Description of Work: Cleaned my carpet. took 10 minutes and I was displeased with that. I wanted it all cleaned, not just the traffic areas. He cleaned an air vent and pulled on one that broke the wall, I told him to get out of my house. He wasn't acknowledging that he was the reason my drywall was damaged

First than all, we called AL to verify if we have received a Job from you . We don't have and they don't have any records at all with your name and last name, on July 25 Th. we did not perform any jobs because we were in training and the most important , we been in the business for 15 years, we never have performed any Vents Cleaning. So please , identify yourself and stop to placing bad reviews because it seems you are a very dishonest competitor instead of a customer.

Description of Work: The overall cleaning job was fine, but a couple things stuck out. I didn't see any warning that he was going to have to have an outside door open the whole time he cleaned. I have indoor cats, and had to corral them into rooms in a hurry so that they couldn't escape. The cats also leave a lot of cardboard shreddings from their scratch boards on part of the carpet, and he asked me to vacuum it before he would clean. I would figure a carpet cleaning service would do that for you. That translated into some other frustrations for me that wouldn't have otherwise occurred.

Hi [Member Name Removed], thank you for your comments, It seems that you never use this method before. When you hire a Carpet Cleaning Company with Truck mount system 240 Degrees (Best method to clean the carpets according to the Carpet and Restoration Institute) they always have to pull the hoses inside the house, if you don't what this to happen you should hire someone with the small portable machines, this method can not be compared with Truck-Mounted at all. That is why we suggest the customer to put pets in a cage before we pull the hoses into the house. We could Pre-Vacuum the carpet before we start to do the Steam Cleaning but that will be an extra fee (In this way we can give the customers those excellent deals that you just got). We try to save customer some money doing something that is actually really simple to do it, but that is not part of the process. (Customers have to clear the area before we start to work on it, it is in the Fine Print). Best regards

the technician was very courteous and respectful and answered all my questions. he was nice enough to walk me through each process as he did it.
