We hadn't had these three rugs cleaned in quite a long time -- Raul was incredibly thorough, charged a fair price, was punctual, pleasant and professional. Great experience -- would definitely hire again!!

Raul did a great job cleaning our carpet and our stairs. We had an oil or tar type substance on the stairs that he was able to remove.

Raul of Pronto did a fantastic job! We've had our carpets cleaned many times over the years by a variety of companies and without a doubt, Raul achieved the best results by far. He arrived on time, was very professional and clearly an expert, explained the process, and then managed to remove stains that previous carpet cleaners were not able to clean. Our carpets, which are old and need to be replaced, look better than they have looked in 10 years! And Pronto did this at a more competitive price than anyone we've hired in the past. We will definitely be hiring Pronto to clean our carpets in the future.

I would highly recommend Pronto And Carpet LLC for anyone needing their carpets or rugs cleaned. We have 3 indoor dogs so our carpets get pretty dirty, but when Pronto And Carpet LLC comes out to clean them, they always look great! They are friendly, dependable, and thorough in their cleaning. You won't be disappointed!

I paid extra to have the stairs cleaned and he said it would be a good idea to do the deodorizer so I did that. When he left I realized the side of my house was wet and that he had been using my water. When I got my water bill a few days ago, which covers that time period, my water bill was about $10-$12 more than it normally is, so his trip also cost me an additional $10-$12 dollars. I don't know if companies normally use your water but I don't think that's right. If they're going to use my water then there ought to be some type of lessened charge. He did it by himself and was done within an hour, he did 3 rooms and the stairs. As I checked the work later as things started to dry I noticed in the corners there was still dusty areas, where apparently he didn't go into corners. I knew beforehand he wouldn't move heavy furniture, and I actually didn't have any, but there were pieces he could have gotten behind without having to move them because I had donated huge pieces of furniture before my cleaning service date. All in all a pleasant man, but I'm not that impressed about the service. I could have said no about the steps, but they really did need it. I wish I had said no to the deodorizer because it only smelled for a couple days.

Our carpets look like new. We have used Pronto before and we have always been very pleased with their service. They have very modern, well-maintained equipment and their technicians are very experienced. We find their prices to be very competitive

I used Raul at least 7 times. He always shows up on time. He does a through job. He's courteous and is very clear what he can do and what he can't with my 9 year old carpets. I give him a definite 5 STARS.

All the edges of the home where still dirty (black). According to the guy that was extra and since the chemicals were very expensive and there was not a guarantee that they would come out. I did take them out with Lestoil.

They were excellent. They were good. I didn't find any worst at all. They were very accommodating and called every time if they were going to be early or if they were going to be a few minutes late. They were very very good.

My experience with Pronto & Carpet Cleaning LLC was great. Like the company name...Raul showed up "pronto/on-time" and began setting everything up. I have a 2 bedroom townhome (so I got 2 rooms, hallway, and staircase cleaned). Within 35 minutes my carpets were all cleaned; even those two stains I was really worried about...gone. So, if you are debating which carpet company you want to come clean your carpets...stop your search now. Pronto & Carpet Cleaning LLC is your best bet...they were for me! Happy Carpet Cleaning!!

Terrific. I purchased this as a gift for my step-father who used to sell carpet and furniture. He is very particular, and he has extremely high standards for clean. Pronto & Carpet exceeded his very high expectations. They were prompt, thorough, and very courteous. We could not be more happy.

Raul called me around 9:45am saying that he had a cancellation and would be able to shampoo my carpets at 10am. I told him that I had a 10am appointment but would be back soon. I offered to leave my front door open for him. I returned at 10:20am as he was about to leave my home. We walked into the house, he told me that he couldn't remove some of the dirty areas as they were permanent stains and that the rug was old and worn. In fact the carpet is 6 years old and had been cleaned about 1 year ago. Raul left and I walked through the house. The carpet was soaking wet. He had not moved a plant that was next to a couch. When I removed my wet socks the bottoms were filthy as the dirt had not be fully vacuumed and was still on the carpet. I left the house and slept at a friends house. I turned on the heat and fans before I left. 24 hours later the carpet was still very damp, but not squishy this time. The carpets had shadows where the dirt had been picked up but not removed. All in all I don't know how it would be possible to shampoo and deodorize 2 rooms and an office in 20 minutes. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Called to see cost and availability and got immediate price and next available time which was supposed to be this coming Wednesday at 9:00AM. Raul called within an hour and said that someone had cancelled and asked if I wanted him to come right now. I texted him our address and he was there within 20 minutes. I initially was going to only ask him to clean the 15 or so chairs that were visibly dirty, but he pointed out that the freshly cleaned chairs would look much nicer compared to the ones that hadn't been cleaned at all, so we ended up cleaning 40+ chairs and he did it all with a fantastic attitude and a smile. I could not be happier and will absolutely use him again the next chance that I get.

Excellent experience. First class work. Raul is hard-working, considerate, and friendly guy. Called for appointment and he worked us into schedule in two days. Could not have been happier with results. Highly recommend for both carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Final work was being done in the house due to a sewer back up. I sent Raul a message via Angies list on Sunday December 20th and asked if he could come out right before Christmas to clean furniture. I explained my situation to him. I received an email back asking for all my pertinent information and he said that he would see how his schedule goes and he would get back to me on Monday. Raul got right back to me Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for 11:30am on 12/23. Raul arrived about 15 minutes early, assessed the furniture, let me know the cost for the extra pieces and then got to work. Raul is the ultimate professional and an extremely hard worker. He did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning the furniture. One chair was a bit dirty on the arms because of kids and wear and it almost looks new. He really cares about you and doing the job right. I wish there were more people just like Raul when I hire someone to do work at the house. I wouldn't think twice about recomending him to anyone. Just a great job!

It went okay. The couch had not been professionally before, just spot cleaned. Th fabric got torn on the arm of the chair while it was being cleaned. I wish the guy would have stopped and told me about it when it happened but he waited until the job was done. The other part of the chair was cleaned pretty good. The other 2 items were cleaned pretty good too. The guy explained the problem but I don't think I'll use them again. I would have thought the guy would have taken extra care in the areas that looked worn and not scrub as hard as he did.

Very professional. Called beforehand. The cleaning he performed was well done. I had a few complaints but I feel he did fully meet the requirements of his contract, he just went no further in order to make the customer happy. I have always used the big name carpet cleaner but decided to try someone else because of price. I picked Pronto because his writeup says that he moves furniture but he didn't. He moved the coffee table with my help. I asked him about it and he said heavy furniture isn't moved but I guess I don't consider side chairs, end tables etc., heavy furniture and they have always been moved with other cleaners. Also, I hired for three areas. My other cleaner has always cleaned our loft and connecting hallway as one area because both are tiny. He said this was two areas, which he is technically correct. He wanted to charge $35 for the additional space, then came down to $30 but I declined. So, he left the loft area uncleaned. The space uncovered by the sectional is 7 x 5 feet. I thought this was ridiculous. It would have taken him a couple more strokes at most. Plus, the hallway that had counted as my third space is only 18 feet long. This just didn't seem customer friendly to me. Also, with my other cleaner they have always gone all the way to the adjoining room, if not a little into it. He stopped short in many cases. So, long story short. I was not pleased. Overall he was a nice guy, professional and did good work but I felt he cut corners. I will not use again.

Raul was very professional and responsive. He provided excellent customer service and knowledge about her service. Also very timely. I will definately use them in the future.

Raul arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained what he would do such as treat all stains on the carpet before steam cleaning it and finishing up with deodorizing it. When he was done the carpet looked really clean and I'm very pleased with the job Raul did. I would definitely recommend Pronto & Carpet LLC to all my family and friends.

Very fast and friendly. I called at 10pm expecting to get voicemail, and they actually picked up and scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time they have had to come out due to our pets getting sick inside the house... Each and every time they have cleaned our carpet, they have been wonderful! I can't recommend Pronto & Carpet Cleaning enough.
