It was *expletive*. Here is the list I gave him, that he has ignored and tried to collect a balance due of 1750. I have not heard from him since I went to my lawyer. KITCHEN 1. Take out border, put in a floor to match the hallway. 2. Continue the floor under stove and fridge. I know it is not done under the stove, as a matter of fact there are still pieces of parquet. 3. Put in shoe molding around the above. 4. Make sure the stove is plugged in. BATHROOM 1. Replace shoe molding under tub. If you just replace the one piece I will be happy. HALL 1. Put down the threshold to laundry. 2. Get glue and scuff mark off of wall near kitchen, see post-it. Paint in kitchen on counter. LIVING ROOM 1. Finish off the tile with the bamboo piece as we agreed. Clean up grout on tiles. 2. There is a huge gap on the shoe molding on the right side of the fireplace. 3. There is a huge hole in the wall from your tearing up the old floor to the right of the step up.
Description of Work: Replace old floor with bamboo. Living room, hallways, kitchen and one bathroom. Install a decorative border in kitchen and in front of door.

Work start date was delayed by several weeks due to employee turnover/absenteeism. Once the work got started it did take the quoted period of time to finish, and the work looked good. However, when a week later we discovered some more rotten wood that had been missed and needed to be replaced, Mr. Luncan would not return our phone calls. After many weeks of pursuing him to come make the correction, we finally located him on another job site. We were not very satisfied with his corrective measures nor were we impressed with his avoidance of our phone calls. He already had our payment so we had no leverage to get him to comply.
Description of Work: Refinished and replaced hardwood flooring in a 1,700 square foot home.
