Quick N Brite Mobile Detail

Melvin does a great job. This is the third time he's come over. The vehicles look like they're on a showroom floor. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Took weeks to get my appointment finally set. They showed up late, were very unprofessional, broke one of my hose pipes (the shutoff valve), and left without even telling me. I expected a lot better response time for my appointment and at least notification before they left so I could inspect their work.

Terrible. Appointment was at 4.30pm and they still hadn't arrived at 6.30pm.

We purchased the car in 2011 and had never had it detailed. Melvin and his crew came to the house and made our car as clean as new . I was excellent service and I will definitely call them again . This level of clean is so nice , we are going to do it twice annually .

I used them twice and they're excellent. The price was fair. They did a great job. They got rid of scratches. They did the headlights without even mentioning it or charging. It was two people, and it took and hour and a half. The workers were very good courteous, and excellent.

Great work! My 2012 looks brand new. Also, excellent work on spot removal and upholstery cleaning. Very professional attitude. I would not hesitate to use Quick-N-Brite in the future or recommend their service to others.

As per the process with Angie's List, I requested multiple times/dates for the service to be performed. The dates were within a week of the purchase. Previously, Melvin was quick to respond, but this time, I received no confirmation from Melvin for any of the times or days I suggested. I reached out to Melvin via the messaging function on Angie's list multiple times to ask if he received my request. He never responded. Finally, after nearly a week of trying to contact him via Angie's List I requested a refund of my purchase. I am disappointed that my experience with Quick n Brite Detail was so negative this time around. Melvin had previously been prompt, polite and helpful, but this time he was missing in action. I will not use Quick n Brite Detail for any future car detailing work and highly recommend other Angie's List users skip over this provider and choose one who will respond in a more timely manner as well.

It was not excellent, it was pretty good. He complained when they got out here, and seen that it was an Kia Sportage SUV. They did an fair job. They could have done an better job on the crevasses, and all that. They could have done more.

I received AMAZING service. I have 3 young children and my cloth seated vehicle shows it. When the service was complete I was blown away--a little carpet shampoo and the car would look brand spanking new! These guys FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and I plan to use them again in the near future for my husband's vehicle. Note that my Equinox was considered a large vehicle so I did have to pay an additional $15 for the work.

One guy came in a Van; he had everything in it including generator and water. Very good guy and spent about 4 hours cleaning. Overall I would recommend them, it's convenient that the come to your place and overall a decent job. But if you want a very through detailed (where they take out seats etc); I think the traditional detailers (though expensive) are still way to go than mobile detailers.

Cleaned my SUV entirely and was like brand new when finished. Highly recommend them.

This is a five star company and mine was a six star experience. Christian did a phenomenal job on our vehicle. He arrived early (called first to be sure that was acceptable) and spent more than three hours on the car. The results are remarkable, both interior and exterior. Gave some special attention to problem areas and was pleasant, professional and meticulous. Lives up to the word "detail." Highly recommend Quick n Brite (and Christian).

They did a great job! He had to call and let me know they were running a bit late (about 30 min), but I was too so that was not a problem. I wish they had weekend hours too, as I made arrangements to leave work a bit early just so I could get in on their schedule, but the convenience of having them come to me at my home, and the deal price thru Angie's List made me decide that it was worth it. The only thing I would caution car-care customers, they do use solutions to clean carpets and upholstery -- you really need to let the car air out and breathe in order to fully dry and not have that "wet fabric smell" permeate your car. I didn't do that, and it took awhile to lose that odor.

The guys came out around 1200 on one of the hottest days so far this summer. They did a fantastic job! The car looks better than it did when I drove it off the car dealer's lot. Northlake Audi could take lessons from these two men who came and did my car!! Thank you!
