The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The detailing service I received was one of the best I have ever purchased.

What I do not like with their service is that they were delayed on previous appointment and they were not able to come to my house when they said they could. But when they came, they were far longer than I expected and far more thorough. That was a nice surprise. They did a good job on the dirtiest parts of the car. Their service was wonderful.

Quick N Brite - was very courteous from start to finish. I called them on Thursday afternoon, they called me back Friday morning, and came to my house to detail my car on Saturday. They charged exactly what they said they would. They brought all their own supplies, including water and power. The weather happened to be in the 30's, and they still did an excellent job. Can't remember my car being this clean since i purchased in in Dec. 2006. Definately would recommend and use again!

Melvin was quick to contact me and it was easy to set up an appointment. Melvin and his coworker came to my workplace and did the detailing of my SUV in the parking. I keep my truck pretty clean, but had never had a full detail. I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with 190,000 miles and it's in relatively great shape for the year and mileage. About 4 hours after they arrived, Melvin called my cell to tell me they were finished. When I came outside, I couldn?t believe it. My truck was looking like new. There wasn't a nook or cranny that had any dirt or residue on it. These guys must have worked their butts off to get my truck looking this good. I literally couldn't believe what an awesome job they did. Even the engine bay looked like it did when I bought the truck new. My boss has the same vehicle as I do. When he saw my truck parked next to his, he immediately called Melvin to set up an appointment for his own truck. Then the manager from the business next door called me to get Melvin's number, too. We signed on to one of Angie Lists special offers. Felt the price was right. Contacted the company and arranged an appointment. THe day prior, the company called and confirmed our appointment and our home address. They (the owner and his associate) were do at 8 am. About 8:05 they called to say they were running late. They arrived about 8:30.with all their equipment and supplies. When I offered them my hose to use, they even came with their own water supply. About 2 1/2 hours later they completed the job, leaving no mess at all.

He did a FANTASTIC job, in fact, my 2004 car looked like it was fresh off of the showroom floor when he finished! He also detailed my husband's SUV and, again, did a superb job. He takes his time and spent almost 4 hours on my car making sure that every last detail was attended to. If you're looking for the best auto detailer then look no further - Melvin is your guy!!

I purchased an Angie's list deal. They were really responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling. And then there"s my car. I don't want to use it so it will stay looking this way. Really great job.

This detailing was a birthday present for my son -- I'd borrowed his truck under false pretenses so Melvin could detail it for me (and for him!) Absolutely superb job!! My son was blown away -- he said he'd never imagined it could look so good again. I've had Melvin detail my own cars in the past, and he never disappoints!

Melvin arrived promptly at 10:00 AM as schedule. He was very meticulous and did a very good job. When he finished, he walked me around the car so I could see his work and he did a perfect job. I will definitely hire Melvin again to detail my car in the future!

I used this company because there was a big deal and because of all the great reviews. However, I was unimpressed by the work performed. Several spots were missed and I had to point them out so that they could be cleaned as well. He stated he missed those areas because my car was so small. I also think the price was way too experience for the job that was performed and for the size of my car. I have had excellent full details performed for much less money and sometimes at a reduced rate because the car is small. In any case, previous details were much better.

The technician was outstanding. He was prompt and went right to work. He spent a lot of extra time getting the car spotless.

anderIt went very well. After setting up the appointment with the owner of the company, he came on the scheduled day. He was running late but did call to let me know he was delayed. He washed and waxed the car.

Melvin did an incredible job. I had read the positive reviews before hand but I saw his excellent work firsthand. I recently purchased a used Suburan (one of the largest SUVs on the road) from a family with young children. The bottom line is that the SUV was dirty throughout and had some extra paint marks around the body. The carpet was greatly stained. Crud was in most crevices. It was unbelievable and impressive on how nice the vehicle turned out. This company will get my business again!

Melvin and his assistant were both punctual and professional. The quality of the work was no less than outstanding. The car looked better than it did when I bought it pre owned from Lexus. I am a very satisfied customer.

They arrived when they were expected and did a thorough and great job. They had all of the supplies and equipment they needed and spent the entire time working on my car. I was amazed at how well it went. My car now looks like a brand new vehicle. They even buffed out several long scratches and now you can't even see where they were. Would definately use them them again.

He worked hard and did a great job. He was on time and easy to work with. After the job was finished I thought he forgot to wax the car. I called to see if he waxed and informed me he did wax the car. He even offered to wax the car again and compounded it as well. I'm glad we didn't set a date or time because I took a closer look and saw that he did wax the car. In fact a few old scratches were buffed out by the wax. I feel sad that I asked about that but I am very pleased with the car inside and out and he deserves straight 'As'.

We answered the deal on Angie's list, emailed a couple of times with prompt response. Set a date and time by phone. They even changed the time by an hour at the last minute to accomodate another meeting I had. They arrived with all their equipment and worked for 4 hours. EVERYTHING was clean and sparkled. They even performed services we did not expect.
