Fantastic job. They called to tell me they were running a little late which I appreciate. They showed up and got to work. both vehicles look beautiful. I highly recommend this vet owned business.

I'm very disappointed...I have a small SUV (Toyota Rav4) approx. same size as a car and was charged 15.00 upcharge from what I had already paid. I got this deal because I used this provider about 1 yr ago and was very pleased with the service provided. the interior was wiped down with wet cloth with no removal of scuffs. (Any on the market cleaner would have removed the scuffs and one reason I got the deal was for a good interior cleaning.) My car did not have the usual dirt because I maintain it on a regular basis. I don't feel the interior was given proper detail.. I have given this provider countless glowing recommendations to family and friends based on my previous good service..I will no longer recommend them nor will I use them again.

We bought a coupon for an interior auto detail, ($69) and at that time divulged it was an SUV, when they came out they initially told us the detailing is now $150, when they were finished they charged my family $180. Just a bad experience over all, We couldn't even get the guys out when we scheduled.

He did a fantastic job, spent two hours cleaning up our filthy SUV. I was blown away at how clean the carpets were. Hasn't been cleaner since we bought the car.

After the service the car looked great inside and out. I was particularly impressed with how nice the alloy wheels looked following the service. The brake dust was removed from all areas even around the lug nuts.

The weather was not good in fact it started snowing while the work was being done. They came back the next day to finish the job.

The mechanic was very professional, arrived at my house in a marked vehicle and wore a uniform with the company logo. The job took longer than he had anticipated, but he didn't rush - he was very thorough. My car looks better than it ever has since I've owned it. He used my electricity, but had his own water and supplies. I would definitely call on this company again. I have given their name and number to several friends.

WoW! Did he do a great job of removing dog fur from my mini-van! My carpet and upholstery look great. I'd like to give him an A+ but the inside of the windshield needed a bit more work. He also included an exterior wash and tire brightener.

Though they showed up a half-hour late, they did call to let me know. Car was cleaned inside and out - looks wonderful!

The detail job was great and the guys were really friendly. Only drawback was trying to get it scheduled which was not the most efficient process. I'd use them again though because the work was good.

My car interior, especially the rear, was atrocious. I had bought it a few months before my son was born, and after almost 8 years the back seat was horrible. They did a great job, but there were still some fairly large stains; not sure if it was just impossible to get out, or if there was something more they could have done. It also took a solid 3 days for the interior to dry out entirely, and being winter I couldn't leave the windows down all the time. A week later there was a faint mildew smell that I had to address with Fabreeze. Overall, they brought the car from "absolutely horrible" to "passable", which was great. They were also courteous and professional-no complaints in that regard. It just didn't look like it had been detailed when they were finished; maybe my expectations were to high after reading some of the other reviews?

Has the service done on a 2005 Audi & now the car looks almost new. Will definitely buy this service again.

Very professional guys. Be it Exterior, Interior, Mats, Carpets they work to make the car look new on everything. Just go for them.

The interior (leather) was cleaned, the inside was vacuumed and the exterior was washed. Nice job.

The work was very good. There were marks in my car that I was surprised they were able to remover. The car looked brand new when they were finished. The only negative was the loud talking and cussing...I live in a neighborhood and it could be overheard. The owner did apologize when I complained about it. I would still use this service again.

Great work. Guys showed up on time and washed, waxed, and interior cleaned the car to look like new.

It was okay. They used something on my front seat that that did not work well. It looked worse than it looked before, making it look dull instead of shiny. It left me wondering if he had used the right product. It was a few weeks before I could get the availability that I needed. Based on the fact that I had a big deal, the price was fair.

My vehicle was a total disaster before they showed up. The weather was blistering hot yesterday but they did not scrimp on the service. I drove to Columbia this morning and it was so nice to have a CLEAN car! Next up is my son's VW Passat station wagon.

My car had embedded dog hair in the upholstery from three dogs with massive coats, and hadn't been washed in an age. Looks completely new, not a dog hair in sight. Clean everywhere. Fast, responsive and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Everything went as promised. Melvin is a very nice man and is very professional. When he found things that needed attention, he took care of it. We are new to Charlotte (from Los Angeles) and will continue to use him for future work. My last detailer did all of my company vehicles for over 20 years. I am not easily impressed.....but I was by my experience with Quick N Bright.
