Very well, as expected.
Description of Work: Hired twice. First time was to install a new kitchen faucet. The second time, her fixed the outdoor faucet pipe that was exposed to the elements. Both times i have been pleased with their service and the quality of the work.

Horrible bait and switch tactics.
Description of Work: When I called they told me they charged a $39 service fee to come out and diagnose and fee would be waived if service is performed. Jeff Ross told us we needed a brand new tankless water heater (ours is only 6 years old) and quoted $3300 for the job/install. When we told him no thanks, suddenly their "service fee" went up to $149. Don't bother with this company!

Mrs. [Member Name Removed] I reviewed your invoice and your are 100% right about the charges. I am the one that spoke to you on the phone and told you $39 service fee and that's what you should have been charged. We will be refunding you the difference in charges to make things right and having a talk with our technican to ensure he knows what the appropriate charges are. As far as your tankless needing to be replaced your units heat exchanger cracked from freezing because the unit that was installed in your house does not have freeze protection, when a heat exchanger cracks that is the best course of action is to replace it with something new that does have electronic freeze protection. The price he quoted you to provide and install a new one was a very fair price and we charge much more than that on different situations but since you are already set up for tankless he brings the cost of labor down significantly. I care about my customers and only want what is best for them, I will do whatever I can to make you see us differently and your are welcome to call me on my cell phone to discuss further (980)395-3874

Description of Work: Ice maker leaking. Price for repair was $250.00 plus the $30.00 coupon from Angie's list. Seemed a bit pricey but got the job done. The did not credit me for the coupon but did send me a check for $30.00. Seemed like an honest, reputable company.

It went very well.
Description of Work: A pump failed in my basement that lifts the waste up to the sewer line. It was an expensive repair, but a necessary one. The pumps themselves are very expensive. We did find out, thanks to Cory our plumber, that the person who installed the pump when we bought the house 15 years ago never turned on the alarm...we would have known something was wrong a lot sooner had the alarm been turned on! Cory made sure it was engaged before he left!
