On time, very professional, price was right. All good!

Plumber was proficient. Gave us a free estimate on a tankless on-demand water heater installation and cost of replacing existing heater. The only suggestion I have for him in the future is to show the customer the vacuum container bin ahead of time so a customer can be assured that all that debris came from their hot water heater and use a better filter on the end of his vacuum. I had a fine coating of rust over most of my side hallway floor near the water heater and on the doors nearby.

Shane and Antonio came again, as I requested them after the great job they did on the new water heater last week. They arrived this morning promptly at 10:00, and finished up by 1:30 or so. They called in Hassan of Hass Electrical, who did a great job putting in a dedicated circuit for the new pump. As usual, they protected my floors, cleaned up after themselves, even helped me move some heavy boxes. The job was done beautifully, with a neatly made hole in the basement slab for the new pump. The new pvc drain pipes are strapped and a well caulked outlet drains to the ivy covered side of the house, very discreetly placed. Shane took photos of all the work for my records. Now, I've asked him to look at some issues with my upstairs hall bath! I will keep using QCP and requesting Shane and Antonio.

Wow, QCP is fantastic! Shane and Antonio arrived with the new water heater the next day. They are personable, polite and helpful. They covered their shoes with booties, protected the carpet and floors and their path to and from the truck. They cleaned up the water on the basement floor with their wet vac, and even arranged for a flood specialist to come inspect free of charge that day. The new water heater is 50 gallons, gas fired, very efficient, and heated up in about 45 minutes. That first hot shower after 5 days of cold showers was WONDERFUL. The old sump pump was busted and not installed properly, and Shane and Antonio recommended a new one. I hired them to do that too, and will continue to call Queen City Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. And I will request Shane and Antonio every time! Thanks QCP!

The kitchen faucet stopped leaking however the bathroom faucets began leaking again about 1 week after they repaired. Promptly sent someone back out at no charge who fixed the problem

It went great. I purchased Queen City Plumbing's $100 plumbing service for $49 on Sunday. Monday Queen City Plumbing called to verify the purchase and set up an appointment. We set up the appointment for 11:00 to 2:00 on Tuesday (the next day!). Jeff called at 9:30 Tuesday and said he was on the way. He arrived at 10:45, looked the job over, we agreed on the price, and he got to work. He finished at 12:15. He cleaned up to the point where I think everything was cleaner than when he arrived. Jeff was absolutely great. He explained everything and was very pleasant. We would definitely use Queen City Plumbing again.

He was a great guy! He ended up fixing two faucets. I thought he was going to take apart the faucet, but he went underneath and emptied out under the cabinet. Then he repaired it. He even put everything back under the sink cabinet. He was very nice, polite, and pleasant. He did a good job!

They were on time, got it done fast and did it the least expensive way possible. I'm going to hire them again soon.

Hot water heater service included new elements, but the real problem was that the guy who moved the water heater to the tool room crossed cold and hot lines somehow. Problem solved. Unlimited hot water now.

I purchased this on Wednesday my tenant had a backed up kitchen sink. I had contact information to have an appointment set up. No call was made. I called Friday night I was assured they would call and set something up as of Saturday night no call was made. When you try to call there is a recording and the mailbox is full. I called another plumber Saturday night and the problem was fixed Sunday morning. I will be requesting a refund.

The guys were great. First, they couldn't work me into the schedule and suggested an alternative, then they found capacity and sent someone. The guys promptly solved the problem and left everything spotlessly clean. It couldn't have been better.

I purchased two deals to install a new toilet for $99 each. I purchased the toilets on my own and called when I was ready to schedule the install. They were able to schedule the service within a couple of days. The guys that came out were very nice, performed the installation quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I also received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them.

It went well. My appointment window was between 2-5, and they arrived a little before 2:00. They diagnosed the problem, and then had to go and search for the missing part, which they did. They came back and fixed the toilet, and showed me the old part and what was wrong. They were courteous and didn't waste any time.

The service person did the work but the heater did not go back online. A different repair person had to come back to get it to go on.
