It was fine. With the additional mileage fee it was not worth the value.

It was great. They came out within a few weeks after we bought the deal and I'm not sure as to how much we spent because my husband was here not me.

Service was prompt and very friendly. Pronto worked around my schedule and called ahead as I requested. I would certainly use Pronto again!

He was on time and courteous. I am pleased with the areas in the rooms which were cleaned. The one caveat is the cleaning of the carpet on the stairs. The stair carpet was not as clean as I had hoped because there were still some areas showing "smudges" a few days after the cleaning. Perhaps this is because the stairs are such a frequently traveled area that the carpet is not capable of being cleaned as thoroughly as the carpet in the rooms.

Raul was very helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about his service. He showed up early for our 9:30am appointment; he first walked through the house with me and discussed my areas of concern and then began setting up his equipment after offering to help me move some items off the ground. He has a wonderful attitude and work ethic! He seems very enthusiastic about his job and education/certifications for the work he does. That being said, unfortunately I am disappointed with the results now that the carpet has dried and I've had a chance to look into everything. In July 2012, when I moved into this house, I had Mohawk?s smart strand silk carpet installed along with new padding (http://www.mohawkflooring.com/flooring-products/carpet/smartstrand.aspx) and it is suppose to be practically impossible to stain; however, my living room coffee spill stain was not any more improved after this professional service than it was when I tried to clean it on my own last week (despite Raul saying that it would be much better). Also, my master bedroom carpet (also the smart strand silk) was installed in March 2013 after renovations were finished and I have had an issue with my dog marking (peeing) in one area of the room (he has never done this in any other house/apartment). I paid $30 extra for urine removing enzymes in addition to his deep carpet cleaning service; unfortunately it did not work ? there is still a scent of urine and I caught my dog sniffing the area about to mark it again. Also, my office carpet (a unique, high quality type) had an area of slight discoloration caused by my filing cabinet sitting on paper towels for a few months after my last carpet cleaning. I expected that area to look perfectly fine after a steam clean, however it didn't look cleaned at all (though I'm sure he did cover it). I am hoping that his system is hot enough to sanitize, as that is one of my major concerns since having men wearing working boots in my home the last couple months. Most of my carpet looks good, it is fairly new after all. I just wasn't impressed with the ultimate results; sorry I can't give a more favorable review.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It was for 3 or 4 rooms. They did the steps for one of the rooms and then they charged an additional $30 to do the hall. I thought they should have considered the stairs and hall as one room. They were really fast, which I didn't know if that was good or bad. One person did it and they were done in 45 minutes. I don't know if I would recommend them. It was hard to tell about the quality because my carpets needed cleaning pretty badly.

Showed up right on time. Was very courteous, professional and efficient. Accomplished the whole process in 1 1/2 hours. Left easy instructions for follow-up on drying the cushions. Very thorough and cheerful.

Showed up on time. Explained what he was going to be doing in great details. Pointed out areas that would possibly be problematic (but they weren't). Worked quickly and left with the carpets looking clean, rather than in need of replacement. Kept card and will use for subsequent cleanings.

Provider arrived late. I had left an email earlier in the week to confirm appointment. Never heard back from him. I finally got a hold of him late in the afternoon. He was suppose to be there by 8:00 am. He arrived around 11:30 am. He was suppose to provide santatizing, cleaning and deordorizing of carpets. I only saw the clean carpets nothing else. I left after 1 hour. Thought 5 areas of carpet were to take longer. I'm doubtful I got much more than cleaning of carpets.

He arrived promptly, set to work, and completed the job in record time. The carpets look beautiful. I am quite pleased with this service.

I was very impressed with Pronto and Carpet. He scheduled the service I needed right away, was on time, courteous, and very professional. He was honest with me about the possibility that it may not be possible to get the cat urine smell out of the carpets because it had gone into the padding underneath as well and possibly the wood. He used a special solution to address the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

Provider did a good job under trying circumstances. Lots of furniture & other objects in the way from having done other work.

Everything went smoothly. He was prompt, worked quickly and cleaned all areas as expected. Extra charge for fourth area was reasonable.

Tried to schedule several times. Owner even said it is difficult because they are a Charlotte business. We live in huntersville. Owner did not seem to make effort to accommodate at all. Poor customer service. We also used him at another property. Job was just average

He arrived on time, was very careful with his shoes, and did a very prompt and thorough job.

There was no additional cost to the big deal I purchased, and it was just a very good experience.

The service worked out okay. The man who came out was pretty good. The big deal is fine but once he gets there, the weight that comes together with the pricing is really not that big of a deal. It is more inline with the regular prices. Because what happens is, for me, I believe that a hall is part of a room and it is not. It is a hall. It is a small hall so then it becomes another area. In my opinion, once the pricing was done, it was more inline with regular pricing for carpet cleaning. He was professional and courteous so that was not an issue. I found that a carpet cleaning business can be interesting. I would probably not use them again in the future.

Raul is a great guy who did a great job at a great price. We'll contact Raul again.

Overall very positive experience. It took a little while to get the scheduling as they had limited availability. They also showed up a couple of hours later than the appointment time. Other than that, they did a good job.

Purchased a "BIG DEAL" for upholstery cleaning. Made a appointment for a Saturday and I was informed they were booked with a large commercial job. Fine. asked if they had an opening on the next several Saturdays out. The answer I received was that Saturday appoitments were just for commercial jobs and residential jobs where only during the week. I then asked why their hours on the web states Saturday appoitments. No answer. After I asked for a refund they then came back to me and said they could do it on a Sunday. Sorry that is a day of rest. Thank you G
