Very professional service and nice guys, but disappointed in the value falling short of what was promised. When I first spoke with the office the pitch centered on how identifying and sealing any crevices was a critical part of their rodent service. However, after committing to a “three visit plan” for several hundred dollars, the technician informed me that sealing openings in the crawl space was not included… when I raised the fact that the service was sold based on the remediation including identification and sealing entry points they didn’t have a great answer and wanted another $400-$500 for doing the most important part of the job (according to them.) In hindsight, we ended up paying >$400 for Remedy to lay less than $40 worth of traps that can be bought online and set pretty easily. Dewey (technician) couldn’t have been nicer, but if we had the issue again I’d save the money and set some traps myself or look for a company that commits to actually sealing entry points.

Nathan was a knowledgeable, conscientious, and friendly professional. He explained what was going to be done in removing raccoons from our crawlspace, and did so in a timely, thorough manner, often going the extra mile to make sure the job was completed. Highly recommended.

Definitely satisfied with the product. Our backyard was terrible with mosquitos and to the point we avoided going outside. Since we had the service completed, It has been 1000x better. Definitely worth it to enjoy the backyard again!

We have loved using Remedy Pest Control! The organic products they use In our yard and around our home are healthy for us and our two dogs! We haven’t seen any critters or bugs around since we started using this company! Customer service has been great and every person that comes to our hope has been very nice and informative. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone trying to stay away from harsh chemicals and looking for natural pest control!!

The technician was very professional, he asked if we had any concerns and walked the property with me as we addressed any problem area's. He then suited up and performed a detailed pest control spray and refilled traps. He then put on more protective gear for the disinfection service, we are very pleased with the results.

These guys are really great. Caleb is an awesome technician!
