One of the best plumbing repair/installs I've been privileged to have in my life. Friendly, honest, professional. Doesn't get any better. Andy was absolutely brilliant and trained me well on the new water heater controls and self-diagnostic LED.

First they came out and did an inspection of the plumbing system. A few things came up during the home inspection when I purchased the house that I wanted to have someone take a look at and address. There was a mixup with the scheduling but they were quick to make it right and even offered credit for the misha.. They ended up doing a few miscellaneous projects and Andy was great! He was professional and super friendly. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. I will definitely be calling them again for future work!

These guys are excellent. The experience from start to finish was smooth sailing. They completed the work within a week. I was at my wit's end trying to find a plumber to install a sewer line! Ten plumbers I've had out to my house! Nobody wanted the job! A client recommended Justin at Queen City and he came out the next day to give me a quote...and gave me a quote in the spot! Literally, he punched some numbers into his phone and gave us a quote standing in our driveway! Amazing! The job was done two days later and I could finally breathe a sigh of relief! If these guys are willing and able, they will be doing all the plumbing work at our house from now on!

It went okay. They weren’t really on time and they were coming from Charlotte so it was probably about an hour drive for them and it just seemed like because of the distance, it was inconvenience for them but then they should have never offered that service if they didn’t want to come as far as they have to come to do it.

It started out rocky with a missed service call but Justin made it right by not charging us for replacing the faucet.

This company is definitely 1st class. Kept me well informed, had a very polite and friendly service technician, was on time to do installation and even called when they were 30 minutes from arrival. They cleaned up all litter after the job was complete. The tech tested system and was thorough in explaining it's operation and recommended maintenance procedures. I know when one reads reviews there is always the ones who find something to complain about. One would have a hard time finding something to complain about with Queen City plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

They communicated well by e-mail and phone. It was fairly easy to set up an appointment. There were a couple of last minute schedule changes, but they communicated well and accommodated my schedule. The technician arrived promptly and was polite and communicated information well. Prior to the visit, we were aware of a leaky faucet and a toilet that needed to be reset. I was also aware of the age of the other toilets, although we were not currently having any issues with the other toilets. Upon inspection, he showed me the parts that were rusting, explained what would happen if the parts were not replaced and then explained what he could do. For the leaky faucet, we discovered that multiple components would have to be replaced and due to the age and aesthetic of the existing faucet, asked to compare the cost to fix versus the cost to replace and opted to replace. This was also the case with the toilet - due to the multiple components that needed to be repaired, we opted to put in a new toilet. Unfortunately, their policy is to price the total job as a fixed price per repair. The plumber reached out to his manager and was able to get us a slightly better price than what was originally quoted since we were having multiple repairs done (the $1020 is what we paid). I still feel that their pricing model resulted in a higher bill than if we had been paying an hourly charge. All of the work that needed to be completed took about 4 hours, which included time to go get the toilet from a local warehouse. Overall the work was completed quickly and neatly and we have not had any problems in the month since the repairs were completed and are happy with our new faucet and toilet. Other than the price, my only other negative was that the toilet base was not caulked and we were not asked whether we wanted it to be caulked. I thought this was typically done, so I was surprised to realize it had not been done. I needed to leave a few minutes prior to him completing the job and felt comfortable leaving him to complete the job and close the door. Everything was cleaned up and looked as good as new when we returned. Time did not allow for us to get multiple estimates and although I would not hesitate to use them again, I would probably acquire a second estimate to ensure that the pricing was competitive.

Outstanding. I was so impressed with Justin that I had him replace a toilet and other work. During the checking of faucets a problem arose which Queen City went out of their way to resolve. I highly recommend without reservation.

These guys are now our go to plumbers!!!! If you are in need of plumbing work?you would be foolish not to give Justin a call.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The plumber stated that he could only snake the drain since he couldn't access the back valve which resulted in a very costly fee. When the drain backed up again, we hired another plumber that was able to access the back valve and resolve the drain's issues for a much cheaper price. Ultimately, we feel as though Queen City Plumbing wasn't honest.

Justin was great, he clearly knew what he was doing and was very personable. Definitely would use him in the future.

They are really good. They were professional and on time. They get the job done and they guarantee their work. I would recommend them because of the quality of their work. It is a one and done deal. They are pretty straight up and just do what needs to be done. They have everything. You have to pay for parts. The quality of work goes a long way. They are probably the only plumbing person I will use.

I called 3 "big" plumbing companies that all sent idiots that didn't want to be here. Justin, owner of Queen City Plumbing, actually took the time and fixed my problem.

The plumber was awesome. We were looking for someone to come out and address the problem fairly quickly. Everyone else we called just wanted to replace the water heater. However, the plumber from Queen City Plumbing came out after hours and it was about 5 o’clock when he got here. He then noticed that it wasn’t the water heater but it was a pipe connecting to the water heater. He didn’t have the equipment that he needed at that time and he was willing to drive from North Charlotte to another city in South Carolina which was about 25 minutes away and it was pouring too. However, he came back and addressed the issue. The price that he charged was reasonable. He was professional and prompt. We had a really good experience with him.

Justin once again, exceed my expectations and completed both jobs in a timely fashion. He consistently works around my schedule and his work is top notch.

Overall, the service has been excellent. Justin is very prompt in returning phone calls and coming out whenever you need him. He is also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using him again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

COMPANY INSTALLED (APPARENTLY UNKNOWINGLY) DEFECTIVE PIPE. WHEN THEY LEAKED COMPANY DIDN'T BOTHER TO REPLACE ALL DEFECTIVE MATERIAL. THEN THAT LEAKED AT A LATER DATE. COMPANY WAS UNAGREEABLE TO COMING OUT IMMEDIATELY, AND NOW AVOIDING MEMBERS CALLS.
