Refused to flush or change the leaky inlet hose, since my water heater was over 15 years old. No body asked when I installed it? 8 years ago. Nobody asked how it was maintained. Drain yearly and as clean as it was when installed. Little buildup where leaking at inlet connector. NO LEAKS other than the inlet hose!

Everything went great as far as I can tell. My service technician arrived in a timely manner, he explained the problem and why the faucet could not be repaired. He even told me that if I didn't want his company to fix it, that he would understand. To be quite honest, I appreciated that comment more than anything because it made me feel like there was no pressure to work with them. However, I had already spent about 4 hours yesterday researching a reputable plumber that other customers are/were happy with. That included reading all of the good and bad comments and trying to decipher who was just complaining about something - just because, researching websites and making a few calls. But I kept coming back to Queen City and finally decided to go with them and I am very happy that I did.

Great on time, No problem's and hauled off the old toilet. Checked another issue and gave quote for repair which I will call them back to fix soon.

Amazing service. The guy carried the new one up the stairs for me and assembled it and everything, He was quick and efficient, and everything I was hoping for.

As expected. The two techs were pleasant and did the job just fine. They left the work area as clean as they found it. Part of the deal was to inspect the rest of the plumbing in the home. They were going to skip that until I asked. Upon request, they did a very fast and superficial walk through to check plumbing. Queen City Plumbing billed me more than the Angie's List offer, adding a tax after the fact. No parts were involved. They taxed me on labor. I plan to pay the $49.00 they advertised.

Replacement was completed with satisfaction.

These men went right to work and were done in just under an hour. Clean-up was done and they hauled away the "porcelain thrones"!!! Fantastic professionalism and definitely this is my "go to" plumbing company. The price was great too. I recommend this company without reservation.

It was informative. I think the one thing that stood out for me was especially with the water heater, it hadn't been drained and he was very thorough in showing, you know what colours came out and what they meant, you know, if there were any bad chemicals in there. My husband was there for the most part but I did observe and listen to some of the stuff they were saying when he walked him through the process. He was just helpful in that regard in knowing what to look for and telling us about the life that the water heater that the water heater had a good life on it, you know, left. Just knowledgable about what he was doing.

That went fine. I did get the flush but I had other issues. When they quoted me for the issue, I did not use them because the price was way to expensive. They were very responsive. I would probably not use them because of their pricing.

Took advantage of Members' special offer. Although I called back immediately when was contacted to make 1st appt., no one showed up on the day. When called the office @ 6pm, was told that there was no appt for me for the day. Made a 2nd appt and needed to call office to verify if plumber was coming b/c it was 30 min past appt time. Was called back and told that he was on his way. He arrived another 20-30 min later. Plumber was personable, worked carefully, and provided answers to my questions readily. It was nice to get get the job done but I was not happy w/the lost time waiting for it to happen.

Did do the hot water flush but was not impressed with the plumbing inspection. He was supposed to perform a blue dye flush in all the toilets but did not. When walking to the different bathrooms in the house he did not have any tools with him, he left them in the truck. He also asked me if there were any leaks. I thought he was supposed to check for himself.

Technician flushed the water heater and discussed on demand water heaters. He also asked if there were any other problems, to which I replied I didn't think so. But I couldn't find the deal and I didn't remember what else was involved. I would think that the technician should know what the deal involved. When I found the deal a few days later, I realized that he was supposed to do a whole house plumbing inspection, which he never did.

My water heater ruptured the day before Thanksgiving leaving me with no hot water. I had a hard time getting anyone to come out to look at it because it seemed everyone was booked up until the following week. Queen City had initially told me they weren't able to come but Justin called me back later to say they had a cancellation. I had found another company but asked QC to come anyway for a comparison quote. I decided to go with Queen City because they offered a longer overall warranty and a labor warranty that matched the parts warranty when the other company only warranted labor for 1 year. The pricing was very close but QC offered $100 off for Angies List members. Justin came out the Saturday morning after Thanksgiving and installed the new water heater quickly. There was a scheduling issue with the tech, but Justin made it right by offering to fix a drip in my kitchen faucet at no charge. I got the feeling he wanted my business and it was important I was satisfied. I will use them again in the future.

Queen City Plumbing was excellent. Good communication. Their service man did an excellent job of adjusting our water pressure and temperature and installing a new garbage disposal. I plan to use Queen City as my go to provider for all my plumbing needs.

It was a very nice man who came. It turned out to be quite complicated. I have two water heaters and I have talked to the people before they came and told them I would want the second one cleaned as well. They told me they would clean the second one for another $49. So I agreed. When the man came he took a look at the water heaters -- one is in the garage and one is in the house. There is a pressure valve on there and it showed signs it was dripping on the floor. He took a look at that and said it looked like I needed a new water heater. He said he was afraid to hook up the water heater to drain it because it had a plastic faucet on it and he was afraid he would break it. We came in and looked at the one in the house which is the same, but he went ahead and drained that one. The only thing that I've noticed is that the water is not hot now coming out of that. I don't know if he changed the temperature on it or what. I don't know what happened there. It looks like I am going to have to call somebody. He told me he would call me to tell me what it would cost to put in new water heaters and I have not heard from him since. The result wasn't so good.
