Description of Work: Replaced a broken part in our irrigation system. Serviced all sprinkler heads and reset zones. Much more expensive than anticipated and it took several weeks from the time of my call to their first available appointment. Repair was performed by servicemen who was professional and did quality work.

Description of Work: Replace three sprinkler heads paid him 184.00 service man never tested them, not adjusted and would not come back wanted to charge me 128.00 for what he did not do. Because he did not fix one or replace it. Like I said never adjusted the three he installed. water spraying street not grass. I offered a fair fee for another service call he said no wanted to charge me double for labor.

Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate on hedge repair with the irrigation system. We wanted him to locate and repair the leak. He couldn't fix everything but he gave us some suggestions in order to get it repaired.

Description of Work: I called in January to set up for spring turn on of our system. A nice elderly woman took my info and answered all my questions. Come March, no one called and when I called the office for 1 week straight (and left voice mails) no one called me. Very disappointing. Now my lawn is already stressed out and we've had 3 days in a row of 80 plus temps. Horrible service.

Description of Work: Rainwagon came out to our new house and fixed our irrigation system that was not working properly. While this wasn't a big job for them, they spent time explaining what was wrong and then told us what needed to be fixed. They didn't waste time (we were being billed by the hour), and they were very friendly and honest. We will only use them for any repairs that we may have in the future. They do excellent work.
