

All went very well - very happy with quality of the job.

I received three separate quotes, but Case was the only one who addressed all of my issues, and listened to what we wanted, instead of telling us what they were going to do. Brad, the owner, visited the house multiple times with various contractors to discuss the work, I assume to make sure there weren't any "snags" that would show up. Brad was always quick to respond to any email questions, and his kitchen designer helped us design a kitchen that we envisioned. Jeff was assigned as our Project Manager, and he was fantastic. He got along well with all of the various contractors. I was comfortable leaving him in charge of my house when I had to leave for various reasons. Jeff had an eye for details, and made sure everything was perfect....he treated my house like his own. The project was scheduled for a week. First Day, demo the kitchen and install additional electical, Second day, install the new floors, third day, install new counter tops. Remaining two days were for installing the tile backsplash, and various "punch list" items that came up during the renovation. Although the original quote included installing 4 recessed lights in the kitchen, due to the construction of my ceiling, they were unable to find available locations to install the lights. The ceiling was too full of various duct work, and other items that made finding 4 evenly spaced locations for the lights impossible. We had to scrap the recessed lighting, and Case was quick to adjust my total price to reflect a discount. We plan to "upgrade" our bathrooms in the future, and when we do, I plan on calling on Case to do the job for us.

They were very customer focused, they sent daily pictures to my wife who was on travel, finished the job ahead of schedule. Will definitely use again.

We needed the trim replaced on our chimney and some rotting soffit. We told them that the height was 40 plus feet high and they said they would have to have 2 men to do that job which we agreed to. On the scheduled date they arrived late and only with one person who stated they were on the way to our house and the boss wanted the second person to go to another job, so nothing was done. We re-shceduled and when the 2 men arrived they stated they did not have a long enough ladder to do the work on the chimney and only did the other repair work. They stated they needed a new saw blade and charged us for the blade.

On time, great attitude, excellent work.

We were impressed from the very start with the level of professionalism and skill. You can tell that the employees at Case work well together like a well-oiled machine. Brad was our first contact. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and came out to tell us about Case, our options, and give us a rough cost estimate. We got quotes from two other contractors and Case was in the middle cost-wise. What won us over was the level of experience and the fact that a designer was available to work with us. The designer, Chelsea, was essential to us planning the layout of the project. She listened to what I was thinking and developed 3 plans for us to consider. We came up with the design and throughout the process, she kept up with every detail and every request. Undertaking a remodel like this, you?re required to make a lot of decisions about the plan. When I was stuck on a decision, she was able to offer helpful advice about some things I needed to consider. After the planning phase was over, construction started in a reasonable amount of time. Tom was our crew chief for the project and each day we communicated in some way about the progress. All throughout this time, he was very considerate of our home and our preferences. Brad did a good job estimating the budget and preparing us for what to expect. Although remodels like this create a lot of dust and havoc to the rest of the household, we were given enough information to form realistic expectations. On the first day of construction , we were given a calendar outlining the project. The time frame of 4-5 weeks was accurate, considering some setbacks when unexpected plumbing and range hood exhaust issues emerged. This resulted in additional cost, but we had been advised this might happen. We have worked with other companies in the past and Case was a cut above. We are now about two months after completion of our kitchen remodel and still quite pleased with the results. Any issues that came up were addressed in the best possible way and sometimes we had to make changes that weren't our first choice. If you have ever hired a contractor for a project of this size, you?ll learn 100% perfection is impossible. Case comes pretty close. I would highly recommend Case for their skill and professionalism.

While Adam, their estimator was on-time and we were comfortable with him, we are going with a different company at this point due to the price. They answered all our questions.

They’re prompt, their prices are quite reasonable and the time they take to do the work is in a reasonable amount of time. The main reason we have gone back to use them is their professionalism. They are very professional and are very respectful of our home.

Everything went well and the technicians were friendly. Scheduling was not a problem.

They did a great job, were punctual and were very good about setting up the appointment. I was concerned as it's a fiberglass shower and he found the appropriate stud to insert the bar into. We've used their service before and they have been very consistent and professional.

Case was punctual, arriving at 9 am Monday through Saturday. We were able to sleep in our bedroom, connect to the master bath in question. They created a barrier for dust and used covers to protect our beautiful hardwood flooring. the various crews were professional and inspired confidence. Brad checked in regularly to make sure things were going smoothly and on time. I was pleased to find out that every project has its own supervisor, who is frequently on the job. I never gave it a thought to their being in the house by themselves. the work they did was masterful and artistic. they did a fabulous job on the cabinetry, the tile work, the fixtures and sinks, as well as beautiful countertops. I know that we were pretty demanding regarding the tile work in the shower. the border that we wanted was unusual and they took the time to find exactly what we're looking for.

Due to a great experience with Case on other projects, we had Case Handymen install crown moulding in our second floor Master BDRoom. It turned out so well, we had them continue into the hallway. The guys they sent to do the work were very accommodating and had really good ideas on other areas. The workmanship was excellent, as it has been for past projects. I will always look forward to bringing them back.

In short, we love the master bathroom. It has an elegant look that is due to Case Remodeling having a designer work with us to pick just the right materials for that perfect look. The process started with the owner, Brad Little, coming out and meeting with us to get our requirements. After that, we were able to spend time with the designer AND go to a design center to really get a good evaluation of the tile. Additionally, due to our funds, they worked with us to space the project into 2 phases...how wonderful! Now if we could do the rest of the house!

Case Handyman service did a fine job. The owner of the sub for painting, I would not reccomend, but the painters did a nice job.
