They were fast, punctual and thorough.

Very good detail with an emptied out car. My only peeve was that it seemed like the windows had wax on it, particularly the front window. Made it glare on the window.

I left a message and Melvin returned my call within an hour. He was extremely professional and accomodating with my busy schedule. They showed up on time, on a Sunday at that, and when they left two hours later, my Jeep looked as if it had just come off the showroom floor...AMAZING!!! I will absolutely use Quick N Brite in the future and recommend everyone do the same!

These guys were definitely first rate. I was able to get an appointment the same day and my wife's car looks brand new! They spent about 2 hours working on the car. They cleaned out all the little crevices in the front console, washed/waxed the exterior, shined the wheels and even cleaned the headlights for me. They also gave me 5 dollars off for being an Angie's List member. Price was exactly what was discussed on the phone. I plan to use this service again to do my car.

VERY happy. I left a message over the weekend and my call was returned first thing Monday morning. Appointment time was set, and he called at the appointment time to tell me he had gotten behind at another appointment but would be arriving shortly. Arrived, rang the doorbell and introduced himself and went STRAIGHT to work. Worked nonstop and did an incredible job with the car. It looks BRAND NEW. Beautifully washed and cleaned. Very, very, very happy and will use again. Would recommend without hesitation. I was surprised and pleased to find out they bring their own water and power - really really nice.

Car looks like new inside. Got rid of a bunch of scuff marks on light leather. A++

Melvin worked with me on scheduling due to weather and we rescheduled twice.. due to snow and ice and a very low temperature day.. Melvin called on day of service and advised that they would be about 30 mins late.. and that is exactly what he was.. once on the job he and his helper finished the work and i was very pleased with the results.. it looked like showroom condition. Was tempted to take it to the dealer who had been trying to purchase the car after every oil change we got. But why when my wife got home and saw her car she didn't want a new one and i didn't want a car payment.. Call Melvin and let him impress you!! Thanks Quick N Brite!

Very thorough detail service. Up charge over deal due to the fact that I have an SUV, this was expected. The up charge was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

I used this company in the past to service a car I was selling. I purchased the $75 interior detail and they did a fabulous job. I decided to use them again to detail my husband's car for his birthday and was not that impressed. I purchased the silver deluxe pkg which was $135 (the price on the website & the price I was quoted when I called to set the appt) however I was charged $145 and not sure why? I didn't get to look the car over until they had gone. They did a good job on the inside however I noticed some smudges on the hood but even more disturbing was that the rims still had oil & dirt on them (all 4). I call them immediately to let them know & they said the rims were really dirty (which was why I wanted the car detailed in the first place) they said they would call me back on monday to set a date to redo them but I never heard back from them. The rims aren't hard rims to clean. I ended up taking a rag & went back over the rims myself.

The service went great. One person came out to us and completed the detail in about an hour and a half. He was efficient, courteous and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

WOW! IT LOOKS LIKE NEW... I have a 3 year old Denali, which I take very poor care of. Melvin TRULY exceeded my expectation of what could be done. The vehicle looks fantastic. They were on time, quick, professional, and all on a very cold day Don't look anywhere else. This is the company to detail your car.

The two guys who came to detail my car did a great job. They did have to reschedule once but it was because it was too cold out the first time. My only issue was that when they left the seats in my car were still a little wet and they left all of the windows rolled up so the moisture just accumulated inside. I would definitely use them again, they did a great job.

Trying to schedule was difficult. I had to call a couple times to set up an appointment. He missed the appointment, and I had to call him to ask why. He said he needed to reschedule.

After Melvin and his associate left, I realized that one of the floor mats was missing from the car. After searching, I found it sitting on top of the garbage can soaking wet and still dirty. I immediately called Melvin and left a message. The voice mail I received in return stated that the floor mat was too dirty to come clean and that it needed to be replaced. That may be well and true, but that was not for Melvin to decide. His job was to clean the car to the best of his ability and put it back together the way he found it. He could have communicated to me his opinion and I would have happily taken it under advisement. In truth, he simply forgot to finish the job and rather than apologizing, which I would have accepted, he passed the blame. I brought the floor mat in, scrubbed it, dried it, and put it back in the car. I was able to get it fairly clean and I don't claim to be a professional. Another total shock it that when I opened the cup holder for the first time, I realized it hadn't even been wiped clean. They had simply shut the sliding door and called it good. I will never use Melvin's service again and I will not refer his service to anyone.

Melvin and his guy did an awesome job on our SUV. We wanted to get it detailed to put up for sale and they showed up on time, very cold day and had it looking brand new. Much better job than the company we had been using for our vehicles in the past. Definitely going to start using Melvin and have also recommended him to my husband's car club buddies for their shows here in town!! We are more than impressed and love the hard work and job that he did, more than worth it! Thank you!!!

It was very comprehensive. They did a great job. What stood out to me was their quality of work that was very good. They're reliable and the products are great.

Very good work! I am particular about the wheels which are always a bugger to clean, and they did a nice job on them. Only drawback was that the grime ended up settling on our driveway which we had recently pressure washed. Inside it was like new and I will definitely set up another appointment with Melvin in a few months.
