Very courteous and he did all that we asked. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me where the problem areas were that he cleaned. He also showed me the water after the cleaning and explained how often carpet should be cleaned. Nice young man.

I was 5 miles outside of their service area so they were unable to perform the work for me.

He did a great job cleaning the carpets. I think he left the carpets a little wet and didn't use plastic squares under the furniture legs. He was very professional and polite.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service but we will not be using them again because a couple of areas of my living room carpet looked like they never had been done. The places were much better for about a week but now it was a complete waste. The gentleman who came worked very hard and also worked hard trying to upsell me into things I did not need. He was also late showing up. This cleaning was especially important to me because my daughter was graduating high school at the time, and we were preparing to host an open house for out-of-town guests. I just wanted them to do what the Big Deal said but it was a waste of my time. I had used another cleaning process in the past and it was amazing on the stains but with this process, after two weeks, the carpet looked like it had never been done. The person who came out to clean the carpet was alone and I asked him specifically if he would be using my water. I was assured everything they needed was on their truck. But, of course, they used my water and the water bill more than doubled. The man seemed sincere and seemed to be working hard, especially when he was dealing with that hot steam.

Excellent. The technician explained everything thoroughly and let me know in advance that some areas of the couch could not be cleaned because the fabric was actually worn off. He worked constantly and efficiently and made my old couches look so much better. The steam process works very well. I would definitely recommend and use the services again.

Raul explained what he was going to do then commenced work. No long drawn out formalities, just got down to business. He worked fast and hard. They move nothing so for the most bang for your buck, move what you can!

Did a great job. I had done a terrible job of maintainin light colored carpet throughout the house. I was prepared to pay for a complete carpet replacement. Pronto very quickly and thoroughly cleaned the carpet and it looks practically brand new. They were able to remove stains that I thought were impossible to remove. The house smelled wonderful after the cleaning and the carpet looks great. They also gave me tips on maintaining the carpet going forward. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends/family.

Raoul showed up as scheduled and was helpful explaining the process. Raoul did a thorough job and went over his work with me upon completion. Spic and span clean! Even some tough stains that I thought would be impossible..... vanished! Great job. Very professional.

What a great job! My home smells wonderful and the carpets look great...which is not always easy to do when a home has a few large dogs, cats and owners who love to garden. He does a great job!
