Everything was excellent. I couldn't say enough good things about them or their work. The worker himself, John, was just great, and the quality of his work was outstanding. The price was right on, and I couldn't be happier. My wife and I had a difficult time deciding upon the pattern for the tile, and we appreciated John's expertise in finalizing that. The bathroom looks great, and I will definitely use them again. We are extremely pleased with everything they did.

Daniel from Case came on time, worked diligently and finished in less time than predicted. He was careful to clean as he went and made things very convenient. Daniel has worked in our house before and I was pleased then, too.

Perfect! Handyman arrived at 9am on the dot, work tirelessly by himself and was finished ahead of what was promised. Completely satisfied with work itself, the cleanup et al. Cost estimate was excellent, explanation of what had to be done was done by the owner of the company, and the work was performed in 10 days, at our request. The basement was cleaner when the man left than when he arrived. Would always call CASE for any work in or out of the house.

Case gave us two options, a 1/2 and whole day rate or they could do a custom estimate. They suggested we let their guy come in for a 1/2 day to show just how much he could get done and how good they were. We chose this route and wow they do good work quickly. One small scheduling issue, which they quickly addressed to our satisfaction.

Immediately scheduled an appointment for cost appraisal. Prompt arrival and knowledgable assessment provided for 4 separate home repairs. On time on workday. Very professional work done on two of the 4 appraised jobs. Kept homeowner abreast of the rot repair through the work. Repairs completed in 8 hours on budget and work areas completely cleaned. Will use again to complete the other 2 jobs at later date.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Case--I had been dreading this project, and they made it quick, easy, and fun! They were right on budget, and they finished three weeks EARLY! They did the project in two phases in order to minimize its impact on our lives--they constructed temporary walls separating the den from the rest of the house, so for the first two months, we had not a single speck of dust in the rest of our house despite the tremendous scope of the project. It was amazing! Then to top that off, they completely remodeled our kitchen in only THREE WEEKS--that has to be some sort of industry record!! Everyone at Case was pleasant, easy to work with, respectful of our ongoing lives, even kindly tolerant of my three year old who followed them around, watching their every move. Things were often fixed before I caught them, and otherwise were fixed cheerfully, speedily, and at no cost to me, including big ticket items like a cabinet that was ordered wrong but immediately replaced without any hesitation on their part. Every person involved was professional, hard-working, and amazingly efficient. I was never stuck at home waiting on a plumber or electrician--everything was perfectly orchestrated, organized, and on-time. As for coming back to fix the odds and ends that always exist at the end of the project, rather than my bugging them to come back, they were bugging me to schedule a time so they COULD come back--unreal! On top of that, Case has a two-year guarantee on the job that makes them stand above the rest--they will come back for two years from the completion date to fix anything that goes awry--unheard of, again, in the construction world, and something that definitely puts them in a league of their own. The finished product is exactly how we pictured it, with exemplary craftsmanship and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Case Handyman and Remodel highly enough--they were beyond terrific, and we are thrilled with how the entire project went!!!

I called them and left a message. They got back with me quickly and a few days later they came out to the house. The gentleman never showed up, so they sent another person over within 30 minutes. He talked about the project with me and he bought the bars. Within a few hours he had them anchored and the job was done. He went above and beyond with his work and his availablity to come over unexpectedly. I was happy with the job even with the first guy not showing up.

It is a national organization, so they all get very good training on professionalism, how best to get the job done and that kind of thing. I got handicap accommodation from them. I was in the hospital during the time they were here, and I was not feeling like going out and looking for things. Their designer talked to us and ticked up 3 possible combinations for the tile and 1 of them was just terrific. We appreciated that as a little luxury we haven't had before. Their price was reasonable.

What a pleasure! Brad Little was very helpful with his estimate and recommendations. Thomas did a wonderful job replacing the doors. While he was at it, he fixed my deck stairs too! I will definitely call them again when we are ready to do some more remodeling.

The price was pretty good and so was the quality. They did a good job and I was happy with the work they did overall.

We found Case on Angie's List and arranged for them to give us a quote. They worked with us to balance the scope with our budget. Once we set a date, they were right on time. They were very courteous on the phone and sent us the quote and scope by e-mail, which was convenient. The workman on site was very friendly and professional, and the work he did is great. He even braced our gate at no extra charge.

The gentleman that came was very nice but rushed through the estimate. The entire estimate took about 20 minutes (as compared to an estimate I got earlier the same day which was over an hour). The estimate was emailed right on time but when I replied with a question I got no response (it's been almost 3 weeks). The quote seemed competative but lack of response made me uneasy.

My experience with Case Handyman was great. Daniel did a great job with all of the punch-list items we needed to get fixed before we put our place on the market. He fixed all of the damage our dog had done to the window sills and it looks great. He was punctual, efficient, and very personable. I would recommend him (and Case) to anyone.

They were excellent to work with. The crew was professional and hard working. I would recommend them to others.

The service and quality of workmanship were excellent. The project took longer than expected because a supplier was slow in responding.

The carpenters did a great job. I told them what I wanted done and they spotted some additional areas that needed attention which was appreciated. The salesman who came for the initial visit made a poor recommendation on materials and made a mistake in the scheduling of a subcontractor for gutter repair. I thought the price was high but the quality of the work very good.

Very well. You can be as involved in the project as you want to be.

It was very good, we were very happy with them. He was very helpful, very prompt and neat in his work. They were flexible as we had to switch some projects when he got there and he was willing to do this. He gave us an honest easement to let us know if he could take care of certain problems or not. We would use them again.

We were really happy with the work they did. The person that came out was on time and was very responsible, cleaning up after the work that he did. He finished early and didn't take all day as originally estimated. I wasn't home and had left a check for the work, because it was less then anticipated, he ripped up the check and left us a bill for the work he did. I really appreciated that he did this! We would use them again.

I thought they were very professional. They came on time. I think they offered some good suggestions on how I can keep the shutters looking nice. I was pretty happy with everything! I would use them again.

We were happy with the work they did. We had the work done when we weren't here. The project was a pay per the hour project. Next time we use them for handyman service I'll make sure to be here to take full advantage of the time that they are here. It was nothing against them, we just weren't able to be here that day. We also recently got an estimate from them for a larger job but we're still deciding on getting that work done.

We are very pleased with the end result. Adam did a very good job returning emails and phone calls, was very professional and easy to work with. Daniel did a wonderful job installing the raised bar and cleaned up after.

Great follow-up and highly professional from sending an estimate through final job completion. The whole process was a low-stress experience and the follow-up from the office made everything a great experience. Workmanship and the work crew were super!
