They are really really good. They explain everything really well.

Arrived at the time they said they would be here, had to leave for a part but had the job complete in 1-1/2 hours. This is the fourth time I have used these folks for maintenance to my system. Each time they have arrived when they said they would and the price was reasonable. Angie's list discount made it even more reasonable.

He was the nicest person. I was very well pleased with him. He was clean and well-mannered, and he made a really good impression on me. I would certainly use him again if necessary. Very reasonable price, right on time. Excellent in every way.

Jeff and his Rain Wagon team did a great job with minimal disruption to the yard. Lance explained the system very well. I doubt that I could be any happier had I used another company. The pricing was right in line with the other estimates that I received. Other companies recommended new pumps & a new well, but Jeff recommended taking it one step at a time, and in the end, I needed nothing more than what they installed. They worked in a timely fashion. I would recommend anyone looking for an irrigation system to give Rain Wagon a call. I'm sure they would see the difference. I was also furnished with a drawing of the system that was proposed something that none of the others companies furnished. An outstanding company.

Very professional installation and extremely knowledgeable. They did not cut any corners and did not charge us for anything that was not in the original proposal. A number of our old sprinkler heads needed to be relocated and/or replaced; Rainwagon fixed them free of charge. The only caveat about Rainwagon is that their services are in high demand, so it could take a while before they can begin work at your site. You may get cheaper estimates, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys.

They drew a great plan, incorporating all our needs. The price was better than we were anticipating. The workers were polite. I asked the company to come back and re-do the finish work ( raking and seeding), which they did, happily.

The repairs were done over three visits. We kept finding standing water in the yard and would call back. The first 2 visits were positive. The work done was very good. However, by the 3rd call we felt the problem should have been repaired. They were still making additional repairs to the drip line. We disputed the charge for the third visit. After repeated phone calls, Jeff did not call back. Jeff's assistant left one message for us with a lengthy explanation as to why the charge would not be reversed. We sent a written letter. Jeff finally responded via a letter after nearly 2 weeks. He explained the charge, however he waived the fee in an act of good will, "agreeing to disagree."

GREAT. FOUND PROBLEM, FIXED IT. COURTEOUS, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL.

WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING THEIR IRRIGATION SYSTEMS.

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT (WHICH IS VERY REFRESHING). JEFF WARNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND OFFERED ADVICE. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB DESIGNING THE SYSTEM, AND. HIS OFFICE RESPONDED QUICKLY TO LATER CHANGES. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED WHEN THE ESTIMATED START DATE SLIPPED A BIT DUE TO HEAVY RAIN. THEY WERE NOT THE LOWEST PRICE CONTRACTOR, BUT JEFF GAVE ME THE BEST SENSE THAT HE UNDERSTOOD MY REQUIREMENTS. LANCE AND CREW WORKED VERY HARD AND FINISHED A PRETTY BIG JOB QUICKLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM WHEN I'M READY TO DO MY BACK YARD.

VERY PLEASED FROM PHONE CALL TO SET APPT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE AND THE INVOICE WAS PRESENTED.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET ON THE LIST TO GET THE WORK DONE - THEY ARE BUSY. BUT, WOW, THEY DID A GREAT JOB ONCE I WAS FINALLY ON THE TOP OF THE LIST. THEY WERE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. SO FAR, EVERYTHING WORKS AND I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH THE JOB. THEIR PRICE WAS FAR SUPERIOR TO MY OTHER QUOTE AS WELL....

I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2 DAYS. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE MORNING AND I RECEIVED A CALL THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT FURTHER NARROWING THE TIME TO A 2 HOUR WINDOW. JOE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND I FEEL THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I PLAN TO USE RAINWAGON TO WINTERIZE MY SYSTEM AND START IT UP AGAIN IN THE SPRING, BASED ON MY SATISFACTION WITH THIS SERVICE CALL.

THE OFFICE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON WOULD ARRIVE. HOWEVER, HE WAS AN HOUR LATER THAN INITIALLY SCHEDULED. THE SERVICE MAN DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE REPAIRS ONLY TOOK ABOUT 30 MINS SO I THOUGHT THE CHARGE WAS HIGH.

JEFF WARNER CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE INCLUDING A DIAGRAM OF THE LAYOUT, AND ON THE DAY THE SYSTEM WAS PUT IN CAME OUT TO START IT OFF. LANCE SUPERVISED THE INSTALLATION. SINCE I WAS HAVING THE BACK YARD LEVELED WITH ADDITIONAL DIRT, JEFF SUGGESTED THE INITIAL WORK BE STUBBED OUT IN THE BACK. AFTER THE YARD WAS LEVELED, A TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE REMAINING HEADS. ONE TURNED OUT TO HIT THE HOUSE, BUT I CALLED AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO ADJUST IT. MY NEW GRASS IS NOW SPROUTING, SO IT WORKS!

JEFF DID A SUPER JOB. I FOUND HIM THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY HIS PROMPTNESS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND REASONABLE PRICING. PRIOR TO STARTING THE JOB, HE RECOMMENDED (THANKFULLY) THAT I GO TO THE ADDITIONAL MINIMAL EXPENSE OF HAVING ANOTHER DRAIN LINE INSTALLED TO DIRECT WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES JOB, JUST LAID OUT THE FACTS AND LET ME MAKE THE DECISION. JEFF IS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. I CHECKED OUT 3 OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA, SOME OF WHICH WERE HIGHER COST AND SOME OF WHICH WERE LOWER. I JUST FELT COMFORTABLE MEETING WITH JEFF AND HEARING HIS IDEAS ON HOW BEST TO IRRIGATE THE YARD. NOW THAT THE JOB IS FINISHED, I CAN SAY THAT HE FOLLOWED THROUGH 100% OF THE TIME AND HE ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN HE PROMISED. HE ALSO RETURNS CALLS IN A TIMELY BASIS, AND HAS A VERY ATTENTIVE OFFICE STAFF. I HAVE NOW FOUND THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL NEED IN THE FUTURE FOR MY IRRIGATION NEEDS.

WAS OUT TO CHECK ALL HEADS 2 WEEKS AGO. I CALLED THEM TO CHECK WHEN I NEEDED SERVICE, AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT TUES. THEY TOLD ME I COULD CUT IT OFF, MAYBE SOMETHING GOT STUCK IN THERE. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE FOR AN EMERGENCY CALL.

RAY WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS, AND DID THE WORK IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. OFFICE CALLED THE MORNING OF TO REMIND US THAT HE WOULD BE THERE AT 9AM. I AM GOING TO CONTRACT WITH THEM TO WINTERIZE, AND BRING UP IN THE SPRING MY SYSTEM. EXCELLENT WORK.

ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT THEY PERFORMED WORK ON THE SPOT. VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
