Two gentlemen put in long hours to perform all of the work on the same day that they first came to my house and did not leave until nightfall. Very professional and everything is working properly. I will use them for future needs.

I worked with Cory who was extremely polite and professional. He also did excellent work. I live in Cornelius and the parts (discontinued) were only available from a supplier in Charlotte. Cory had to drive back to Charlotte, pick up the parts, return to Cornelius, and make the repairs. He completed all of this within a couple of hours. Queen City Plumbing is now in my permanent contacts list.

Very impressed with their knowledge, promptness, patience in explaining what was going on. Great customer service. Called me on the phone when they were on their way here. I called on a SUNDAY nite that we couldn't get any hot water, expecting to leave a voice mail message for them to pick up on Monday. To my surprise, the owner answered the phone and had a plumber come out Mon. nite . Several follow up trips were needed to evaluate what was needed to be done to get the pipes & supplies needed, add insulation and arrange to have an electrician there at the same time to meet CODE. Lowe's plumber did inferior work. I should have bought the unit from Queen City Plumbing and then the job would have been done right to begin with.

Repaired toilet problem and held up on other repairs at this time

Service rep. found the reason for our water leaking. Replaced washing machine hose. Solved our problem. Very professional and very reasonable in cost. Queen City Plumbing and their representative, Jeff Ross offer the best choice for plumbing solutions that we have experienced in Charlotte,NC. We will certainly only call them for all our future plumbing needs. Whirl pool correction We will remove panels to access whirlpool underneath so we can remove wood wedges and install a wood frame around the base for pouring concrete in to underneath the whirlpool to support fiberglass floor. Right front leg has no support underneath it and floor will be repaired in order to support it. We will remove old caulk and re-caulk between whirlpool and tile. Panels will be put back. We cannot warrantee this tub because it was originally installed incorrectly and cannot be corrected.

The installers arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. Both bathrooms looked very neat when they left.

Was very helpful, did a temporary fix for us. Will contact after holidays for permanent fix. Was very helpful and did a good job.

Although everything was ready to go and my requests clear, they spent a lot of initial time looking into additional work in the other bathrooms, etc. which wasn't requested. After an hour, I had to be direct with them to simply focus on my original scope. Too much talking and I should have been more direct at the onset as my available time is limited. The pricing was fair in the end, but started off too high. As we work worked through the details, the pricing came down 20%. In the end, the work was excellent.

Fine -- arrived on time and was finished within 30 minutes.

Brian and Bobby were very patient and calm when helping us diagnose and solve our problems while also being able to explain the issues to us. In the end we were able to get all the problems solved in all of our faucets. They were both very customer friendly, they got they're jobs done very quickly and really they have done the best job I've seen any other plumber do in my house or in the other places I've lived in. Brian and Bobby both put a lot of work into the job and they both had a very positive attitude the whole entire time and never complained once. I am very grateful for the help that they have given me in helping with my issues and I will be personally calling them for any other plumbing issues in my house. I highly recommend them and I will be giving their info to everyone I know who has plumbing problems.

The plumber was professional, courteous and timely. He examined problems and had solutions. He also provided names of other professionals for different problems. I was very satisfied.

Disposal was replaced before tech checked to see if there could be a problem with wall switch. Problem turned out to be a loose wire so I may not have needed a new disposal after all.

Completely satisfied with the professionalism. Cory identified the leak at the wall connection caused by deteriorating iron pipe original to the house. He explained what was needed, to replace that section of pipe under the house. He cut a new opening through the floor and installed ten feet of PVC pipe. He took pictures before and after to show the old pipe was filled with layers of debris. He sent he invoice and pictures through email. Thank you.

He cleared the clog. Though it came back a day or two later, I was able to clear it quickly using an OTC drain cleaner.
