+ -1 moreCalled about power issue I had with PS3. Original tech was helpful but determined that I needed to speak to the head technician. Owner called me back within 20 minutes and told me to bring it in and he would get me squared away. Took it by their shop a couple of days later and the owner checked out the PS3. As promised, he got it powered up quickly and didn't charge me anything. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back to them with any game console issues and recommend to anyone. Great service!
