Advertising as using relatively nontoxic stuff is a serious thing. The company should be upfront about exactly what they use, and they were not. It harmed someone I live with.

I have a need that was sure to take multiple visits, for quality and efficiency. While I will need at least 1 more, the initial visit was very effective. It has been 1 week, and the difference is clear, and I am just so much happier with my home now. The service here met, and exceeded, my expectations. Thorough and efficient during the visit itself. And, Eric, from the office was extremely helpful, and well knowledge for my needs. I look forward to the completion!

Excellent in everyway

Have a cockroach issue in my townhome. Called them the next day to have an extreme spray my house and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was also very accommodating when scheduling.

Had hornets in shrubby. Few ants. All outside. Young man very nice. Knew exactly what to do with Hornets. Educated me on why they were so abundant this year.

I was out of the house when the service guy came, but my husband was home. They serviceman waived the$40 fee for the removal of a wasps nest from the mailbox, and went on to spray the house, interior and exterior parts. My husband says he is quite satisfied with the service - but of course we won't know until the next few months. Remedy is supposed o come back end of the next month. They're quite professional, exude confidence, knowledge and experience on the job.

Professional and made me feel they cared

Primas was great. He called to let me know he was on his way and on time. He can to door to see if there was any other problems before he started which was wonderful because I had an issue. He came in and check the situation out and treated. He was very polite. Primas completed his work; checked with me to see if anything else needed to be handled before leaving. Thank you Primas, see you in three months be safe. I have been very please with the service I have received from Remedy Pest Control.

Well, they did a great job. The lady I spoke to on the phone and the guys they sent out were very knowledgeable about Carolina critters, and were exceedingly courteous. They did warn me that after the first spraying, not to be surprised to see critters come out. There were a few, but not too many. Since the second spraying theyre gone.

Louis was patient and answered my questions. He was thorough on his inspection, well-mannered and respectful of my desire to handle the project. Brittany was wonderful on setting up the appointment and spoke with Eric whom wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the inspection. Remedy Pest Control lived up to its great reputation. I will gladly recommend to friends and neighbors.
