We are sorry to hear that, This is the 4th time you called us, it is the first time for that house at 28273, the 3 previous times for the other house at 28209, you and your wife were very pleased that you keep calling us. The difference this time how i always explain to the customers is that the carpet at that property was very worn ( this makes a big difference on the fibers, the reflection of the light will make that shadow that always will be present, it is not dirt, the carpet was cleaned in the right way). The carpet needs maintenance, IICRC recommends to be clean every 6th months, since the dirt is abrasive and damage the fibers. We been working with your family since 09/13 and this is the first time you called for that specific property, you told us you have not cleaned for a long time. We work fast because we are focus at what we are doing, this is called "efficiency", with 15 years experience we know exactly what we have to do and focus on it, the majorities of companies send you some workers that work by hour and they don't mind to take it really slow trying to up-sale because of that, we don't need to take more time that we need because we are a family business and we don't make by hour, we take our time not rushing at what we have to do and we always charge a fair price. We gave you a really good deal, especially since you been with us since 2013. If you are not satisfied with a job, you should call us right away and we could fix it or return your money, this carpet that you are talking was cleaned in Jan 2015, instead of call right away you waited 6th months to place this review, just when is time to clean it again.
