They arrived as promised, looked over the instruction manual, got their gear, and got to work. It was that simple. They did a very nice job. If I need some other little job done around the house, I will not hesitate to call them again.

I was quoted $190 and was charged for $190; the handyman spent 2 hours caulking a set of stairs and two bathtubs along with replacing a light fixture.

Excellent job, and carpenter, Daniel, was great & very professional. Because I supplied the paint, the actual cost was lower than the quote. Getting the quote and work scheduled was a little rocky -- person who performed quote did not follow-up as stated, so I had to make calls and chase people around, so that gets a B. I think they were really busy at the time and there was some miscommunication. We have some additional work to be done and I would like to use this company again.

Case is very responsive and was able to schedule this within 2 days of my call. Daniel, the person that did the work, is very efficient, thorough, and neat. He also performed work on another project for me through Case a few years ago, so I'm impressed with their retention of good employees. We are very pleased with the quality of the installation and will continue to use Case for our projects around the house!

They did a good job. It was not professional to have his music blaring out of his van while he was working in my home though.

We had dealt with this company before - for small projects (see our feedback elsewhere) - and felt comfortable contacting Brad Little for this project; As expected, Brad was very helpful and talked us through the phases required. Construction went very smoothly with the contractor overseeing. We were very pleased with the overall framing, roofing and wall construction. In the end, the room extended the perception of space for our townhome unit and we have enjoyed the space throughout several seasons. Our concept opened the light and air for our small home and, generally, we remain very satisfied. We had no problems with time frames or construction quality. We are thrilled that to date, through several violent storms, we have had no leaks or adverse issues - especially concerning the skylight. We did have a misunderstanding regarding the double hung windows and, in the end, accepted the unplanned additional charges for the grilled windows. We also had hoped that fewer 'trades' had to be 'outsourced' - such as painting (see elsewhere). Still, we love the new room and can no longer imagine what it was like before. Yes, we would recommend Case again but we would suggest that you make your preferences very clear and receive quotes on each and every aspect of your project. We cannot stress enough that you do your homework and have a pretty clear view of your project before enlisting a contractor. The more you can expalin what you want and the contractor can 'see' your concept, the more accurate cost quote you will receive.

We were thrilled to use this company. The work they had done for us was fantastic, and it was a lot of work. They were not the least expensive, but it was worth it for the quality.

Everything went well. He did a great job and was always on task.

They were unique in that they had a decorator that was part of the team. She came in to look at the bedroom and the master bath and then she picked about three different tile patterns, counter tops and other pieces for us to work with. We went to her office and picked what we wanted and it all worked out very well.

Marc, Bobby, and Logan were very professional and friendly from the beginning. Work started on time and was due to be completed in two weeks; however ended up taking 4 weeks. Better communication could have occurred during that time. The delay pushed out other work that was scheduled. Overall satisfied with the work completed. Bobby corrected any items needed to ensure satisfaction.

This is the third time Daniel has helped us - he's great. Not only did he call to ask if he could come early (!), but he got the projects done faster than expected, so the bill was less than expected. In addition to an excellent job, he gave me good advice about some things I thought of doing. And he found the lost earing!

Daniel was very prompt. When he arrived at the house, he went through my punch list. Figured out what he needed and went to Home Depot. Upon his return, he got everything done on my list in the time that was quoted. I would definitely hire again.

He was very professional and responsive. His price was a little high.

I recently had a home inspection, and the footer wasn't put in according to code. I contacted the contractor and they told me that they just did what was done when the house was done in the 1960s, and not was appropriate for now. He agrees it isn't up to code, but says he doesn't have to fix it to bring it up to code.

After going to a nearby company and looking at prices and styles of outside doors, I was given an extremely high quote by them to replace my front door. When I went to pick up the quote, the gentleman that worked at the store told me he even thought it was high and had placed a call to the subcontractor I had paid through them to come out and measure, but the price was 'right'. The question of 'repairing' the door never came up. I wanted a second opinion and called Case. I spoke to Logan and explained the situation. He very quickly told me the cost was high and that I could either repair the door or replace it through them at a substantially lower cost. We then agreed that Daniel would come by the next morning. Daniel arrived right on time and told me the door did not have to be replaced, but could be repaired. He then repaired it - saving me $696.00!!!

Case did a great job on a difficult situation. I was impressed with the professionalism and care that was taken to fully understand the situation and the outcome we wanted. The two doors that needed to be replaced had to fit snuggly in the exterior stucco openings. I wanted to use PVC brick molding to avoid future problems. This was accomplished with great precision, with the carpenter assigned to the job having to craft the molding himself. Everything was accomplished within the scheduled, within the budget with excellent results.

They came out to do some work for me. They were very prompt. I called them one day, and they came out the same day. I thought they were very professional and on time.

As always, Case did an excellent job from beginning to end.

My initial call was very quickly responded to and I spoke with someone who explained their services and that they booked work in 1/2 day increments for $350 (the extra $25 was for the screen). It seemed like a lot for the few things I needed to have done, some touch up painting, calking around my staircase, the screen door and blind replacement were my primary goals. The gentleman who arrived was a little late but I think he also stayed a little later. He struggled with the screen replacement. It took a majority of the morning. It came out OK but not tight enough around the handle. The blinds wen't up easily but he didn't think it was necessary to remove some of the unnecessary slats at the bottom for a better fit. I didn't get the touch-up painting or the caulking done. I would have liked for him to go over the punch list with me before leaving so that I could have better understood what was doable in the timeframe. I am responsible for not speaking up but I also think that Case is responsible for making sure they are offering a fair price for the work done.
