Excellent. Corey was an amazing plumber and very knowledgeable.

The valve needed to be repaired, however, the plumber did not have a replacement valve with him. He said it would be several days for him to find and replace the valve which would have put the shower out of commission because he would have had to remove valve and take it with him to match it. We just decided we would choose a day and try to do it ourselves. The plumber was very professional and very nice.

Someone came out at scheduled time. Said faucet needed replaced, and would come the next day as a two person crew.A price was agreed upon ($1242.00) The next day ONE man came out. He went under crawlspace and said he couldn't reach the plumbing for faucet as the foundation and jacuzzi lines were in the way. He then asked if he could take knobs and faucet off from inside to see if something was clogging it. He did and found nothing. Said the only solution was to either remove tub and spin it around, or have an access panel put into the side of my house. I declined both ideas and was charged $125.00 for his time.

Mike did a great job removing the old toilets! He was very efficient in making sure that no water dripped on the floors out of the old toilets. Would most definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs!

We made the mistake of letting another company "try" to fix the problem and paid over $500 for something that didn't do the job! Then they said they "thought" the pipe needed to be replaced. The price was overwhelming for something they "thought" needed to be done. Not very reassuring. I was very pleased with the service from Queen City. If you have plumbing issues and don't know where the problem is I highly recommend them as they have a camera they can run down the pipe to see what the problem is instead of going off guess work. Corey was very informative and knowledgeable as well as kind. They were on time and the crew was pleasant and delivered on every service they promised. They had to dig up our yard, take down part of our fence, and put in a new line. They were quick and efficient and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Their prices also beat out all the other companies we consulted so that's excellent as well. I would recommend them to anyone without an qualms.

The Queen City Plumbing staff did a great job. He was here when he said he would be, did the work thoroughly, and made sure I understood how to turn the gas off and light the grill. I would certainly use them again.

They were terrible. They charged me for things they didn't do. They didn't fix any problems. Their work is terrible. They created more problems for me that I have now that I didn't have before they came. My new faucets that were put in were put in improperly.

Cory explained exactly what was wrong with the old piping; cast iron section was rusting out at the joint and corroded with deposits over time; the whole pipe needed to be replaced 8-10 ft with PCP. He cut through the floor to make a new joining and worked under the house in the crawl space to make the connections. He took pictures before and after so we could see. Cory with Queen City Plumbing showed up on schedule and dressed professionally. He was able to confirm the issue we were having and make the repair in a timely manner. What pushed the visit over the top for me was Cory's desire to make sure we were happy before he left., even making sure the dog got some pets before he left.

Guy spent 1.5hrs doing a 30 min job. Spent 25 min in his truck looking for stuff before he ever started. Then so SLOW. After finishing he went to the end of our street and sat for another 20 min in his truck. He sucks up time from his company. Won't use them again.

It took him about 20 minutes to do the work. It took him longer to compute the bill. For two very minor repairs it was close to $200. I thought the coupon would save me money, but I would have been better off with a local handyman. The plumber told me that the "office" required him to make a certain amount per call.
