the service technicians are very good. However, the billing department and the manner in which they communicate are horrible. I have never had such difficulties. They claimed I didn't pay and then when I quoted check numbers they magically appeared. This occurred more than once.

We were having a problem with the pressure on our pool pump and with an odd noise coming from the motor. Called them and they came out quickly and unclogged the impeller to the motor and got the problem fixed. We plan to hire them again to come out and get the filter cleaned out properly and make sure the chemicals are okay.

They did several visits over a period of a few weeks. Pool has gone from dark green to clear and sparkly.

He did an outstanding job. The workmanship was excellent, but I was most impressed that he followed up promptly and he had a professional attitude.

They are an honest company and charge affordable rates at the right price. He was very easy to talk to and listened to me. It?s a small company that works on the small details.

Their price was reasonable. They were very personable and followed up very well. They will complete the job for me in a week.

We came home from vacation and the pool was green. we had a hard time cleaning the algae and the house was on the market so we called Professional Pool Services to come help. We have used them consistently since we have moved in 5 years ago. They are always responsive, helpful and reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any pool maintenance needs. They also had done the inspection on the pool when we bought the house.

I actually researched through the Internet and requested a quote through Service Magic, also I did looked up the Angie's List ratings first. When I send my request via email I got 30 minute later acall from the operator from Service Magic (at 8:30 pm) and the next morning I got a direct call from Bill! He came out the same day, measured my pool, gave me a couple of liner options and a quote (in writing) right away and was very helpful with everything. After signing the contract he ordered the liner asap, came out again with a colleague to measure the pool again and kept me always in the loop where we stand in the process. Tomorrow he will install the liner and so far I am very very pleased with his service! He is very helpful and could answer in a professional way all my questions and he pampered me with all my complains. And, he really tried to get a liner in just 1 week (instead 2-3 weeks what other companies told me), so that I can use my pool again this weekend! Juhhhhu! They where very professional about the job. They where very friendly when they were there. Hey had did a good job cleaning up when they where done.

I had noticed a drop in their service quality over the last year and also started notice pitting in my plaster. I had a pool repair company out to look at it and they immediately stated it was a chemical imbalance problem (without even testing the water) that was eating away the plaster and staining the stainless steel around my light. I called Bill Nicolai of Professional Pool, and he was very defensive and gave me various excuses (poor construction of pool, etc). He also asked if I had any water readings to back up my statement, so I took him up on that and had another pool service company come the day after his next visit. My chlorine was high, and my cyanuric acid was dangerously high, to the point where they recommended not swimming in it, but draining/refilling the water in stages to try to lower this level. This confirmed my suspicions on the poor service I was getting, so I have fired Professional Pool.

We had this company's service for three months. During this period we were charged over $250.00 for chemicals. Checked with manufacturer of pool as to whether chemicals claimed to be used were really used. Manufacturer claimed it was not possible for a pool to consume the amount of chemicals claimed to be used. Company owner never refuted these assertions. BEWARE!!

Left message and received return call from Bill Niccolai within a couple of hours. I explained what I needed and was told Eric Clinard, the service manager would call asap, which he did. Eric was very flexible due to coordinating time with buyer, seller and Realtors.

They gave us a very competitive quote for replacing our liner, and we wanted to use them, however we wanted some additional work done, such as painting the coping and smoothing out the bottom, that they did not do. I highly recommend them.

WE FOUND THEM TO BE PROMPT AND THOROUGH, EVEN WHEN WE HAD FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AFTER THE INITIAL CALL, AND DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND MORE.

THEY COME EVERY THURSDAY AND CHARGE $45 A VISIT. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND THE POOL IS CLEANED WEEKLY. THEY ALSO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDING THE CHEMICALS IN THE WATER, ALTHOUGH WE BUY THE CHEMICALS.

ERIC RESPONDED QUICKLY TO PHONE CALLS, AND WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. WORK WAS DONE WELL AND PROFESSIONALLY. VERY PLEASED.

BILL NICCOLAI, PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, WAS PROMPT TO PROVIDE US AN ESTIMATE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH A REVISED(LOWER)PRICE AFTER ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS WERE FINALIZED. HE CAME WITH THE CREW TODAY TO INSTALL THE COVER AT EXACTLY THE TIME WE PRE-ARRANGED. THEY WILL BE OPENING AND CLOSING OUR POOL EVERY YEAR.

BILL IS A REALLY NICE MAN. COME PROMPTLY AT THE SAME TIME EVERY WEEK, DOES HIS JOB QUIETLY THEN GOES HIS WAY. HE WILL ANSWER MY QUESTIONS IF I ASK, BUT OTHER WISE IS LOW KEY. HARD TO TELL IF HIS PRICE IS COMPETITIVE, I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED FOR ANOTHER PRICE. VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.

THEY CALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER, GAVE RECOMMENDATION TO MEMBER THAT SAVED CO. FROM COMING OUT & SAVED MEMBER A SERVICE FEE. MEMBER SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM FIXING IT HERSELF & APPRECIATED THEIR HELP.

THOUGHT WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR POOL, REFERRED US TO AMERICAN LEAK TO FIND & FIX THE LEAK. I EVEN REFERRED HIM TO MY NEIGHBOR, WHO SAID THEY SAVED HER $300! SHE'S GOING TO SIGN UP W/ ANGIE'S LIST.

A POOL PUMP STOPPED WORKING. AFTER A FEW QUESTIONS FROM HIM ON THE SYMPTOMS, HE TOLD ME HOW TO GET MY HUSBAND TO DO THE REPAIR -- NICE OF HIM. IF IT DIDN?T WORK HE SAID HED COME OUT. ILL CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I NEED POOL SERVICE.

A GREAT ALL AROUND POOL SERVICE, VERY RELIABLE AND ALWAYS ON TIME , HAS BEEN MY POOL GUY FOR 10 YEARS.
