Quick N Brite Mobile Detail

Called on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Saturday. They showed up at my house and got right to work. He said it would be about an hour and half to complete the job. It took almost two hours. They had all their own supplies and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Well worth the money.

This is the second time I've had my car detailed by Quick N Brite. They're terrific and I'll use them again. They're on time, work hard, clean up after themselves and do a great job for a very reasonable price. My seven year old car looks like new!

We selected Quick n Brite based on the reviews we had seen on Angie's list and were not disappointed. Melvin is really a pleasure to work with, very professional and courteous. It is very convenient, that he comes out to your house and you don't even have to provide electricity or water - he has everything he needs in his truck. Melvin arrived around 8.45 AM and from what I remember left about 5 1/2 - 6 hours later. He spent nearly 3 hours on each car and really did a great job. An unexpected "surprise" was that we had white spray paint on one of the cars. This required quite a bit of extra work and therefore resulted in an additional but reasonable extra charge. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent. I found Melvin on Angies List and wanted to do something different for my boyfriends Birthday. I asked Melvin for a quote by e-mail and he promptly got back to me. I told him I wanted it to be a surprise, and he complied to help me with a plan to have Quick and Bite go to Huntersville to my boyfriends work to surprise him. I scheduled about a week in advance, but he did have availability sooner than I needed it. It was really worth the money. My boyfriend has had his car detailed before, and he said that Quick and Birte did a much better job than the last people. He was very pleased with everything. They got to his work about 9:30 and ended about 11 or so. 2 guys... Very efficient got the work done.

Melvin & his company quick & brite are the epitome of outstanding customer service, work, and attention to detail. I found this company highly ranked on Angie's list, and they more than lived up to the reviews. Melvin called me back the same day from first point of contact, was proactive in meeting my scheduling needs, and answered all my questions ahead of time. He showed up on time, in uniform, fully prepared for the day, and ready to work. He had a positive attitude throughout the day, worked hard, and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. My hats off to him for being a great hard working guy. I would highly recommend using him when at all possible, and he clearly deserves and has earned every Angie's list award he has received. I can't say enough good things about him, his work, and his company. Job well done.

They did the most awesome job ever! The inside of my car looked brand new when they were done. I could not believe it. Definitely worth the price. They got out chain grease on the passenger seats that I was not able to get out. Plus some other stuff that I was not expecting to get clean. My car was super shiny and super clean! WOW!

He is great and he is right on time. He is very friendly and has a great attitude, pleasant to deal with, and does great work. He has great attention to detail.

Quick 'n Brite arrived on time and did a wonderful job on interior and exterior cleaning of my Jeep. I would highly recommend them.

Overall we were pleased with the service. The first time I called I did not receive a call back. The second time I called I did. The day of the service, Melvin called and said he'd be late because of the temperature. Although it did not conflict with our plans it would have been nice to know upfront that the time could vary depending on the weather.

The next day I took the car to the Mazda dealer and the car would hardly run when I got to the dealership I was told that water had gotten into the plugs and wires and they charged $223 to replace them. I called Quick N Brite and explained the situation and was told that Mr. Mckay would call me back as of 12/6/06 he has not returned my call.

Marvin and team was outstanding. They came out less than 24 hours after calling at a time convenient to me and was very professional and prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The Quick N Brite team did an excellent job detailing my SUV. They came to my home on a Saturday morning (I made the appointment on Friday afternoon). There were several scuffs on the doors, which they managed to get off. Also, there was a bad chemical stain on the seat. I couldn't believe they got THAT out too. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work they provided.

The day the job was performed was extremely hot and the owner called me twice to delay the job that day. When they arrived, they seemed very exhausted, but said no problem, the spots will be removed the detailing job should take about 90 min. I checked after less than an hour and they were done. There were a couple of things not done, so they corrected them. Later on I noticed, that there were scratches in all the places were the concrete spots used to be. I called the owner to inform him and he came back to correct the problem. Even though he worked on it for quite some time, he was not able to get the scratches out. Especially in the wind shield, it is right in eye height and bothers me a lot if there is oncoming traffic with headlights on. That day I did not bother to make a big deal out of it. When I opened the trunk I saw that it was still as dirty as before;the detailing was not even touched. (My fault for not checking everything that day.) I took it as lessons learned.

The Quick n Brite crew came to my home and rang the doorbell. The representative introduced himself. I told him that the minivan was in the garage with the keys on the seat. They moved the car into the driveway and two men spent two hours thoroughly cleaning the car. The minivan looks like new. Its been over a week and I haven't found any missed spots.

Called Melvin on a Tuesday and he arranged to come that Saturday. He and a co-worker were at my house for 5 hours working on 3 cars. All of our cars are older and Melvin did a great job with cleaning the outside of the car and shampooing the inside. It took longer than we thought for the carpet to dry (almost 24 hours) so be prepared for that. Also, he uses some kind of blackening agent on the bumper, door handles, and vinyl stripe down the side of my car that rubbed off on my clothes. Kind of felt greasy. While this blackening agent did make our cars look brand new, it faded about 2 weeks later. However, I will use him again next year for an annual spring cleaning for the cars.

Wonderful experience. These guys did a great job! The car that got the full detail was filthy; yogurt on the ceiling, melted crayons on the seat (obviously there are kids,) the car was immaculate when they finished! They really took the time to do a good job. Now it's our job to keep it that way. I have no doubt we will call them again!

They did a great job, especially with the pinstripe removal. Some scratches were too deep to fix with a detail, but most were buffed out. They were an hour late, but because they came to my office, it wasn't a big deal. It was nice to be able to continue working while they detailed my car. The car looks great; almost like a new car. Strong odor inside, but I sprayed the carpets with Febreeze & sprayed a little Oust and it's already going away. Best value of all the car detailers I called, and the only one on Angie's List. Plus, no extra charge for coming to my office!

Willingly traveled to Mooresville. Very pleasant to deal with and completed work on time. Will be using in the future.
