Lance and his team of Bo and Daniel delivered on the services promised and beyond. From the proposal process to the finished product they performed at the highest level.

Very pleased with the service performed. I will call on them to do my yearly sprinkler system winterization. Also pleased that they gave me 10% off with coupon found on Angie's List.

Lance came and said we need to add 2 zones with a total of 10 sprinkler heads. The price is quite comparable to the other company we consulted. Lance asked for a 500 deposit to hold the work order, which he deposited. The work was done a month later: they were quite booked! His two men team showed up on time, worked hard and did a thorough job. I am very happy with the job!

They found a significant number of issues, and fixed them all quickly and efficiently. Since then, my water bill has been back in line, and my lawn and shrubs have never looked so good. I will be using them for my winterization this fall.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I think Rainwagon deserves some kudos. I grew up in the irrigation business so I know a thing or two and what questions to ask... The industry and products don't change drastically. They are well established and have been around a long time. They were always right on time, or early from estimate to installation. they use quality parts, and don't take shortcuts. They will do things that you may not expect to make the job more complete. I think their price was fair, so I did not bother getting additional quotes. It takes a lot of time to get people to call back (the few that do) and schedule time at your home to review.... worth something right there.

Excellent, professional work. The two-man crew showed up promptly, explained what they would do, and executed it efficiently. The system is working much better and covering more of the grass as a result of their efforts. Will have them return for seasonal maintenance.

They called before arriving to give me a time range for their arrival, which I appreciated. The service rep Robert was very courteous and professional. And he did good work.

These guys are great!! Not expensive compared to the other quotes we got. They came out, installed the irrigation system, showed me how it works, and also helped me lay out seed and straw (which they didnt have to do). Extremely professional, and proficient in what they do. I would definitely recommend them!!

These folks are not only good at what they do but are creative providing me with a number of options. In short they were able to get the one head working without replacing it, re-aimed another so it would do the job better, and replaced the nozzle on the last one so it reached out further as needed. They were here when they said they would be, Lance did the job quickly, and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent, on time and a gentlemen

Well, I had four (4) bad heads along with a lead on another. In the span of 90 minutes all the work was done and the system was running properly and what I consider a fair and reasonable price. The savings on the water bill will probably pay for the service performed but these people always do a great job and are worth the wait!!

Great! This is one of the handful of contractors hired in charlotte who gives outstanding service and does so with reasonable pricing. Robert arrived a little ahead of schedule and was thorough and respectful and an outstanding educator. He , upon, my request... Shared his opinion on some drainage and path projects that we are considering vis a vis irrigation lines which we found to be very helpful.. He also shared his recommendation on how frequently and how long to run the irrigation during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Lance was very professional, courteous, and punctual. The work he and his crew did was first rate on every respect. From starting on-time to finishing up a day early we couldn't have asked for a better job. When the job was complete Lance was very patient in explaining every aspect of the installation and how to use the control panel. Can't say enough good things about this local company.

It went well. This is one of the few contractors that we've used in Charlotte that does quality work at a fair price. We find this company easy to schedule appointments, honest, and with integrity. They also return phone calls in a timely manner.

They were terrific to deal with. They were very prompt, they did all the work in a nicely fashion, and they were just very good to work with: one was Robert, the other one was Lance and then Jeff, they're super nice guys. I think they were kinda high priced compared to a lot of available prices but they did put in a lot more zones, that caused more money, but it gives a better watering system that can get to zone by zone and not waste so much water. They were knowledgeable. They come back several times to fix things and they would place no charge. That's how they were and I think I got more than what I payed for.

All was done by RainWagon service company very well and it fixed my long time repair work. Getting them put me on their calendar took some time but they fixed all the irrigation problems. They are very good providers
