....but recently they have been unresponsive. I called about 3 times and noone called me back. In the last call, i pleaded in saying that the sprinklers were not working and it was really important for someone to come soon as I had just seeded the grass. I received no returned call...disappointing. I went with someone else who was able to come out in 1-2 days.

They came back the following week as promised and fixed the problem without me even being home, no problem!

Generally no one is there to answer phone so leave message - took several days to get response - upon response it took about a week for him to show up (did show at end of 3 hour window he gave) - he diagnosed problem about three weeks ago and promised to call back to schedule repair - have not gotten any response from him or from my calls - time to move on to someone else - clearly not an Angies List 'A' performer

Lance called to ask if he could come early! Refreshing. Immediately addressed our concern, told us what was wrong and he quickly fixed it. We still had time left that we paid for so he suggested he check the other sprinkler heads and adjusted them where necessary. He did a superb job below the price we expected, did it in less time than we expected. He met all our expectations and then exceeded them. We'll definitley use him again and you should too!

It went very well. They were prompt and arrived on time.

They are very responsive to customers' requests for service. They usually give same-day service on emergencies. The quality of the work is always high, and the courtesy of the workers is unusually good. I trust them so much that I don't offer direct supervision; I lay out the job and I can leave them alone. I trust that they will not do something they shouldn't do.

Mitch showed up early, found the leak within a few minutes, and repaired the line. He also checked the other zones for problems, re-aimed a couple of heads and it was necessary to replace one. He was in and out in record time and did a neat job of placing the grass back in place where he had to dig.

Work was performed professionally and quickly. After completion standing water dissipated and water was flowing into nearby culvert.

Within a week of the signed quote and authorization to start work, Lance arrived to hand dig the ground where the wires were being placed. The special order lights arrived the following week and he was here to install them that same day. Work was finished in one day and the lights were on that evening (beautiful glow and look). You couldn't even tell where he had the dug the ground to place the wiring. Oh, I almost forgot--the initial quote was for $2300 but they gave us a 10% discount to pay for the first year's annual maintenance agreement, bringing the final cost down to $2,070. All in all, a most excellent job and my highest recommendation!

I chose them because they've got great ratings on Angie's List and what I liked about these people was that they were dependable irrigation people. I called in and they actually called back right away which was unusual from my experience in the irrigation world. They were on-time and personable. The actual technician that came, his name was Lance and he was fantastic. He explained everything that was going on, he tried to fix the unit that was up there and asked me what I wanted to happen. He did a little bit of asking about our needs and giving me pricing and all different things that could happen. In the end, for order needs, they actually had a demo model that they were installing. They had been given to test out in different houses and as long as people were willing to get feedback for that model when they call back about it, then you could have the model free and only pay for the installation which was right up our ally, it's perfect. It works great, looks good and the service is fantastic. It got done in a decent amount of time and it was a good experience. I would call them again, even though they aren't the people who installed the irrigation to begin with. I would definitely call them again to do any service that we need with irrigation system.

I'll rate them an A all the way down the board and I would definitely have them work for me again.

They arrived as scheduled and completed all services as requested. Professional and helpful with information on state of irrigation system.

We had a couple of broken heads and needed some heads adjusted to give us total coverage. Angela in the office was efficient in scheduling the apt. and Jeff Warner was punctual and competant. I felt Jeff was very honest and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will recommend him to anyone that needs this service.

This rating is long overdue. They were wonderful and did everything as promised. More importantly when there was a disagreement over a "grey" area they absolutely stepped up to the plate and did extra work at expense to themselves and not to me. This company was worth every penny and I have very glad I used them. Kudos to them. Ron L

Repair crew was on time and began work immediately. They did not stop until the job was completed. They did professional work and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving.

He is extremely professional, responsive and punctual. He does the work very quickly. He communicates through email as well. The quality of his work is very good and I have been satisfied with his service.

I apologize for not submitting this report until now. I use Angie's list all of the time but am horrible about submitting reports. I decided to submit this one after all this time because I can't recommend Rainwagon enough. I have them come out each season to winterize and inspect. I have had zero issues with my system. They did an excellent job. The original quote was actually for 6 zones not 7. However, they determined during install that 7 would be more appropriate. The price did not change! They were a bit higher than other companies but most times you get what you pay for -

Angela called the day before Lance was scheduled to come to confirm. Lance and Tre arrived on time on the scheduled day. We knew the box and 1 or 2 valves needed to be replaced, and had an estimate of that cost. Lance made sure I knew of the additional costs when he discovered the remaining leaking valves before he proceeded to replace them. He also explained the process of tracing the bad electrical connection and the cost involved with that. Before they left, Lance marked the areas of the yard that were too soft to be mowed. They seeded and put down erosion preventative in the places where they dug up the yard.

Their work was excellent and they followed up well. They were on time for appointments and their pricing was very competitive. The overall experience was excellent and I will use their services again.

The experience with them was great and their prices were fair compared to others. They were not expensive and completed the job in a couple of days once they started. The owner actually came out and walked me around the property explained well where the sprinkler heads would go after which his son met me. They were very personable and a good company to work with.

When I had Rainwagon Irrigation come out to the estimate, Jeff Warner, I believe he s the owner of Rainwagon Irrigation, was a professional. He was clean-cut and well spoken. Jeff got right to it. He presented well and I felt comfortable going with them. The system that Rainwagon Irrigation installed worked great. They come out twice a year, in the spring to turn the system on and in the fall to shut the system down. The service doesn t stop after the installation. If a spray head needs replaced Rainwagon Irrigation does it when they come out. When they did the installation, they came out and stuck with it until they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and even hosed off the driveway. I will continue to use Rainwagon Irrigation. I wouldn t use anyone else.

We hired RainWagon irrigation to outfit our back yard with a full irrigation system, including a mist irrigation system for our flower beds. They arrived on time and had the yard trenched and the irrigation system laid in within a week. They hooked the system in to our current system for the front yard, programmed the whole system and gave us instructions on how to change the programming ourselves. They did a fantastic job, quickly and for a reasonable price.

Very pleased. System is top of the line and easy to use.
