Description of Work: Cleaned 5 wool area rugs of varying sizes. One of the rugs had pet stains on & he told us that they probably would not come out but that he would apply extra care & effort in trying to clean it. When he was leaving he gave us info on how to maintain the rugs. They looked & smelled fantastic! Would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet completely and thoroughly, removing even the most difficult stains. Was honest and open about the possibility that some of the stains may be difficult to remove....but ALL were removed and the carpet looks great. Very professional, punctual service provider whom I would recommend with no hesitation and will definitely use in the future. Outstanding!

Description of Work: Clean 4 areas. Steps counted as 1, small hall counted as 1 (Not happy about that) and 2 rooms open area only. Nice job, but not happy about the described Areas. Would not agree to this again.
