He did an excellent job. He even stayed later than he was supposed to for no additional charge. He was very helpful and explained things very well. He did things I didn't ask him to do, but did them simply because they needed to be done.

I love molding, etc - for many years! I have some wood left to be done - I will call him to come and do more later!

They were professional, responsive and detail oriented. They have a designer on staff. They have a nice office and did a great presentation. We did not go with them as the quote was more than we wanted to spend. They quoted $35-50,000. That seemed like a pretty wide range. We are having our bathroom remodel performed by another company for around $28,000, which is still a total gut job with custom cabinets, tile, etc. I'm sure Case would have done a beautiful job for someone with a higher budget. The carpenter was on time, friendly, workmanship was excellent. Cleaned up job site completely.

Service employee was on time, went over jobs to be completed. Did columns first as he had another helper come to install. After that he finished the other jobs on time.

They were twice as high as the first estimate; I did not choose to work with them because of this.

They arrived right on time and did the work very fast. I had prepaid for 2 hours of service and made what I thought was a list that would exceed the 2 hours of work. The work was done so fast that I was able to get everything done on my list plus a few additional items. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future. They are very professional and fast.

Tom came out right on time. Super nice guy. Went right to work, assessed what needed to be done and kept me informed along the way. Finished work, cleaned up.. Great work, great guy, great company! I was very pleased and will use them again.

Dan searched for door at hardware stores but they are only 1 inch for doors so he made one. We have used Case before & are always pleased.

Dan arrived on time, assessed the needs for the repairs needed, went to Home Depot to purchase materials and proceeded to do repairs. Everything took a little over an hour.

They did very well. If something needed to be modified, Case was always willing to do the changes. Communication was good. Final work through was very thorough. All corrective actions were taken care of in a timely manner. The in house designer was a great help.

Daniel showed up at 9:00 on day of scheduled appointment - was very friendly, courteous, attentive, and professional. Quickly assessed job, acquired materials, and was helpful in measuring and hanging doors and windows. Job took around 5 hours to complete. Daniel left the area neat & tidy and provided a detailed invoice at the of the day. Would be happy to work with Case and Daniel again.

After some confusion about what day the repair was going to take place (Logan scheduled Daniel and then forgot to put it in the system), the repair went smoothly. I was able to reschedule for the next day. The repair took about 4 hours.

We interviewed three contractors to perform this work. Brad's company was quite professional, they had an excellent reputation, and he presented designs for the bar that were extremely detailed, well thought out, and surpassed our expectations. We also felt that his cost estimate was reasonable for the work planned. When scheduling the work, Brad was told that we were only available 2 weeks per month (due to work schedules and our requirement to be home while the work was being performed), and that another contractor would be working on our bath while his company was remodeling the sunroom. Brad had no problem dealing with the complexity of our situation, and began building a schedule. He emailed detailed schedules each month, addressing the plans for the 2 weeks we would be in town. His team showed up exactly when they said they would, were extremely polite and helpful, and courteous of me working at home during the project. The tile floor and stone overlay for the fireplace turned out gorgeous. The person laying the tile was careful to layout the varying sizes and colors in a way that maximized the look and blended the colors in the stone, and provided a feature that truly enhances the room. The bar is just amazing. From the details in the design, to the outstanding workmanship, the bar could revival any professional bar out there. Brad and his team were dedicated to a quality product. In fact, when building the bar, his carpenter tore out one of the columns and re-designed and built it because he felt it didn't look exactly as he thought it should. Our fabulous bar was delivered on schedule and at the price agreed to.

Appointment was made quickly; estimate arranged and given promptly. Worker came exactly as scheduled, did work in outstanding fashion and made improvements to original design. Finished and cleaned up perfectly. Price less than estimate because of saving on materials.

$5400 for screening system. Way to high. Asked for estimates on screen repair and for screen 'system'. Only provided screen system pricing. Had to ask for screen repair pricing. the price for screen repair was triple the price of what we had received for replacing screen on porch ($3400).

It was great. Everything was done just as I asked. Would not hesitate to hire again for anything needed in house. Daniel was super.

We called Brad Little who is the president of Case Remodeling to request some information. Brad scheduled an appointment to meet with us. Brad drew up a planning agreement explaining what the remodeling consultant would do and he also did a project description & budget range. After talking with Brad, we decided to let Case do our kitchen remodel. We were informed of the scheduling, the payment schedule and Brad answered any questions or comments we had. We then met with Chelsea who is the designer for Case. She was very knowledgeable and her suggestions were so helpful. We met Brad & Chelsea to see the first design and they were both very helpful in assisting us in making changes that we wanted and they drew up more designs until we were comfortable with the final design. The cabinets were ordered, other decisions were finalized and the process was underway. Tom was our Lead Carpenter. Brad introduced us to Tom and he told us what they would be doing, all the logistics that needed to be discussed prior to the construction team coming to our house. Tom was at the house every day answering any questions that we had as well as making sure everything was getting done as we expected. Everybody that came in from Donald who was removing all the existing cabinetry, etc, Leon, Bobbie who did the electrical work, Joe and his painting crew, the plumbing crew, everybody was so professional but yet very willing to answer any questions. Case started our remodel on 5/2/12 and there was not a day that something was going on and they finished on 6/7/12. I would highly recommend Case Remodeling for any handyman services needed. They did an amazing job for us!

Installer arrived early, very courteous, very professional explained to me in details what he needed to do answered my questions with patience.

From the initial sales and design meetings with Brad Little and Chelsea Allard , through the dealing with the project manager Tom O'Neal they were professional, attentive, and thorough. We expanded our initial plans, as they made a lot of great suggestions. We tore out the complete kitchen, redid the electrical and plumbing, redesigned the layout, partially moved one wall, installed new cabinets, granite countertops, and a personalized backsplash tile. We installed a tiled kitchen floor, a hardwood family room, and a new door. The fireplace was redesigned, re-tiled, and the mantle was built by Tom. After all the little touches were completed and we finished the painting we had friends over for dinner. For those of us who had seen both the before and after, the transformation was everything we had hoped for. This is a lot of money to spend, and I had procrastinated in getting the job done (I say 'frugal', my wife says 'cheap'), but was happy with the whole experience, and were are both thrilled with the process and the results.

Cafe did a great job, from the initial consultation and effeminate to completion of the project. on time, efficient and first-rate result.

He is just out of this world wonderful and is always very punctual and knowledgeable. I have had him in my house 8 times and he is very respectful, kind and the work is superior. He has a calling; a group of people who constantly use him. My girlfriend and I both use him and did not even know it. He helps me by giving advice on projects. The office personnel automatically return their phone calls and you get to know them very personally. One reason that I renewed my membership with Angie's List is just so I can do a report on this person and company.
