All was done by RainWagon service company very well and it fixed my long time repair work. Getting them put me on their calendar took some time but they fixed all the irrigation problems. They are very good providers

I wouldn't use them again. They were here about an hour. All I wanted them to do was move the valve from the driveway because my wife misses the driveway and I was afraid she was going to drive over it and bust the water line. They did a lousy job plus it was expensive. They gave me a ball park figure of the amount and I thought that because I dug out the valve to begin with and it took longer than their time would take them, that they would cut the price. But they slapped me with the full $750 which I thought was unfair.

Contractor showed up on date promised, during time frame promised. Did a good job repairing my broken zone, and price was good. Was very knowledgeable and willing to explain issues with our sprinkler system.

It went well. They showed up when scheduled. He did the work. I will continue to use them. Their price is normal among their competitors. They first came out in December to winterize the system.

Took a little time to fine the leak but worked out fimne.

Tested the irrigation system for the spring and noticed that the drip irrigation zone was damaged, resulting in a geyser where the break occurred. Called RainWagon, and Jeff scheduled around my business travel. Lance and Mark arrived 5 minutes early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and knocked out the repair and additional maintenance items in about an hour. Excellent customer service, reasonable price, and expertise. Can't go wrong with RainWagon.

I contracted with Rainwagon Irrigation to install a new irrigation system at my property. Both the owner (Jeff) and installation lead (Lance) were very professional and easy to work with. They were competitive on price, very knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. They took additional time to clean up, train me on how to use the system, and clearly took pride in their work. I am planning to maintain a long relationship with Rainwagon for startup/winterization and other enhancements/maintenance in the future, and would highly recommend them. I have no complaints about their service.

Company rep showed up on time. He called 30 mins before he arrived as I had requested to allow me time to get home to meet with him. Extremely courteous and professional. Identified problems, and provided work on just what was needed. Price was VERY fair and I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Rainwagon Irrigation originally installed my irrigation system in 2011. As my landscaping has changed I've had Rainwagon back 3 times. They are friendly, smart, reasonably priced and do great work. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Very pleased with whole process! No surprises! They gave me a detailed quote with sketch showing where & what type of sprinkler heads would be installed. Quality installation from professionals that were very pleasant to work with.

I did not chose Jeff due to timing of the work needed. However, I did obtain multiple quotes from multiple companies. Jeff was very competive with his quote and very knowledgeable. He was very honest about his availability and the time required for him to get to my job started. I appreciate the honesty and would definitely consider Jeff for future work. He was very professional throughout the quote and follow up process.

I needed the back flow system to be tested and even if they were quite busy they came the next or following day and completed the test to my whole satisfaction. I'll make sure to contact them for any future similar needs.

They replaced a control valve which meant digging up an area they had been in before with other problems but when you are working with a 24 year old system, stuff wears out, hoses crack, and brackets come loose. Rainwagon didn't install my system but they sure keep in working for me year after year and this was no different. Great job and the system has been trouble free all summer and into the fall when I turned it off.

The proposal was thorough, complete, and fair. The price was comparable to others in the area but the overall professionalism and promptness stood out. The job was completed during the day while I was at work and we did a walk through at the end. The team at Rainwagon went above and beyond to install the system and paid close attention to detail. They took care of all the big things (safety valves, ease of use, etc.) and all the little things (like cleaning up nicely). They did such a good job that my neighbors are even talking about what a good job they did. I had one neighbor say "Hey, your irrigation system looks good!" Which is strange, because the irrigation system is completely hidden and you wouldn't even know one had just been installed! I will definitely use Rainwagon again in the future!

Our irrigation main line was poorly repaired the previous year which cause a fountain of water when it gave way. I found this company in Angie's magazine and gave them a call. They were honest in their projections to get to our home (next day) to investigate, showed us the problem and told us they could make the repairs a week later after completing another job. They did as they said (rare anymore) and we were reasonably charged as quoted (another very rare thing anymore).. I highly recommend them and will indeed use them again. You'll be happy you call on them.

I'm a big believer in service. When I get great service, I make sure that business gets repeat business from me and I try to find ways to let other people know about it. When I feel dissatisfied, I take equal steps in the opposite direction. So, my review may be due to my more stringent views on what customer service should be. It's my belief that a potential customer should not be left hanging in the wind. It gives a very bad impression and it's a bad way to start a professional relationship. I contacted this business four days ago and have not heard anything from them. In their defense, it was a Friday and summer is probably a busy time for them. However, it takes two minutes to contact the potential customer to say either: A. "Things are really busy right now. Can we contact you in x days when we can give you proper attention?" B. "As much as we would like to help you, our schedule won't allow for any additional work for the next couple of months. We could say yes, but then we'd do less than our usual quality and we'd prefer not to do that. However, we'd be happy to check back with you once our schedule allows us to take on new customers." If there has been a misunderstanding and my view of the facts is incorrect, I will be happy to amend my review. Positive or negative, I want it to be accurate.

Nice people, both on the phone and in person. Treated me well and was willing to take the time to show me how to use the system correctly.

Rainwagon does all of our irrigation - turn on, turn off, replace sprinkler heads/valves, etc. They always do excellent work.

They showed up early, located the leak quickly, repaired it quickly, and then cleaned up so that you never knew they had been here.

The service was fast, friendly and I think reasonably priced as well. Thank you Rainwagon!

The whole experience was great. The man who answered the phone was great. He got me an appointment as soon as possible which was soon (I had reacted just prior to the onslaught on springtime issues) but I do know that they get really backed up when it gets hot. They are worth waiting for as they were great. I really appreciated the technician straightening out my system. I would have no way of knowing that sprinklers on my hill were turned ineffectively had he not gone through and adjusted them. I think RainWagon is great. Thank you Angie's List for having a place to get consistently great, reasonable service.

I called to make an appointment and Jeff was very professional and did tell me that his schedule was booked for a week. At any rate, one of his service men came today and was on time, professional and very thorough. He took care of everything I asked. I will be switching to Rainwaggon for my annual maintenance.

The experience was great. They were on time, and they had told us that they would call in the morning, and they did within our specified time frame. The guy came and was done within 15-20 minutes. He then restarted our system and everything was fine. He was very professional, polite and very nice and we had no problems at all.

It started raining the day after they installed it and it hasn't run since so I haven't been able to use it yet. I assume that it works. It went very well. They came when they said they would and kept working all week long. At the end of the day on Friday they were finished. I would definitely use them again.

The process went very well and I was pleased. They came to my house one morning and walked around with me for 20 minutes and I showed them what was wrong. They said the scope of the work was too extensive to do right then and there so they said they would create a quote and mail it to me. About 4-5 days later I received a quote in the mail and I called to provide a deposit and set-up a time. The earliest available was about a week out. They showed up as promised at the exact time and did the work while no one was at the house. The work was great and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again. The only advice I would give anyone considering using them is if you are new customer there might not be immediate service available.
