Quick N Brite Mobile Detail

I called on Monday to set up a time - we made the appointment for 9 AM Saturday. When the company had not arrived by 9:25, I called and left a message. Melvin called back at 9:30 and said he would arrive in 10-15 minutes. He arrived at 9:45 and was finished by 11:00. The outside and inside of the car was sparkling clean and shining when he finished and smelled great. He did a very detailed, thorough job, as always. We have used his service several times and have always been pleased with the results. I would highly recommend the company.

He was here for a while and did a good job on the first car, and the second it started to rain. He used his own water which I asked him to use mine, and it left a terrible smell. He did a very good job, just the water used caused a mildew smell.

I listed an "A" for punctuality. Melvin was actually a little late, but was highly communicative and let me know when he would be there. He came to my office location. Zero drama. Zero maintenance. My only complaint would be that every time I checked on him, he was still detailing the car....a very thorough job....so hardly a complaint. :-) All went well.

Melvin and his assistant arrived at my home on time with their mobile unit. They were friendly and professional. The two of them went right to work and worked nonstop for about two hours. Excellent attention to detail. When they were finished the car looked like it could have been put back on the showroom floor and passed off as a new vehicle.

Everything went extremely well. I set up an appointment with Melvin a few days ahead of time. The car had an odor of cigarette smoke due to my 19 year old. I asked Melvin if this was something he could remove. Melvin gave me an honest assessment. He said the best he can do is to thoroughly clean every surface. But cigarette smoke is hard to get rid of. So he can't guarantee it. In most cases a thorough cleaning takes care of it. With rain in the forecast, Melvin called the morning of the day work was scheduled asking if I preferred to reschedule. Since I had a garage we agreed that rescheduling was not needed. Melvin showed up on time and immediately got to work. He spent approximately 4 - 4.5 hours cleaning the car. Melvin meticulously cleaned the entire car and dressed all surfaces. When he was finished the car looked almost new. The cigarette odor I am pleased to say is at least 98% gone. Much better than I was doing on my own. (By the way, Fabreeze does not work on cigarette smoke for more than a few hours). There is a reason Quick N Brite is rated so highly. They are professional, dedicated and hard working. I cannot imagine anyone being dis-satisfied. If you are looking for high quality work at a reasonable price from someone who cares about the quality of his work; look no further. You will not be disappointed. I will be arranging to have another car worked on in the near future.

It was the best $25 I've spent. They were here for four hours. They cleaned a 1998 Lincoln Continental to the point where it looked brand new. It has cream-colored leather inside, and that car looks brand new now. We decided to detail it before we took it to the dealership. They were so good that we decided not to trade our car in! The car dealer didn't think it was very funny, though. These guys were fabulous; they did such a good job.

They arrived on time, took the keys and called me after a few hours. I went out, loved the job they did and handed them the check. They were kind and courteous and I will be using them again for my wife's car.

Melvin and his crew were unbelievable from start to finish. The job was well above our expectations. I can honestly say that he made our car look brand new. I will use him again in the near future. All of the positive feedback on this site was WELL DESERVED!

They did a great job. Got our Expedition looking better than it has since it was new.

We returned from vacation late in the summer to find the car we'd left in the driveway filled with 3" of water due to a clogged sunroof drain. Melvin quickly responded and did a wonderful job drying the car out and cleaning every bit of it throughout. What I thought would be a ruined car that would have a lingering mold and mildew smell, has been returned to "like new" status.

Very well. Melvin was very quick to return my call & schedule the appointment. He showed up on time & did excellent work! He stayed about 5 hours total, and when finished, the car really did look great. There were only a few spots he missed: the glove compartment, and the little areas under each rear seat where they attach to the floor of the car.

He arrived at 9:30 and worked non-stop until 1:30. My car looks incredible. Every surface was clean and shiny.

Arrived a little late, but started working immediately. The truck was cleaner than I've ever seen it and they were able to remove all the pet hair from the upholstery. Great detailing job.

My wife liked the work they did on my car, she had me hire them to do her van. Now this van had not been cleaned in some time and carries around two kids. They did a great job. The van looked like new. I like the fact they come to my house and I can continue to work while they are working. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again.

Perfect. I'll use them again. I like to have a thorough detailing job once a year to keep my vehicle in good shape.

I called for an appointment and they were available the date and time I needed. They called about 10 minutes before the appointment to discuss my options since it was raining. They offered to do the work in my garage which worked out perfectly because I was more concerned about cleaning the inside than the outside anyway. BUT, the outside looked as fantastic as the inside and it stopped raining by the time they were done.

Excellent! They were able to work me into their schedule within 3 days. Prompt and very professional. They worked non-stop and had my car completed in less than 2 hours.

Tim and his partner called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. They spent three and a half hours on a hot Saturday cleaning a very dirty Suburban. They removed scratches, scrubbed, polished, vacuumed and made the big SUV look new.

I contacted Melvin and made an appointment to fully detail ($125) my wife's 2000 Honda Accord 2 Dr, as we're selling it. He arrived a little late (he did call) but he and his helper finished the job in 1 1/2 hours. The job was completed to my satisfaction and I'm very picky about inspecting detailing work. Her car might be called a 'mall car', it has numerous nicks on the sides, many of them had been buffed out, what a difference. I opted not to have any interior 'treatments' made to the dash or leather, preferring a simple cleaning. He reduced the price from $125 to $110. A first class job! Oh, by the way, we sold the car online within 24 hours, the first couple to look at it fell in love with it!

They did an excellent job. The compound they put on the boat made the hull look like brand new! The carpet, seats, windows were all just perfect. I would highly recommend.

They were very punctual. Have used them in the past and they continue to provide excellent service.

The owner was very responsive in returning my initial appointment. He and another gentleman showed up at my house exactly on time, ready to go. They were done in maybe 2 hours, had me come outside to take a look and make sure I was satisfied --- which I was. We will definitely be using them again. The service, price and at-your-door convenience can't be beat! Do be aware that if you have the interior shampooed, any upholstery and floor mats will need a little extra drying time (I knew to be prepared for this thanks to another Angie's list review comment).

I called and asked for the next available appointment, they came the next day on time and worked extremely hard in the heat - I don't know how they do it. The cars were immaculate afterwards, couldn't be happier. It's like having a new car. We will use them again.

The car is 9 years old, and had not been detailed in about 6 years, but it looks "almost new" now. A few small irritations: He arrived on time, but his assistant was not with him, so the work took 3 hours rather than the 2 hours promised, and the car had to sit for a while after that until the carpets dried out before it could be driven. I had to ask him to clean behind the gas filler door. He said his assistant usually did the exterior and he forgot that. There was extra Armor-All on door handles and the console that should have been wiped off. He did not clean the compartment into which the convertible top folds. I didn't discover this until after he had left, and it had some leaves and was pretty dirty, so I wiped it out myself. All in all, it's a good job and now I won't mind keeping the car a few more years.

Called on Monday, showed up 5 minutes earlier than scheduled on Wednesday (that's good!). Did a great job on the truck with one exception. The bed of the truck was not cleaned. I didn't realize it before they left, but was disappointed the bed, which has a nice bed liner, wasn't at least rinsed out. Other than that, thought they were friendly and professional and I will utilize them again - but will be sure they get the bed of the truck next time! They even took some lettering off the tailgate, which I was very happy about!
