Renu did a great job. They told me what they planned to do and did it with no issues.

The process needed a better communication tracker.

I chose to investigate solar because my wife and I are considering a full-time retirement in the foreseeable future. We wanted to research all expenses we are currently incurring, and research how to eliminate or drastically reduce them. We had several solar companies come in and tell me why they had the best program/product for my money. I narrowed my prospect list down to two companies. Both offering different manufacturers, but equivalent quality. Pricing from both of these companies were very close and competitive. The final decision for choosing Renu besides the knowledge Bill brought to the table, was the offering of a solar system that produces 25kw per hour vs the competition offering a max of 20kw per hour. So even on overcast days, I am still pulling 5,000kw per hour more when the energy product starts to slow down. Now that the crew has completed my installation, I can promote Renu as a 5star***** company from presentation, communication, and application. I am sure I will follow up this review with a 5 star review with performance as soon as the inspections are complete and I can power it up. Ken Kirk

The decision to go solar is not an easy one. It is a large investment, and the project involves equipment and technology with which few of us are familiar. What attracted my wife and me to Renu is the fact that they seem fully aware of just how daunting the decision to go solar can be for the average family. At every stage of the process, they supply copious, detailed information in a manner that is accessible and easily understood. During the initial quoting process, I asked for a month-by-month breakdown of how much power their proposed installation would supply, which made it easier for me to compute the financial benefits that the solar system would provide. Justin, our Energy Storage Specialist, quickly provided me with the information I requested and patiently answered some follow-up questions that I had. Once we decided to go with the proposal, Calli, our Solar Project Coordinator, stayed in touch with us every step of the way, providing information about next steps along with projected time frames. The installation crew that installed our system was friendly, professional and efficient. It gladdened my heart to see how excited they were about the array that they were installing. They clearly take tremendous pride in their work. We are now awaiting county inspection and the meter swap by our utility. While our solar system is not yet fully activated, I am absolutely confident that Renu will be there for us throughout the remaining steps and beyond.

The Renu team is phenomenal, from start of the project to finish. No one is pushy, they are all extremely responsive, and they trusty care about the project. Canâ t recommend highly enough.

Everyone I communicated with, from the sales, financing, design and install were flawless. Installers were all efficient and friendly; willing to answer any questions i had with a smile. (and that's hard when the high for the day was 90). I wish there were a 6 star rating because that is what I would have chosen.

Living in a new community, we frequently had solar salespeople knocking on our door. I refused to speak to any of them since (a) this is a HUGE investment and (b) I needed to do my homework to be prepared for the conversation. After reading reviews and looking at BBB complaints, I narrowed the field down to two companies to solicit bids from. Renu won the job because of Brandon's ability to anticipate our questions and to create some custom models of how large trees at the rear of our property could impact the placement of the solar panels during the winter months. Brandon always felt more like our personal consultant instead of a salesperson. There was ZERO pressure and a lot of information. Our relationship with Brandon (and with Renu Energy Solutions) just felt right. Once the ball got rolling, I honestly couldn't believe how quickly this installation was done, and with such little effort on my part. Every team member was courteous, professional, and just a delight to work with. Their installation is very clean and looks like a work of art. Obviously, the team at Renu takes pride in their work and their relationship with their customers.

Great experience with ReNu for residential roof solar panel installation. I liked very much the preparation, set of milestones, readiness and knowledge to answer questions and very well organized team. Clean installation habit. Great installation the installers were fabulous.

I've had a great experience with Renu Energy. I had a substantial solar system (with full house battery back-up) installed and the team at Renu is exceptional. I found them to be very easy to work with, professional and the installation team was amazing. As an added bonus, they are based where I live, so they were able to make numerous site visits when designing my system.

From our first meeting with Jeremy to the communication with the office staff and our install last week, Renu has informed us of everything that would happen and has been with us every step of the way. They have met our exceptions and then went way beyond. We could not be more happier that we chose to go with Renu.

They said it was a turnkey solution, and true to their words they handled every step of the process for me. I just paid the bill. If they could find a way to cover that for me, too, I'd add a sixth star! XD
