+ -1 moreMr. Anderson always had a very pleasant smile and demeanor about him. Never pushy, he gave us time to figure out what we wanted. In just 2 weeks, he came back to install the plantation blinds and honeycomb shades. In one of the rooms, the plantation blinds were a little narrow (although not visible with the naked eye) and he gladly re-ordered them for us at no charge. A few weeks later, the plantation shutters arrived and we're glad they add more protection and style to the room.
Description of Work: We moved into a new home and needed plantation blinds, shutters, and honeycomb shades. Mr. Anderson came as a recommendation from one of our friends who used his services. Because he works on his own and doesn't have high overhead, we're able to save big as we had other home improvement costs to keep in mind. We received quotes from other companies and, by far, Queen City had the same products at a fraction of costs! Surprisingly, we're able to match the exact shade for the plantation blinds and shutters and they look great in our new home!!

+ -1 moreExcellent experience. Mr. Anderson was flexible in meeting me at my property. The builder wasn't initially available to give me the keys - I had to cancel on Mr. Anderson, then called him 30 minutes later telling him the house was open and we could get in. He promptly came over to the house. He measured all windows while I looked at samples. He wrote up an estimate which was exactly the amount I was expecting (approx $100/window). I agreed to the estimate and we set an installation date of 2-3 weeks later. On the day of installation, Mr. Anderson and his assistant showed up early/on time and quickly and efficiently put up all the blinds in under an hour. Great service - and the blinds are just beautiful!
Description of Work: Had 2'' wood blinds and wood valances installed on 12 windows in a newly constructed home.
