Raul arrived a few minutes early. He explained the procedure and immediately began work. Upon completion he explained the drying process and what I needed to do. He left no mess and my upholstery is spotless and very fresh.

It worked out fine. They came out when I called. I didn't have a hard time scheduling or anything. They did a good job. The price was good. I remember being happy and it was fine.

Everything went great! Two dirty chairs are now clean! Operator/owner called and asked if he could come early which was fine with me. He explained the process and went to work.

n the extras. There were 2 little bedrooms and a very small hallway that counted as 3 extra rooms----one of the bedrooms only had about 50 sq ft of space open because of the furniture which was not moved at my request...... I felt he was a little aggressive on the extras but that's just me I guess. Very professional however and a nice guy.

The service worked out pretty well. They cleaned the carpets in a bedroom and bonus room. The carpets were really wet afterward and he didn’t ask what room to start with which was an inconvenience for my husband because he works from home.

They experience was pretty good. The carpet cleaning went well and we were happy with the service. The guy that came was very pleasant.

He cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms, hallway and 13 steps. He is a nice guy. He worked very hard and got the job done quickly. He has high quality machines that suck out the dirt of the carpet. We have used him again since, originally he said he would keep us at the $99 pricing but then it ended up being more money.

Pronto was professional, prompt and more than competitively priced. They did an excellent job and did the work that was pre-paid for in the package. Upon getting to our home we need two additional pieces of furniture cleaned and they did the job at a fair price with no-hassle. We will defiantly be using them in the future.

He came out promptly and returned the calls just fine. He was professional but they seemed a little expensive for future work. He cleaned the family room and three bedrooms. Everything went fine. The carpet also stayed wet longer than expected, too.

On time, called on his way. Did a great job, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend them.

Raul showed up right on time. Cleaning was professional and thorough. I was extremely satisfied. He took care not to mark the walls with his machine and was able to clean the carpets in about 40 minutes. I had not furniture since I'm renting the house.

The were fine, they did a good job. I had to call them and they came out within a couple of weeks. They were there on time.

The owner/operator was very accamodating. I had to reschedule my appointment,no problem.The job was challenging because I had severe pet stains from a pet that had passed. He was very understanding and very thorough.The carpets looked great! He spent approximately and hour working on my carpets. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and they want to get in, get out asap. I will definitely use him again.

Arrived at agreed to time (scheduling was even very quick). Extremely professional. Took all spots and dark places out of all 5 rooms. Would recommend highly!

My experience went very well. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly while visiting. He was very east to work with, punctual and easy to schedule with. He was able to get all of the pet stains out. I have already used this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

Called late the prior day and he was here the following morning. Moves furniture and replaces. Applied "extra" products due to a pet staying in the hotel room. Carpet is damp, but not soaked, and dries completely in about 2 - 3 hours. Odors are always gone after he leaves and the carpet dries. I believe he does other hard surfaces, but I have not used him for that as of yet.

He was on time, very fast, and efficient at his work. He said there were some spots that were worn and he was unable to get the carpets completely clean.

Pronto and Carpet LLC refused to honor purchased "Big Deal" for carpet cleaning unless I paid additional surcharge- provider claimed my residence was outside his service territory even though we are both located in Mecklenburg County. Provider also claimed there was a disclosure about this in the "fine print" but there was not.

We were pleased with the service that we received.

I thought it went well on the day of the cleaning. However, within a few days I when I vacuumed I could see that fibers of the carpet were coming up near where the carpet is fastened down at the edge of the dining area. This was an area that was more in need of cleaning than most areas and they must have cleaned too aggressively. I called Pronto and they came out. They stretched the carpet to cover the damaged area. In the last few weeks, the fibers have begun to come out in that area. Now there is a place of at least 3 inches that is completely pulled up from the metal strip that is supposed to cover the end of the carpet. I am quite distraught; I do not know what to do.
