Luna and his team were hard workers and very professional. They were very precise on the trim work, great. If I had known about him earlier, i would have had him epoxy the garage floor too. And I see from his card, that he also does power washing, we will definitely reach out to him for that. Enjoyed working with Luna and his family.

Luna and his team arrived on time and were able to complete all 3 rooms in a very timely manner. They were very professional, taking care to protect any flooring or cabinets before starting to work. They painted walls and trim in each room and did an excellent job. Luna was also very responsive with all communication. I would definitely use Queen City Painting again and would also recommend them to others.

The interior trim and wainscoting in our great room, as well as the trim and doors in our kitchen and two hallways were all natural with varnish. We wanted to lighten up and update our home by painting the varnished wood white. We hired Queen City Painting Services and couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Luna proved to be a true professional throughout the process. He came to our home to price the job and provide us with expert advice on the best option to ensure that the job would be done properly. Once we scheduled the job, he and his crew arrived promptly every day and worked diligently to get the job done in the specified timeframe. Once completed, they cleaned up after themselves, leaving the house in great shape. The paint job is top notch. They prepped and sanded without cutting corners and applied the primer and top coats expertly using professional equipment. No drips or paint brush strokes. The crew was polite and hard working. We felt very comfortable leaving them in our home. We will definitely hire Queen City for our next paint job.

Florencio Luna did a fantastic job. He was on time all the time. Important to note that he is the owner and also does the painting, so he is on-site the whole time. A huge benefit! He and his team showed up everyday before 8am and worked all day until 5. One of the things that we most appreciated was his concern to protect our furniture/floors. They place thick paper on the floor and tape it down to ensure that no paint ends up on the floor. They also use blankets/drop cloths to further protect the floors. The first day all they did was prep to protect everything and fix the walls where necessary and sand the walls to remove dust and allow for the paint to adhere better. He is very particular about his work and does an outstanding job. He has excellent attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. The painting came out amazing! Excellent job. Highly recommend!

They were punctual, professional and worked quickly. Four people showed up and worked well together and worked until the job was completed. They did a great job and they will be returning for additional work.

They were prompt and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the porch. We had painted the porch 3 times and the paint kept coming up. The owner was great about telling us what needed to be done to correctly apply the paint and what kind of paint to use.

Not good at all. In talking with the owner the day before, he asked if he could bring 4 painters for 4 hours instead of the 2 painters that I originally contracted Angie's list for. He also asked if he could arrive at 7 and leave at 11 since it was a hot day in the mid-90's. I reluctantly agreed. He showed-up with he and his wife + 2 of his presumed, adolescent children. They never completed the higher spots as asked and the 2 adolescents were not professional painters who were not skilled or efficient, so I received maybe 10-12 hours of painting, rather than the 16 hours of professional painting as contracted for with Angie's List. I refused to sign his work sheet saying that he completed the job, and they promptly left at 11 for another job, leaving me to still paint the higher boards on my house. Very dissatisfied with the money paid for the services received.

Queen City Painting Services was punctual with appointment for assessment for quoting and for the day of beginning the project. They were very thorough with preparation and did an excellent job with the painting and fascia replacement. Mr Luna and his family were very pleasant to work with and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

They truly did a fantastic job and the total price was extremely reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He worked long hours during the week and weekends to get the job finished without sacrificing the quality of the job. He was so professional and always did what he said he would do. Mr LUNA and his family business (Queen City Painting) are the best painters, PROFESSIONALLY EQUIPTED, hardest workers, and kindest people I have ever hired. My wife and I just retired at 65 and moved into a 20 year old home that now looks like a model home because of them. After meeting Mr. LUNA and his crew, I changed the job from an eight hour hire to a SUPER REASONABLE COMPLETE JOB BID.... and he delivered much more than I ever expected!!!! THEY worked tirelessly for TWO 12-14 hour days to get everything done. Sometimes he had 5-7 family members there working hard all day and it seemed like they never took a break. AGES RANGED FROM FATHER ( who taught him to paint)...TO TEEN-AGED SONS THEY ALL TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK in every detail. Perfection in preparation, process, and cleanup are remarkable. I WILL NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PAINTING NEEDS. PROs: **They are PROMPT....15 minutes early at 0745am on a Saturday. **They PREP EVERYTHING before they start painting with blue tape, brown paper, and plastic. **They use a special wall sander with a vacuum system and repair walls to make walls completely smooth before painting. ** They removed fixed mirrors and closet shelving before painting and carefully painted around brackets they could not remove. ** They painted 2 coats on all walls and 3 coats on a couple of walls that did not meet Mr. Luna's expectations. **They primed the hardwood quarter-round and and put 2 coats of paint on ALL TRIM, CROWN MOLD, DOORS, AND WOOD WINDOWS. (10' CEILINGS). **They CAULKED all wall/ wood trim lines... to finish off their masterpiece. **THEY CLEANED THE HOME OF ALL DEBRIS AND SWEPT AND VACUUMED TO MOVE- IN READY appearance. ***THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE TILL WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.. and we were over joyed. CONS: NONE I would strongly recommend anyone who wants near perfection in the art of interior painting for an incredibly FAIR PRICE... PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER. GREAT! Mr. Luna and his crew are top notch, honest, and very skilled. Despite an equipment failure, the job was still completed on time and at a very fair price. Everyone was very courteous and they cleaned up the yard nicely after the job was done. I highly recommend Queen City Painting Services, LLC.

He and his family arrived on time, started to remove furniture out of the rooms to be painted. He asked for the color paint for each room and we discussed flat, gloss type finish. He suggested flat if there would be no children in the house. Flat is was! The professionalism that each member of his family showed was second to none. I could not stay at the house, but felt safe with them alone in the house. It was a two day job and I had to fly out of town on the second day. My son was here (18 years old) in and out of the house. After Queen City was done, they put the majority of furniture back with the exception of office items and bathroom items. My son said that it looks like a brand new home!
