Great experience and the guy was on time, very polite and helpful. Explained all the costs to me and gave me a fair quote up front. They are not the most expensive nor the cheapest but the work was quality.

the technician inspected the plumbing but did not work on the water heater. he said that Queen City Plumbing does not work on water heaters that are 16 years old.

Horrible. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Technician had to reschedule to a different day and then showed up late. Fixed leaking toilet in about 5 minutes and then told me I owed him $110. He said that was their hourly rate and they charged a 1 hour minimum. So I paid $136 for a 5 minute repair job. Upon learning this, I told him to leave my home immediately and not to bother quoting on the other 2 projects I need done since I would never use them again. In my opinion, this company should be dropped from Angies List.

Very professional, they came quickly and assessed the source of the leak in just a few minutes. They worked fast and clean. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

They did charge for the estimate, but they rolled the cost of the estimate into the final price. They won the competition. We had three different highly rated companies on the list. What I liked the most about Queen's City is there were a lot of careful explanations. The plumber figured out fast that I did not know anything about plumbing. He could have just said I'm going to do this and this, and talk through it fast, but he took the time to explain several steps. The bonus was while he was walking around the house for the specific project, he said here is something that you are doing that will cause a plumbing problem down the road. He could have made more money down the road, for me to create that plumbing problem. We have a shower caddy hanging from our shower nozzle. He said over time the weight of that with all the shampoo bottles will mess up. Things will get bent up, and effect how the water is delivered. It won't happen immediately. Its a completely avoidable problem. I suggest you avoid it. It had nothing to do with why we brought them over. That was the water filtration. He was just looking. He said by the way you will save money if you do this. Take the shower caddy off the shower. Deal with your shampoo bottles a different way. He didn't need to do that. Little things like that he took the time to explain things. It wasn't condescending. If I wasn't getting things, he would take the time to explain it. I like everything about it. I had a very good experience with them.

The office called to keep me updated on status of appointment. The service provider was friendly and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

Not well. The plumber successfully repaired the toilet, but he broke a part of the sink and then charged me an additional $420 to "repair" the sink, which still drips. I could have bought a new, non-dripping sink for that amount of money.

apparently the water pressure gauge wares out and does not hold the city water pressure at 75 pounds going into the house, plus new building code requires an expansion valve on replacement work; about $600 repair work.

After getting the notification of the Angie's List deal, it was easy to order and schedule the water heater service Queen City arrived on time and completed the water heater drain / flush quickly. Since we'd never drained/flushed the water heater, we were concerned, but were very happy with he information provided and would not hesitate to use Queen City again.

The technician was very professional and the job was done in a timely manner. I would most definitely use them again!
