Jeff came out to provide the estimate in a timely manner and was very quick to send a proposal and sketch. The other vendor I received a quote from talked a lot and had lots of ideas while Jeff was more quiet and simply did what I asked. His price was fair and the system components were from a quality vendor. Getting it scheduled took a bit longer than I expected but they were there when they promised they would be and did extra work that we added spur of the moment. Lance was very nice, respectful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. Any snags that occurred (mark your water lines!) were resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

They were excellent, showing up on time and working very unobtrusively. Clean up was also done very well and at the end of it all we could hardly tell that they had been there. It was an excellent job and we were very pleased.

We would not have been more pleased with this company. Not only were they extremely punctual, their work was impeccable. They were neat, nice and honest people to deal with. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Lance was the person that we dealt with and he even came late one night so that my husband could understand exactly how to use our new system. He had set everything up for us already so it was so easy to start. He even knew when our watering days were and programmed our system to that time. We were absolutely thrilled with this group and would recommend them to anyone who asks. I had called two other companies before deciding to use Rainwagon and both came out and did a quote and never called me back. They were both from Angie's list, however, I don't like it when they don't call. This group was on top of it from the beginning and Angela who does all of the scheduling was also a joy to work with. From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. Everyone we met with or spoke to within this company was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I am very glad we went with them and would recommend them to anyone.

The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I called around for quotes and continuously called Rain Wagon back with questions. They were happy to answer my questions and put my mind at ease each time. They came out to install the complete system and the guys were completely professional and courteous. I had questions and concerns throughout and they were very quick, again, to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the whole process and how my yard, lawn, trees, plants would be affected. Once the installation was complete, they set up my timing system and made sure I knew how to use it before they left. A couple weeks later, I had them come back out and turn the system on (as it was too early in the season when it was installed). They reviewed the timing system again and made sure all the heads were adjusted. They were fantastic and I look forward to continue working with them.

Very well, so far. The price was much lower than other estimates, even when the quality of their materials was equal to or better than other companies. The workmen, Lance and Robert, were very professional and worked very hard for 3.5 days. Lance was very knowledgeable about the system and explained it to me thoroughly. They were the only company that suggested a water pump booster to increase the water pressure (a big problem in my neighborhood). We have tested the system and it seems to work great. Of course, we won't know in the long-term until water restrictions are lifted.

I got 2 companies from Angie's List and 1 from my neighborhood. They were the low bidder, by almost 1/2 compared to another company. They gave me $100 off because I found them through Angie's List. They have been very good on their warranty. Their service is always prompt and thorough. They also provide an end of year winter shut down service where they come out and blow the lines out for you. They also offer a spring start up service. They do an excellent job!

They were efficient and punctual. I would higher them again for addition work.

All work was completed in a quality manner. Due to my new landscaping project, the system was installed in two phases so the drip zones could be adapted to the new plants. Jeff Warner was great to work with. He surely knows his business and made excellent suggestions. After selecting the landscaper, Kevin James, my plans changed so Jeff came back to look at the new layout and made some changes. The install team, lead by Lance, was top quality. They smoothed out the soil and cleaned up beautifully. The whole team was a delight to deal with from Angie who runs the office to the men who put in the system. Great experience.

They were later than they expected to be in starting, because of the fact that the drought had hardened the ground. But, once they got here, they got right to it and did a thorough job. The company has already followed up to set a date for blowing out the system for the winter. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use the lawn sprinkler element because of water restrictions, but the bed drip seems to be working well.

Despite repeated phone calls to the company, speaking both with their representative (Angie) and their voice mail system, I was afforded no assistance. Angie told me that someone could come out "early next week . . . maybe Monday." This was unacceptable. As I could not convince them of my urgency regarding the loss of water, I called an independent repair professional who came out on Saturday afternoon to make the repairs. This independent professional will now be my lawn irrigation specialist and I will never use Rainwagon again. Since this incident transpired, I have written several times to Jeff Warner, the owner, and all I have received are lies and insults. Thus, I must report that he is not willing to meet his obligations for quality workmanship. As a final note, the repair cost me $125 and my water loss was estimated at $110. For this, Mr. Warner has put his reputation at stake and will likely lose business from potential customers who value dependability.

I called in with a brief description of the problem and requested that they take a look as well as tuning the whole system by adjusting heads, etc. They came out within a couple of days and repaired the problem. This is the second time that I have used them and have been happy both times.

We were 3 weeks from closing on a new house at the end of May when I called Rain Wagon for an estimate. We had a time crunch because the landscaping had to be installed prior to closing on the house. Naturally, we wanted the irrigaion in place prior to the lanscaping being installed. Jeff Warner met with me and gave me an estimate within a couple days. Spring is a very busy time of year for them, but, Jeff was able get a crew out within 2 weeks to lay the pipe for the irriagion system, which allowed the landscaper to get the plants in and grass seeded just prior to the closing. Irrigation heads were added about one week later. Normally this would have been done all at once but he was trying to accommodate our house closing on time and, at that time, this was the only way he could do it, which was aggreeable to me. We have good head to head coverage and are happy with the system.

I was very pleased with the work Rainwagon did. They were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive quote I received. However, their estimate was certainly the most thorough and came with references. I appreciated that they handled getting the utilities marked in advance (two of my neighbors did not and the neighborhood lost cable TV service for a day). I would recommend them to any of my friends or family who are interested in getting an irrigation system.

When they came out to give the estimate, I could tell they were very knowledgeable and would be dependable. They were a little too optimistic for when they would be able to install the system, but autumn is busy for them. I paid the deposit, but rather than waiting until after Fall planting season, decided to let them install first thing in the Spring. At their request, they installed a little early in the Spring -- installation went quickly, and then they winterized the system awaiting warmer weather. Once the weather warmed, they set the system up for operation. A few weeks later, a leak appeared, but they quickly repaired it. Later in the year they came out at my request to check for leaks, and found none, but they did make some sprinkler flow adjustments. Excellent in instructing how to use the system and gave good advice on keeping water bills reasonable.

Our experience with Rainwagon has been excellent. Scheduling the visit for the quote took about 1.5 weeks. We immediately turned in a deposit & were on the schedule to have the work done quickly. They quoted us a 3-5 week standard start time, but our work was performed in under two weeks from the receipt of our deposit. The work was completed over the course of 2 days. They requested access to our existing system on day 2 to hook everything into it. Lance walked me through the installation once it was complete. On his advice I requested that they add an additional set of micromisters in an especially large bed, and that was done the same day and only cost $150 for a large number of micromisters. What made the service top notch was their attention to cleaning everything up and doing a quality installation. They even took the time to fine tune the existing installation in the front yard (from when the house was built) so that sprinklers would no longer wet the wood-framed window.

They did a great job. Came out when I needed them to, answered and return calls promptly. Very pleased.

I had a problem with the leak and the owner came out the next day to fix it because the other workers were busy. They didn't charge me for the repair even though it was past the warranty date.

I was very disappointed in their performance. 1. They agreed to come April 19 & would be prepared to add 4 new sprinkler heads, & to locate my 5 valves. 2. I urged them not to come on the morning of the appointed day, because a massive rainstorm went thru. But they came anyway, claiming they could still do the work. They fixed one broken line, but were not prepared to add the new heads I wanted, nor to locate the valves. Also, because of the massive rain, they missed a 2nd totally ruptured line. 3. They scheduled a 2nd visit May 18. They have not come yet as of June 20. 4. I called them & left messages June 12 & June 19, & asked them to return my calls. As of June 20, they have not called back. 5. Since my lawn is failing in multiple places due Rainwagon being unable to come out & make changes, I had to contact another firm, who has already made several much needed corrections. 6. I was unhappy they never called back, especially since they were over a month late.

They are busy, took 4 weeks to get an appointment, but worth it. Appointment handling was great and the technician was excellent. He provided some tips, showed up on time, and was very pleasant. I was impressed with the price as well.
