A very satisfying experience. We had never had our hot water heater flushed in the 8 years we have lived here and it showed. We will now make this an annual thing to preserve the life of the hot water heater. He checked all the toilets for leaks etc. Very personable and efficient. I would highly recommend Queen City Plumbing and am looking for another good deal from them for our daughter's house. A definite A+..

They never contacted me. It was purchases on Oct. 9. Today is October 18. I am requesting a refund of $125 that I have paid through pay pal. This is not the first time I have bought through Angies list and not heard from the vendor. I doubt I will use Angies list again.

overall impressed; only slight issue was that spigot on heater wasn't tightened completely which meant it dripped for a couple of days before I noticed it and tightened it myself

They came out twice, cut 3 holes in the sheetrock. Did find the problem to be a leaky shower faucet. Applied caulk which did not solve the problem. When I called back to let them know the plumbing was still leaking they tried to refer me to a restoration specialist. When I tried to point out that the plumbing was still leaking and needed to fixed prior to restoration, the person answering their calls responded, "Oh, well, I do not know much about plumbing."

Andy, from Queen City Plumbing came to take care of the maintenance. He is friendly, professional and did a great job. I would use this service again and, ask for Andy!!! I am so pleased with this service provided through Angie's List I will use that again, too. This was my first experience using this type of service.

They did a good job. I expected something. I thought during inspection, their inspection system will run through our plumbing system, but what I found was they did a manual check. But that was fine. I think the actual price was $99 and I got it for $49. For the money they paid, they did the service. I think it was kind of misleading.

It was fine it was just a check up and he it was okay it was just a quick thing. So it was good there wasn't any real problem I just wanted to make sure everything was okay and there wasn't anything, he checked everything very thoroughly and there was no real problem but it needed check up and for that price it was better than paying a hundred and fifty two hundred dollars for the same thing. I just wanted to know because in the past couple of years I had a bit of a problem and just to have a good check up I wanted to make sure everything was fine.

It went very well! Besides flushing the water heater, the contractor looked throughout the house at our faucets and toilets for proper functioning. He gave some advice on maintenance. Also looked into our crawlspace for any leaks.

Mike and his crew are very professional. I ordered a wrong toilet, and I had to make an exchange. Mike was very easy to work with. Even though I wasted their time, they didn't charge me anything. I feel very comfortable working with Queen City Plumbing. This is a company I can trust.

Pretty good - think the inspection could have been more thorough. Not clear all of the items on the list of things covered in the inspection were completed. I did not have access to the list as my wifi was not working and I could not print out the coupon.

Went smoothly. Even though these "deals" are up-sell opportunities, the gentleman did not overplay it. Did what he came to do. Water pressure inside house much better. Good job.

Everything went well. I bought one of the big Deal coupons for toilet installation (I don't remember the exact price, but around $175). I called, he returned my call promptly and scheduled the service at a convenient day/time for me. The person called when he was on his way and was timely. He removed the old, installed the new and cleaned up well. No complaints - it went without a hitch!

Phenomenally. Justin is AWESOME. I called 7 plumbers that afternoon were extremely busy, all were names with "A" rating from Angie's list incidentally. Queen City Responded quickly and I asked for Justin the owner. I was referred to Queen City By Tim from Fergusen - Tim said ask for Justin. Justin like all others was busy and he did not call me back till late that afternoon. By then I had received quotes from other plumbers who could come over the next day; many quotes where from the high of $310 - to $194 just to diagnose my plumbing problem. Justin was the least expensive to evaluate by far, so I called him back and he responded rather quickly in his amazing purple truck. Very good guy with an amazing sense of humor. Justin diagnosed my problem in less than five minutes. And he gave me a referral as well and let me borrow his extension cord too. Good experience. I would hire him again ion a heart beat. It turns out it was an electrical problem, the pump worked fine. I made balloon art for 2 of his boys (he has FIVE) in appreciation. (mistertwisterofcharlotte.com)

The installer, Andy, gave me call and told me that he was on the way. He arrived prompting. I showed him both bathrooms where the toilets that I purchased would be installed. It did not take him long at all approximately 1.5 hrs. He did a great job. He even recommended that I not put toilet bowl cleaner inside the top base of my toilet because manufacture warranty would not cover if something happens. I appreciated his recommendation.

This was our first call to Queen City Plumbing and they were excellent! They were able to come out the same day and arrived at the time they committed. They very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

The company was very responsive, called right away to make appointment, showed up as scheduled. The work was performed quickly. A few problems were pointed out; however, there was no pressure to do the work right away. Rafael was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; his assistant appeared to be in training. I was satisfied with the work, felt it was a good value and would use the firm again.
