After emailing him, he showed up weeks later without an appointment. Promised a quote within a week. Two weeks later I reached out since I had not received a quote and he abruptly said he's not going to give a quote. Communication could be better, can't comment on quality of work. Perhaps he's too busy.

Everytime I have called David he has returned my calls promptly. His work is reasonably priced and well done.

Fair.

We had Reid's contracting quote us on a job to build out a front porch, siding replacement, and other things on the outside of our house. Ultimately we chose someone else.

UPDATE: He did the electrical and plumbing but I am not sure if he is licensed. **end update** David Reid is licensed and insured and he shows you the certificates prior to starting work. He is also a licensed electrician. He came up with a great idea to fix the jamb in the door. He seemed creative in devising solutions to problems. Getting the plumbing to vent was a big issue that he resolved nicely. He was recommended to me by a friend of his who was a home builder. I was pleased with his work.
