Called with advance notice of arrival which was helpful. Took great care to protect my floors and furniture when cleaning. Service was performed quickly and very little interruption to the house. Professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledge. The carpets looked practically brand new and was able to get out stains that I NEVER thought could be removed. Used a gently scented cleaner that made the house smell fresh. I would recommend Pronto and Carpet, LLC to everyone. They did a great job!

Very we'll. Raoul, the owner, showed up at the scheduled time, explained what he would be doing, did the work in 2 hours, and educated me about proper cleaning methods and frequency. He protected baseboards and walls from his equipment with shields, pretreated heavily stained areas. carpets now look and smell clean! He also recommended AC and fans to speed up drying time.

Provider was very responsive and could get me on the schedule right away. My experience with them was great.

Everything went well. I contracted for hallway and an additional room, plus Scotch Guard for the $150. We agreed on the price befor he came. He did an excellent job. No complaints. Courteous, professional.

Raul did an awesome job. My furniture is white and I have two dogs!! There was alot of grimy areas and he spent extra time assuring it came out thebest possible. I didn't 7 think it would ever come out as good as it did. I really liked Raul. He knew what he was doing and he explained that Pronto uses the newest technology in their equipment. It took almost No time to dry. I highly recommend them and plan on having them do my carpet and every 6 months upholstery. You will no be disappointed with this company. Ask for Raul!!!!

Raul showed up right on time, was very pleasant and helpful to deal with, and conscientious in the way he worked in our house. He explained exactly what he was going to do and where some stains might present a problem and require additional treatment. He was able to get all of the stains out and left the carpets smelling clean and fresh. He said to expect the carpets to stay damp for 6-8 hours, given that it's wintertime and the A/C cannot be run to remove some of the moisture. Instead, he recommended running the ceiling fans. I'm very pleased with the service and look forward to calling Raul for our next cleaning.

He is very rigid. I don't understand why he couldn't clean on piece of furniture as opposed to three in the same amount of time. His customer service skills are lacking. Sometimes if you want business you have to bend a little bit.

It went okay. I wasn’t too crazy about the man who actually did it but the carpet was clean. He was a little obnoxious. I will not use them again. It ended up costing more than it said the coupon would be, it wasn’t that much more, so it was still a good deal, and that was okay. He did come when he said he was going to.

This turned out fine. Scheduling was easy. There was one person that came and it took about an hour to complete the job.

They arrived on time and cleaned the carpets thoroughly and quickly. They were able to remove an unknown stain that was there when we moved in. The carpets weren't that wet when they were done (some places leave the carpets soaking wet). There was also no crunchy residue when they dried.

Filthy carpet, pets and food stains. The company did a fantastic job. The steps were cleaned from the food stains. He was a nice polite person. I definitely recommend this service. Certainly better than Stanley Steamer.

I hired Pronto to clean the carpets in a rental condo for me. There had been a pipe leak and the dining room carpet was wet for a couple of weeks while everything was getting fixed. Once the pipe was fixed and the carpet dried out, I told my tenant that I would pay for all of the carpets in the condo to be professionally cleaned. I purchased a deal through Angie's List for $129 for the entire condo and asked the provider to call my tenant directly to schedule. They did and the service was promptly scheduled. My tenant was very pleased with the service and the results.

The painter had to cancel due to illness. I went Angie's list and found carpet cleaners. I called and Pronto and Carpet said he could come within the hour. He arrived as promised-pronto. He was very honest about the market's age and soil. He did not try to sell me the stain remover, telling me it is expensive. He did an excellent job. I will call him to clean and seal tile in my house and for carpet cleaning in the future.

I called around 9 A M, after the painter canceled.Mr. Uscocovich said he could be here by 11. He was and did Avery good job. He explained that the carpet was worn in the high traffic areas and would not look like other areas. He did not encourage me to buy the chemical that he said was expensive but would help clean.

Since my coupon had expired, they could not honor it. Angie's did reimburse me. The person I spoke with offered me an even better price to come out to do the work. I definitely would have taken him up on it, but since we were coming up on the holidays, the timing wasn't good. I will definitely hire them when I need to schedule my carpets to be cleaned.

Technician arrived on time, we discussed some stains that may have needed special treatment. He went to work and did a nice job on cleaning the carpets. No special treatment was needed
