Description of Work: Called them for a water emergency, owner arrived in 20 minutes but actual work crew took 3 hours. All work seemed to be good, it was just that we expected a little more to happen a lot faster than it did. We had to keep asking for work to be done and reminding them of things we were told would happen. I called another national company for a second opinion and even considered changing companies at my additional expense. As I said good work with good results but took more effort and required more personal involvement than I expected.

Description of Work: Two carpeted rooms shampooed. On the day or household good were to be delivered to our new home, it was raining relentlessly! Four men from the moving company made hundreds of trips in and out of house carrying heavy furniture and boxes. There was no relief for our new floors or carpet. Beginning with the initial phone call, the service I received from Rainbow Carpet Care was friendly and professional. Two technicians arrived promptly and worked expeditiously and the results were flawless. I will use this company again.
