As I mentioned above, Melvin's work was so nice we hired him twic.... no, three times! Melvin arrived promptly for our appointments. First and second appointments he had a nice gentleman helping him. Third appointment he did the detail work solo. It took a few hours for him to complete the job each time, and when he details, he truly details. No spots were missed. I didn't watch them do the work, but he arrives in his van and has everything he needs right there. Our cars were spotless. My husband still can't fathom how my car still looks so clean, weeks after the job. Melvin made sure I liked the work before leaving. After my husband's car was detailed he pointed out some "overspray" I think the term was, that made the car's finish a little rougher in an area or two because the car's bumper had been repainted. I was terrified to tell my husband (his car is his baby and he bought it used) but when I mentioned it he said, "Oh yeah, there was a fender bender on this car. I knew it before I bought it." Melvin told me that on a future detail we could have him do a clay bar technique to fully smooth out the surface. I appreciated his pointing the area out to me. It's clear that he wanted it to look perfect, but since there was no way it would with a regular detail job he showed me what was slightly 'imperfect' and told me what we could schedule to get it back to looking brand new. Melvin's attention to detail is great, and his business is great. His card is on our back door along with all of our other preferred providers, and the next time we need a detail, he'll be the only one we call!

Melvin does a great job of deep cleaning, even the sticky messes made by kids between the seats, etc. He's very quick and neat. Provides everything himself.

Melvin and his helper showed up for the appointment on time. They did a wonderful job. My husband and I were very happy with the results on our Ford Explorer.

The car ( the floormats) didn't get as clean as I had thought they would. While it was still wet, it was hard to tell. I wish he would've told me that they didn't get completely clean. Also, he told me the mats would take about three hours to dry, but they ended up taking about three days. He responded right away and I got an appointment pretty quickly. I didn't interact with him much, because he was working on the car--but he seemed professional.

Uncertain of amount we paid Clean and shine, in and out, under hood good, but pressure sprayer removed a few bits of paint in gas tank receptable recess and under the hood. Extra job of improving light output of plastic headlight covers for $50 improved lighting some but not a lot.

Melvin is a true professional. They spent hours on my Lexus and it looked like new when they were finished. I've used them before and will continue to for all my vehicles.

He did generally an excellent job, on a cold October day. My only disappointment was he didn't clean the trunk. I had taken my things out of the car but didn't think of the trunk. I would use him again.

They were here on time and did a great job. Everything was perfect all the way through. The auto detailing was done very well. The cost was quite reasonable. They were very punctual, thorough and pleasant to work with.

I contacted Melvin to come out to detail my wife's car. He came out the next morning and did such a great job that I had him come back a few days later and detail my car. Another great job and he was kind enough to give me an additional $10 off on the second car. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to using him again in the future.

They were (as always) thorough, friendly, fast and competent. I didn't rate the price because I have no idea what other folks charge for similar services; I use Melvin once every summer for both cars and have always been completely satisfied. There aren't really any details beyond that; the older Toyota has a dented area that only a body shop could fix, and he can't make that look beautiful. But the rest of the car and all of the other car now sparkle.

Melvin & his assistant were prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. The car needed cleaning inside & out and they did a fantastic job. Carpets & leather cleaned inside; paint cleaned & waxed - small scratches & scuffs buffed out. I purchased the $159 deal and it was $15 extra for the SUV - a bargain. Only took a couple of days to schedule the service after purchase. I would highly recommend this provider! I can see why they were Super Service award winner last year!

It went well. They were on time and they did a really good job on the car. They were efficient and really quick service. Ways to improve is just to get some of the finer points of the car. There was one window that didn't roll down, so they missed a little spot, but everything else was good.

Although the guys arrived late, they did an awesome job! My car looks fantastic.

They did a great job on both the RV and Tahoe - they look new again! I felt bad they had to work all day in such high heat outside, but they worked hard and fast and did a great job. They were a pleasure to meet and I am very satisfied with the experience.

We have a 10 year old van which the kids grew up in and for the last 2 years has been transporting our dog who has a talent for shedding. You can probably imagine the interior, and the amount of scratches on the outside. I had tried buffing out scratches with all sorts of pastes & polishes with very little success. I have tried cleaning the carpet and seats with all sorts of things.....but could not get the interior carpet and upholstery clean. I saw an "special" on Angieslist from a top rated supplier and decided to give it a try. I saw Quick n Brite charged extra for excessive dog hair (which is totally fair) and had some questions on the work that would be done. I called quick n brite for clarification and they explained answers clearly. I was surprised when they only charged an extra $25 for the excessive dog hair in such a large van (and the dog had been schedding everywhere!!!). Scheduling went smoothly. Marvin was running a few minutes behind due to some bad weather and he called to say he would be a little late and arrived as expected. He and his co-worker spent 3 hours detailing the car. By the time they were done it looked like new. Really!!! Nearly all the exterior scratches were gone - the only ones remaining clearly need painting. I was amazed at how bright the exterior is. The interior is now spotless and free from dirt and dog hair. The interior was naturally a little damp after all the shampooing, so its very important to air and dry properly after Quick and Brite finish up (I had a bit of a challenge with this due to all the rain - but thats my thing and nothing to do with Quick & Brite). I was amazed and delighted with Quick & brights work and have recommended them to others & had the van at work where their work has been admired... Thanks!

I purchased a deal coupon for my sister's birthday for a complete vehicle detail. I called to schedule the detail and they responded promptly. They came out to our house and worked for several hours in very humid conditions. When they finished, the truck looked brand new especially the engine compartment and truck bed. We will definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Great. Showed up on time, did their job, and did it well.

Called yesterday for an appointment and they came out this morning as promised. They spent close to three hours working. The results are very good. My daughter has used this car for college and so it has been outdoors and used fairly heavily. Paint was faded and there were a few very noticeable scrapes and scratches on the body. Inside was very dirty and the engine had dirt and grease on it. Now the car looks great, all the scrapes have been buffed out, the interior looks like new and the engine compartment is as well. Very pleased with what was done and would use them again.

Melvin McKay was very professional in all aspects of this transaction, from initial contact by phone, to prompt show time, to professional quality workmanship. Both vehicles look like brand new when he finished. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend him and his service to anyone.

Quick N Brite Auto were great. They did a great job. It looks great and everything still works just fine. The guy that came out was super friendly and super professional. My car was super dirty. He worked extra hard to get it clean. He took the extra time to make sure it was up to his standards of cleanliness. They did a great job.

They were good. We did not pay outside the $169 big deal amount. They did what they committed to do. The price was a little bit steep. They came to us.

I was able to schedule an appt. within a couple days. They did an excellent job. We had an afternoon appointment but they didn't arrive until 6pm. I was worried that they'd be too tired to do a good job but I was wrong. They worked well past sunset cleaning the van inside and out. The carpets were deeply shampooed and looked amazing. The van sold to the first people who looked at it. I will use them again.
