Case Remodling called back and listened as I explained problem. Would not come out to see job and give estimate. Was told when repairman arrived he would tell me if job would take more than 2 hours. I felt like this was overly simplistic and way to open ended. Job could go on and on at this rate.

Logan at Case returned my call within 30 minutes and scheduled the work for the next day. Tom was professional and pleasant. After removing the appliance, he determined that the space was not large enough for the slide in. He moved the cabinets about 1.5 inches, removed the excess countertop and installed a plug for the new range. You cannot tell the cabinets were moved--it looks like it was always that way! He caulked the other side of the space so that both counters now have nice white caulking. Tom also replaced a wall switch in our dining room and gave a recommendation for some sticking windows. If we ever need additional work done, we'll certainly call Case Remodeling again.

Tom arrived on time, left work area clean when leaving, two day job, courteous and professional which was appreciated. All carpentry work was good as the new stairway stair door was a challenge to install. Have been renovating my house over the last 4 years and have spent close to $80,000 with estimated $40,000 left. I have dealt with many contractors estimates and actual work .Tom rates as one of the best carpenters I have dealt with, he takes pride in his work, something that is missing from a lot of contractors today. Have already scheduled an appointment for an estimate on replacing the living and dining room hardwood floors with porcelain tile.

Called to set up an appointment to get a bid from CASE for a large remodelling project and second floor addition. We tried to set up an appointment and was told by them they are an "8-5 business." They can only meet us during those hours and were totally inflexible- 5:30? Weekend? No? Seriously? We are looking at a $300,000- 400,000 job and they can't meet us at 5:30 because we both need to work? Good for them- they must have plenty of jobs and not need ours. And here's another thought- what if they are behind schedule and need to meet a deadline? Quitting time is at 5pm sharp. Glad they got their priorties.

Finished all the outside repairs the first day as rain was predicted for the next day Everything looks great. The inside work solved our air flow problems and replaced all areas damaged by the water leak.. Everything was cleaned up and you could not tell he was here. I am very pleased with all the work done and plan on getting estimates to enclose my screened in porch

Everything went well and I am very satisfied with the job and the company.

Had a problem with bathroom vent duct work that was installed improperly when home was built. Not only did Case correct the materials used for the duct, they also insulated the duct to stop condensation from occurring which ultimately led to the drywall damage that Case fixed as well. Case did a great job on the drywall repair and everything is ready for paint.I'm extremely pleased with the work done and was within the estimate provided.

Danial was very professional, arrived on time, finished the work quickly and on budget. We were very pleased with the finished job and will call Case again for all our home repair jobs.

Everyone from Case is meticulous, professional, and on time. All was done exactly as discussed. Great company to work with.

Dan, the young man that came out worked so fast and cleaned up behind himself until I had to tell him to slow down.They had given me a 2 hour window for the price and boy were we happy he stayed within that time frame.Had we known that their was a piece we needed we would have gone out and bought it. initially, there was a communication gap with the employee scheduled to do the job which delayed the work by 2 days. However the job was rescheduled that same day for 2 days later. I appreciated that response time and the rescheduled/different handyman was on time and very efficient. The handyman identified the material requirements, went to the hardware store, purchased and installed the shelving in a timely manner. The quality of the work was exceptional. The installer/handyman was very friendly and easy to work with.

Case Remodeling was great! They were prompt and professional. They returned my call to set up an appointment in a timely manner, provided a comprehensive estimate and were able to schedule the work to accommodate my calendar. The Home Repair Specialist arrived on time, performed the work as quoted, and cleaned up when finished. The work was performed on time and Daniel McKee was friendly and courteous. I would call them again in the future if the need ever arises.

This is our second time using Case. Each time Brad Logan and his assistance Daniel have been professional, courteous, timely and respectful. So far we have had only very small jobs but Case will be first contacted once we pull the trigger on our larger job.

The process began in February with planning meetings with Brad and Chelsea. By March we signed the design contract. For the next nine months months we slowly worked through all the design decisions. The work started until early January and lasted about three weeks. All the workers and subcontractors were very professional. My only suggestion would be that it would have been helpful to have known in advance of all the decisions that were required. I didn't expect the number of daily decisions that were required during the actual work effort in January.

Case was great! They were prompt and professional. Even gave my husband a few tips while doing the job! I will use them again for other projects in the future.

The work performed on time and the staff was courteous and neat. Will use them again if the need arises.

I actually have two bathrooms and I was trying to modify one for a handicapped relative who was going to move in with me. He only gave us a bid on one and we ended up doing the other one and had another bid coming on the other one which is significantly lower so we went that route. There was some confusion on the days but I think that was on our end and not his. He came out, took the measurements and gave the estimate very timely. My daughter was here at that time. He did give us a written estimate and it was good. It was just that the price was not what we wanted. I probably would have him come back out. If I had been here, I would have asked him to look at the other bathroom and see if we could do that one cheaper. I think we could have. I am not sure the price was the issue but I ended up actually with a friend who does the same kind of work who ended up doing it for us and saved me some money.

They returned my call to establish an appointment in a timely manner. Arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up and everything was very professional. After a couple of days I noticed the door was not closing properly. I called them and they immediately came out and fixed it....no questions, no issues.....just got it done and quickly. I've got them on my contact list and will use them again.

They did more than I wanted and it was quality work. They did exactly what they said when they said.

We were very pleased with Case Handyman & Remodeling. Professional, punctual, they were straight A's. This was a difficult job. The foyer is really high. They took the old light fixture out and hung the new one. They did a really great job.

We were looking to renovate our master bath and saw a newspaper ad for a Case Remodeling Seminar. We attended the seminar and learned quite a bit about the company. Had them out to do an estimate and thought the estimate came in high. I researched the NARI site and discovered the estimate was actually on par with the typical renovation costs for my area. I contacted Lowe's as well as an individual who does renovations, but their follow up was awful. The follow up from the Case team was always quick so we decided to use them. Brad, the owner, and Chelsea, the designer, were very accomodating and worked with us very well. The project took about two weeks and was on time. The quality of the work was outstanding. They sub out some of the activities such as painting and plumbling, but their project manager was always on site when the sub contractors were present, overseeing the work. Our bathroom turned out terrific, better than expected. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

After trying to get some other small handy men over to do the work who either didn't follow up, didn't quote the job, didn't return calls, Case promptly returned my call, reviewed the work needed, quickly gave me a quote and scheduled the work within a couple weeks. They were on time, were professional, courteous, and completed the work as promised. They came and reframed a closet, added a door to a room, re-worked some challenging trim, and built out the closet in the bonus room to include adding lighting, moving electrical, finishing drywall. They did a great job and I will call them back for additional work next year.

Scott came out to provide an estimate on October 10th. He sent me a written estimate a few days later. I added a couple of other items that I forgot to show him when he was at the house and he was very accomodating. He also helped get some information for me on cleaning hard water stains on my shower doors and gave me an estimate to replace the doors if they couldn't be cleaned. He went out of his way to help me with this issue which I appreciated. After I signed the contract Scott put me on the calendar for later in November but shortly after that the office manager, Logan, let me know that they had an opening a couple of weeks earlier if I wanted it so we rescheduled. They are very organized and professional and the employee who ended up doing my work, Dan, was on time and did a great job on everything. They originally thought it might be a three day job but Dan got in done in two. I was very happy with Case and will definitely call them again.
